How much does Routespring cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Routespring pricing in 2026 starts at $49.00 and can reach $349.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Routespring, Inc.'s official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Routespring pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Routespring's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market businesses with 50 to 1,000 employees managing frequent corporate travel. G2 reviewers from consulting, IT services, marketing, and non-profit industries consistently praise Routespring for streamlining multi-traveler bookings, policy enforcement, and centralized payments. The free Basic tier suits very small teams or those with minimal monthly bookings, while the Economy plan fits growing teams needing hotel corporate rates and NetSuite integration. The Business plan is ideal for larger mid-market or enterprise organizations requiring airline corporate rates, developer APIs, carbon reporting, and dedicated customer support, as reflected in G2 reviews from enterprise-segment users.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Routespring?

Routespring's Basic tier is free and includes up to 5 bookings per month, after which a 3% per-booking fee applies. It covers core features like approval workflows, SSO, QuickBooks integration, and corporate car rates. Routespring's Economy plan at $49/month reduces the per-booking fee to 2% and adds hotel corporate rates, SMS approvals, and NetSuite integration. The Business plan at $349/month drops the fee to 1% and unlocks airline corporate rates, carbon emissions reporting, developer APIs, custom integrations, named customer support, and custom reports. G2 reviewers frequently highlight approval workflows and centralized payments as high-value features available even on the free tier.

Is Routespring considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Routespring overwhelmingly rate it 5.0/5, with many explicitly citing cost savings, no hidden fees, and strong ROI as standout benefits. Reviewers from small businesses and mid-market companies highlight that Routespring's pricing eliminates reimbursement overhead, reduces manual booking time, and provides access to negotiated corporate rates. One G2 reviewer noted switching from TripActions due to better price controls. A few reviewers mention that flight prices can occasionally be higher than competitors or Google Flights, and some note reporting limitations at lower tiers. Overall, G2 reviews of Routespring indicate strong value perception, particularly for teams prioritizing policy enforcement, centralized payments, and responsive 24/7 support at no extra cost.
