What do you like best about Docebo?

I use Docebo and I really like how easy and flexible it is. I can make homepages for each team, so every user sees training that fits them. The automation rules help me a lot new users get the right courses without me doing it manually.

The platform is stable and works well even with many users. I also like the AI features because they show clear insights about what users learn, where they get stuck, and how training helps.

The help desk articles are useful for me as the only admin. I can quickly check how to set auto enrollments or contests without asking support. The pricing model is good too, since we only pay per active user, which saves money.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I use Docebo and I really like how the platform keeps improving. Some parts look very modern and updated, and I am sure the older sections will also get the same upgrades soon, which will make the user experience even better.

The cost is higher than some tools, but I see value because Docebo gives me strong features and saves me time with automation. Even when I need to create my own workarounds, it shows how flexible the system is for different needs.

The reporting and analytics give me detailed information, and by combining reports I can get very clear insights about users and training impact. The mobile app works well, and I look forward to more updates that will make it even smoother. The support team is helpful, and I know response times will continue to improve.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Docebo to make internal training and onboarding much more organized and efficient. The automation features save me a lot of admin time and give employees a clear learning journey, where they can easily find the courses they need and track their progress.

I also use Docebo’s auto‑tagging to keep learning content well organized, which makes searching faster and more effective. This really helps with employee upskilling and multiplies the impact of our training programs. The learning plans are another strong point, as they allow me to follow user progress in a structured way and ensure everyone stays on track.
