What do you like best about Vista Social?

The biggest pro (absolutely) is the amount of things I can do from a single place (which means saving money on 8459459 subscriptions and, above all, SAVING TIME) For me, as someone who manage multiple accounts that was KEY!! The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. Oh, and I almost forgot, I was also able to run a competitor analysis (Instagram), also in less than a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

Honestly, I didn’t find any real downside. Maybe at first I felt a bit overwhelmed (because there are so many features) but after a little while exploring, I got comfortable with the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date.

The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms.

The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options.

You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform:

- The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics.

- Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

Since I started using it, I've found it interesting and intuitive. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others. Personally, I will continue to use it, as it is very helpful to integrate the management of the social networks I handle into one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

The things I didn't like were that although there are tutorials within the app, I didn't understand the listening feature, for example, so I was tempted to look for a tutorial. What do you like best about Vista Social?

I love how I have a general overview of all my social media channels in one dashboard, which is organized and has a terrific design. The features are great, allowing me to easily see engagement activities like comments, likes, and DMs, along with data reports and more. I also appreciate the option to create automated replies and the listening feature that I haven't seen in other tools. What I like most is the convenience of having everything in one place, saving me time from checking each app individually. The real-time aspect is a big plus since replies are already sent by the time I check them. The initial setup was very easy with guided instructions in every tab. What do you dislike about Vista Social?

What do you like best about Vista Social?

I've tried a lot of tools for Social Media Managing before and Vista Social is my favourite now. I mostly use the platform for LinkedIn and to be honest it just works. Scheduling is super reliable and the AI helper is smart, it actually helps me find the right tone for my posts (whether I want to make it more professional or conversational).

I’ve also tried it on Instagram and had no issues. Makes managing social media way easier.

I use it everyday for writing and scheduling posts, super easy to integrate in your work.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

I really loved using the platform! It’s super intuitive and easy to navigate — everything is clearly explained, and the tutorials are very helpful. I was able to explore all the features on my own, without needing extra help, which made a huge difference for me.

I tested several tools, like content scheduling, the editorial calendar, and especially the message automation for comments and DMs. Everything worked perfectly and was very simple to set up.

Another thing I really liked is how fast and responsive the website is. The AI integration is a big plus — it makes creating captions and copy so much easier. My favorite part was the DM automation — being able to automatically reply to comments or send messages with a single click is amazing!

What do you like best about Vista Social?

What I like about Vista Social is that I can use all of my social media profiles into one area. Seeing that I can add threads, that was a game-changer. What do you dislike about Vista Social?

In the inbox section, I was expecting that it is about direct messages but instead they were all mentions/replies. I just hope that they tweak it. Also about the moving a social profile to group is not yet there. It makes me go manual (removing the social profile from the current group, then add the profile to the new group). What do you like best about Vista Social?

There are several things I really liked about Vista Social:

.I loved the fact of seeing all the messages on the same page, which allows me to respond to my clients much more easily.

.The layout and implementation save a lot of time for client responses, which is why I use it every day.

.I really liked the automatic response option, it allows for maintaining incredible customer support for my self-employed business, and it also saves a huge amount of time regarding client responses.

What do you like best about Vista Social?

It’s a very comprehensive social media management tool that allows connection to standard social media platforms, as well as to TrustPilot or TripAdvisor, which not every smm management tool includes.

Regarding content scheduling, several features make content creation easier for me (compared to our previous tool) - it immediately shows how many symbols I have in the post. Moreover, I can tag other accounts for LinkedIn posts directly from Vista Social.

I also find the very convenient function to create folders in the “Media” section. It helps me organise visuals by projects.

I really like the social listening tool because I have all the reviews in one place. Besides that, I personally find the super cool option of exporting reviews. I use this function to download reviews, analyse and segment them with AI, and then develop a content plan based on audience pain points, needs, or objections, making it more relevant and specific to our audience. What do you dislike about Vista Social?
