Docebo is a powerful learning management tool for employees, customers, and partners. It has very good user interface where users doesn't need training to access the tool.

What I like most about Docebo is that learning fits into the workday instead of interrupting it. I mostly rely on Learning Paths, AI Coach, Course Catalog, Mobile Learning, Certifications, and Learning Analytics because each one supports a different part of the training process. Employees can quickly find the courses they need, continue learning from their phones when they're away from their desks, and get answers through AI Coach without waiting for someone else. At the same time, certifications and analytics make it much easier to understand who has completed training and where additional support is needed.

Docebo has improved a lot of features over the past year and continues to provide new features that improve service delivery. It has a very clean UI/UX for both staff and admins and almost no downtime. There are many AI features available if your organization is prioritizing AI. Additionally, they offer many great integration options and competitive pricing. They are very responsive to tickets and requests.
