    "App-based Concur is a godsend: I remember when we had to print out our expense reports in duplicate, staple receipts after copying every one, and saving a copy of the printed set that we had to interoffice to AP. Then we got a web based expense system with Concur and things were dramatically better. But it wasn't until we got the mobile app for Concur that the game really changed. Now you take photos of receipts on the phone, upload them to the report, and then can toss the receipt because it's all been digitized before you're even home from a trip. Plus the integration with our employee list is great, and makes it easy when you have to add 5 or more attendees to a team dinner. And the prompts within the app let you know what details still remain to be filled out. Lastly, as a manager, the review and approval process is amazingly streamlined with any exceptions noted so we don't have to remember to check everything for policy adherence. "

    "A low-hassle way to log and process business expenses: Instead of scanning or making photo copy of a receipt, I can use Expensify to take a photo of my receipt and instantly upload it into our Expensify system for processing. Expensify has a many options for logging different types of expenses. I can log miles that I've driven to account for gas expenses. The layout and design of Expensify makes it easy to use in both the browser version and the app. The approval process flow is efficient and allows for multiple approval levels with the option of requests for further details, if needed."

    "Excellent, easy-to-use product: Abacus' interface is by far the best of any expense reporting tool I've used, both for users and for administrators. Another great feature is how seamless it is to code both reimbursable and corporate card expenses in the same interface, and have everything flow perfectly into our accounting system (Intacct). I first implemented Abacus while CFO of a fast-growing startup to manage high-volumes of travel expenses and implement needed controls. When I moved to become CFO of a larger company that was using one of the most popular expense reporting software tools but was dealing with significant manual processes, mistakes, and a poor employee experience, I immediately put in Abacus, which completely relieved all the issues we had. Many employees have gone out of their way to thank me for providing them with an easy-to-use tool, which is truly something to be said for something as mundane as an expense reporting tool. "

    "Not your typical HRIS.: Having used most of the major HRISs out there, Workday is one of the top 3 for a simple reason. It has the best integration for moving from module to module. My standard is getting to where I want to go in 3 clicks or less. In most cases, I can accomplish a move in one or two clicks. The system is fairly intuitive...there are few non-intuitive/illogical "wrinkles" that take nearly a Drunkard's walk to figure out"

    "Rydoo Travel and Expense:Do not waste more time on simple administrative tasks, the solution is here: I recently came across this incredible tool and decided to apply it to our company because we had been having difficulties with those annoying administrative tasks that only subtract important work time. What I like about this platform is the way in which it simplifies the management of trips through rydoo travel and the expense by our employees through Rydoo Expense in a very simple way by means of photos of invoices and some questions basic in a way that allows us to save time and so our employees can focus on their usual tasks.     "It has been great to be with Zoho Expense, our workload and errors have been drastically reduced.: In my company it is very important to keep control of expenses, not only of what the company generates, but also of the administrative expense of each of the processes and documents carried out by the different departments. Based on this, I can list certain positive characteristics of the Zoho expense: it is incredible how intuitive the software can be, when generating an invoice or a payment receipt, you can take a picture with our mobile device and the software to the program automatically.     "Very effective time and expense tracking application: Timesheets.com is very easy to use. I like that timesheet entries are straightforward to input. The interface is very user-friendly where you are easily guided to clock in and clock out when done with work, include codes for specific types of jobs and also ability to narrate short notes for supervisor incase of a need for further clarification. With Timesheets.com, you can customize your entries to include manual entries for breaks between standard hours, rates and expense claims. I like that Timesheets.com supports various document formats where you can upload back up documents and receipts and also export reports. The GPS tracking is also a very efficient tool which helps ascertain the accuracy of timesheet entries and any allowance claims."

OpenAir makes it easy to quickly create and manage projects, associated tasks and the resources assigned to them. As a project manager for new business pursuits, I appreciate how easy it is to quickly pull up multiple resources and assign them projected task hours for multiple projects. One of my favorite things is being able to save my resource filter settings when booking resources to a project. It saves me a lot of time!
