
The foremost Pro is that it is incredibly easy to use and it is very much user friendly. This is found to be very intuitive, quick useful and helpful tool. Its format is very much functional. It is super easy to integrate. It is playing a very significant role in keeping my records well organized. I love the thing that it updates emails automatically. You can't change the photo attached if you accidentally upload the wrong image. So you have to create an entirely new expense. Not a big deal.

The Best part is that is it Free. The second best part is that you can seamlessly switch between the Phone and Computer. I have been using it for two years now and I really have nothing bad to say out it. The customer service is superb. I couldn't believe that service was so awesome considering the app and system was free to use. They are courteous and responsive. I am in the service industry and I can tell you when someone genuinely wants to help you solve your issues. They are it. I will be honest, for a free service, there is not much that they can do. In my opinion, the program and the app is already exceptional. I would only recommend that they might be able to work with more banks to sync the data, but I do understand that there bank-related restrictions that they cannot overcome. A little confusing when using the first time. When connecting my credit card to TravelBank, previous transactions aren't available. Taking receipt pictures is a bit of a hassle. The app includes all the features I need to document and submit expense reports for work. I travel frequently, often at a very fast on-the-go pace. This app allows me to easily record, categorize, and submit any business expenses I incur while traveling. I love the category feature and the ability to import and take photos of receipts. The PDF generation and submission abilities are seamless and convenient. I also really enjoy the automatic currency conversion as well. This might be my favorite feature. At the moment, there isn't really anything I dislike about the app. I don't use all the features that are offered, but what I do utilize works great for my needs and I really enjoy interacting with the app. I guess if I have one complaint, sometimes uploading an image that I took with the normal camera app on the phone will be slow to upload to an expense report. I think this may be that the file size generated through the native camera app is much larger than the images that camera app built into TravelBank produces. The TravelBank team is great when it comes to service for travel. They agents are proactive and skilled at finding the best itinerary and prices for tricky travel schedules. The expense reimbursement platform is a bit more simple than we would prefer. It is great for ease of use with employees, but its a little more difficult to work with on the back end. I am hoping that the work that TravelBank is doing on the expense platform right now will correct some of these issues as, overall, I am pleased with everything else. Travelbank is a disruptive application b/c of its pricing model. Rather then roll out expense management to only employees that travel frequently such as sales, we have now rolled out travelbank to all employees and it allows us to use it for various internal programs and benefits we want to offer our employees. I'm also very keen on its ability to allow us to provide incentives for employees to help the company save money and treat the T&E policy as if it is their own money. Last year I remember being frustrated by having to select a category for the expense, however since then the user experience seems to have been fixed. Whatever issue I had before seems to be resolved now. The ui is a bit boring and could just some polish. Some airlines had a nice discount, but not all, and it wasn't the easiest to go back and revise my search after selecting flights; I had to begin a new search. Easy navigation to upload and scan receipts. Great OCR functionality that helps identify the name of the place, amount of transaction as well as a category in some of the cases. There was an option in prior releases where I was able to submit expenses to different projects at the same time. At the current release, this function is missing. For whatever reason, not all the flights were listed when I was trying to book a flight using the application. I was able to find more convenient flights using other travel sites. I like the fact that it is very easy to upload receipts right away. Within each upload, I am able to add in all the additional information for my leadership team to review prior to approval (ie. The TravelBank platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Their goal is to have you book a flight from start to finish in under a few minutes, and the process is simple and streamlined to take the headache out of booking travel. Aesthetically, the software is clean, well organized and visually pleasing. Adding users is simple with mass uploads, and deactivating employees is just as easy. While not necessarily a con or a dislike, TravelBank is continuing to develop new enhancements to their system, which means continued changes for our employees. That said, they’re positive changes! There are many items on the roadmap for this year, like rental cars, and as a company that has a high annual travel spend, we can already see we will rely heavily on the upcoming features. As a newer travel platform in an industry that hasn’t seen much change or innovation to travel, we’re excited to see the enhancements that are being made by TravelBank.
As we continue to grow in headcount, the reporting capabilities could be increased to support our needs and provide deeper visibility into employee travel.
