After having patronized this platform for years, we were quite fond of it until recent. Thus, what would have been a positive review is not. Our company has benefited greatly from the array of professionals Fiverr offers and even built long term relationships. We've spent thousands of dollars on the site, enough for it to have been upgraded, only to have it closed without any warning or just cause. Considering our investment and deducation, it seems that whatever the issue was, we'd have been given an opportunity to rectify it. As it stands, we are now without contact to our numerous global professionals that we've relied on regularly for services. Attorneys, writers, accountants, lab professionals, graphic designers even our web designer that has exclusive access to all three of our websites for ongoing support. These are services we can not function without as a corporation. It's debilitating, and honeslty inconceivable that we were granted no communication or options for resolution in order to maintain what was built over so much time. They don't give seasoned and dedicated patrons any opportunity to resolve unknown issues before closing their account. They're aware that businesses have multiple personnel that use the one account but they make no consessions for this. Despite my personally having reported countless instances of violations and spent endlessly hiring and developing professional relationships on their platform, where we can only communicate with the providers, they will still, without thought, cripple and compromise your business by suddenly deleting your account. For example, if you earn 1,000Rs, you only get 800Rs. When you’re working hard and putting in hours, that cut makes a difference. Another issue is that some buyers don’t fully read the gig description or requirements and then expect more than what’s offered. If you cancel or don’t meet unrealistic expectations, your ratings can go down, which affects future work. Fiverr should improve how they handle such cases to protect genuine sellers. The best thing about Fiverr is the versatility, features and how user friendly it is. Their were multiple other freelancing platforms on Internet but fiverr was the one I opt for because of their low fee structures as compared to others. The thing I dislike about fiverr is that many times you get spam messages and it's like a lot on Fiverr. Although once we report them fiverr so take action on it bug our happiness eventually ends up in frustration when there are scammers in your inbox trying to scam you.
