What do you like best about Vista Social?

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything.

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. Their report feature is a hero for me - its super clean and easy to customise your reports + it also gives you recommendations which I love! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Feature-Rich Platform That Streamlines Scheduling and Messaging"
What do you like best about Vista Social?

Top factor that made me switch to Vista Social is the affordability and range of features that they offer. They have features that other platforms only offer for "premium" members that most SMMs cannot afford, they make it accessible for us and makes our work more efficient.

Their inbox feature also helps a lot with handling accounts across multiple platforms, I am able to see messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads all consolidated in one inbox making it very easy to use. Being able to have automated DM responses is also a huge plus! Making my work less tedious with FAQs and other easily manages questions and responses.

I check in daily to schedule posts and check messages from potential clients and customers. Posting across multiple platforms with this one tool helps in integration. Once I get my team to try scheduling via this platform, they can see how easy we can implement.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

The interface for scheduling and calendar management gives a premium feel and is very easy to use! I also love that I can see and respond to messages and comments in real time, and set up DM automations in case I'm offline. Such a gamechanger for me! The listening feature is also amazing and is usually just seen on more expensive platforms. Customer support is also great, they respond quickly so it saves me so much time. What do you like best about Vista Social?

I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

The listening feature is amazing! Not only does it keep track on specific keywords I assign, but also sifts through other accounts I specify to stay on track of what competitors are doing or if there are specific industry trends I should know. I also just love how easy it was to connect all my social media profiles and then get started on learning the features right away. Sometimes the most basic setup can cause such a pain, so this was invaluable to me, especially considering how many profiles I have to manage. What do you like best about Vista Social?

As a content creator and social media manager handling multiple accounts, I used to find staying on top of everything exhausting. Between publishing content and monitoring engagement (it’s DMs, comments, or mentions), I had to juggle multiple tools and stay logged in for hours every day. What I love about Vista Social is that everything is centralized. Having the ability to see messages and mentions in real-time across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn within one inbox is a total game-changer. I’ve also started using the DM Automation to handle initial responses, which saves me a massive amount of time. The Social Listening feature is another standout; it’s usually a premium, high-cost tool on other platforms, but here it’s powerful and affordable. Finally, their customer support is outstanding. What do you like best about Vista Social?

Love how it combines the most important features of different social media management tools into one streamlined platform. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Being able to quickly generate reports with built-in insights and recommendations saves me a lot of time.

Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. The all-in-one inbox is another one of my favorite tool since it allows me to manage engagements across multiple platforms and clients in one place which has been one of my most time consuming tasks as a social media manager. What do you like best about Vista Social?

Vista social has been adding more tools like social listening and inbox automations that have proven to be helpful. We're able to get insights into the audience chatter and topical trends right from within the Vista dashboard, which is great because we were using different tools for the same earlier.

A few nifty AI enhancements are also worth mentioning as they help us in a very contextual way. I don't have to paste stuff into GPT or something similar, which is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Vista Social is that it has marketing automation features, such as auto-DMs for people who comment on posts. This is very effective for ad campaigns. It also shows the calendar right before clicking publish, which is very helpful for me as a social media manager because it helps me avoid duplicate content.
