Every time I travel, I have a major issue because Perk doesn't provide a copy of the air ticket, which is critical to enter airport premises in India due to the barcode entry system. It's such a struggle every time. Additionally, I've had instances where after booking air travel or hotels, the prices suddenly increase by 10 or 15%, and that's just not acceptable.
