What do you like best about Zoho Learn?

The course builder is intuitive and allows you to create well-structured learning without needing technical expertise. It is easy to organise content into sections and lessons, add multimedia and build quizzes. I also like having learning, knowledge resources and reporting within the same environment. What do you dislike about Zoho Learn?

Some of the plan limits and trial restrictions could be clearer within the product. For example, when you reach a course limit, it is not immediately obvious why the option to create another course has disappeared. What problems is Zoho Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Learn is helping us bring induction, programme guidance and learning content into one clear, structured place rather than spreading information across different systems and documents. This makes the learner journey easier to navigate, reduces duplication and helps ensure students are always working from the most current guidance.

It is also giving us a much more flexible way to build and update professional learning internally, including videos, resources, quizzes and assessment guidance. The benefit is a cleaner learner experience, easier administration and the ability to improve content quickly as programme requirements or student needs change.
