What do you like best?

The foremost Pro is that it is incredibly easy to use and it is very much user friendly. This is found to be very intuitive, quick useful and helpful tool. Its format is very much functional. It is super easy to integrate. It is playing a very significant role in keeping my records well organized. I love the thing that it updates emails automatically. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

I liked that it had pretty easy ways to have logic: like if an expense is over $x, then it requires a photo.

I also like that it's pretty fast to create an expense and a report. It just takes like 2 min for a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

You can't change the photo attached if you accidentally upload the wrong image. So you have to create an entirely new expense. Not a big deal.

You also can't resubmit known, recurring expenses, such as WFH expenses like internet & phone (which is ever more relevant). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unsure how the pricing stacks up with competitors, but generally it seems like a great option for smaller firms trying to manage expenses in a quicker way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I don't love that the UI is littered with features my company doesn't use and I'm not able to take advantage of, it's distracting and a bit confusing, though I'm sure they're useful for those organizations that take advantage of those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The Best part is that is it Free. The second best part is that you can seamlessly switch between the Phone and Computer. I have been using it for two years now and I really have nothing bad to say out it. The customer service is superb. I couldn't believe that service was so awesome considering the app and system was free to use. They are courteous and responsive. I am in the service industry and I can tell you when someone genuinely wants to help you solve your issues. They are it. What do you dislike?

I will be honest, for a free service, there is not much that they can do. In my opinion, the program and the app is already exceptional. I would only recommend that they might be able to work with more banks to sync the data, but I do understand that there bank-related restrictions that they cannot overcome. Time. I save on tons of time to complete my expense report. It is concise and accurate and I can easily generate PDF to submit with my bank statements for approval. Before I had to submit each receipt and type on Excel file and match but now, I upload the receipts on the go. There is no wasting time. They are precise and accurate. A little confusing when using the first time. When connecting my credit card to TravelBank, previous transactions aren't available. Taking receipt pictures is a bit of a hassle. What do you like best?

The app includes all the features I need to document and submit expense reports for work. I travel frequently, often at a very fast on-the-go pace. This app allows me to easily record, categorize, and submit any business expenses I incur while traveling. I love the category feature and the ability to import and take photos of receipts. The PDF generation and submission abilities are seamless and convenient. I also really enjoy the automatic currency conversion as well. This might be my favorite feature. What do you dislike?

At the moment, there isn't really anything I dislike about the app. I don't use all the features that are offered, but what I do utilize works great for my needs and I really enjoy interacting with the app. I guess if I have one complaint, sometimes uploading an image that I took with the normal camera app on the phone will be slow to upload to an expense report. I think this may be that the file size generated through the native camera app is much larger than the images that camera app built into TravelBank produces. It's not really a huge issue most of the time, but when I have a weak online connection it sometimes can drag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The TravelBank team is great when it comes to service for travel. They agents are proactive and skilled at finding the best itinerary and prices for tricky travel schedules. The expense reimbursement platform is a bit more simple than we would prefer. It is great for ease of use with employees, but its a little more difficult to work with on the back end. I am hoping that the work that TravelBank is doing on the expense platform right now will correct some of these issues as, overall, I am pleased with everything else. What do you like best?

Travelbank is a disruptive application b/c of its pricing model. Rather then roll out expense management to only employees that travel frequently such as sales, we have now rolled out travelbank to all employees and it allows us to use it for various internal programs and benefits we want to offer our employees. I'm also very keen on its ability to allow us to provide incentives for employees to help the company save money and treat the T&E policy as if it is their own money. With Travelbank many employees have booked airbnb's or slept on a friends couch in order to save the company money. A penny saved is a penny earned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

When I was traveling in Japan, I really loved how easy it was to record expenses. At the end of the year I used my travel bank records to help me with my taxes, which saved me money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Last year I remember being frustrated by having to select a category for the expense, however since then the user experience seems to have been fixed. Whatever issue I had before seems to be resolved now. The ui is a bit boring and could just some polish. What do you like best?

Some airlines had a nice discount, but not all, and it wasn't the easiest to go back and revise my search after selecting flights; I had to begin a new search. What do you like best?

Easy navigation to upload and scan receipts. Great OCR functionality that helps identify the name of the place, amount of transaction as well as a category in some of the cases. The very convenient approval process with the complete generated report that has one generated PDF file with all the scanned receipts in it. Really AWESOME! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There was an option in prior releases where I was able to submit expenses to different projects at the same time. At the current release, this function is missing. For whatever reason, not all the flights were listed when I was trying to book a flight using the application. I was able to find more convenient flights using other travel sites. Easy way to track travel expenses on the go. No hassle. Take an image and there is no need to keep receipts. Some of the restaurants are already sending your meal receipts to your email so you just need to forward a receipt to Travelbank from your authorized email. The same way you forward all your receipts for car rental, hotels and other online services that you use during your travel. The approval process is very straightforward and very intuitive. What do you like best?

I like the fact that it is very easy to upload receipts right away. Within each upload, I am able to add in all the additional information for my leadership team to review prior to approval (ie. What do you like best?

The TravelBank platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive. Their goal is to have you book a flight from start to finish in under a few minutes, and the process is simple and streamlined to take the headache out of booking travel. Aesthetically, the software is clean, well organized and visually pleasing. Adding users is simple with mass uploads, and deactivating employees is just as easy. What do you dislike?

While not necessarily a con or a dislike, TravelBank is continuing to develop new enhancements to their system, which means continued changes for our employees. That said, they’re positive changes! There are many items on the roadmap for this year, like rental cars, and as a company that has a high annual travel spend, we can already see we will rely heavily on the upcoming features. As a newer travel platform in an industry that hasn’t seen much change or innovation to travel, we’re excited to see the enhancements that are being made by TravelBank.

As we continue to grow in headcount, the reporting capabilities could be increased to support our needs and provide deeper visibility into employee travel. Being able to integrate with an HRIS to remove the manual process of adding/deactivating users would be a nice addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you do not already have a travel policy, the TravelBank team will assist in setting that up, along with creating the policies in the system. Determining the policy and rewards offering will assist in decisions to lead to a quicker implementation time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a whole, we are able to see spend within departments, users that are booking flights less than 7-14 days, and providing a due diligence in safety and care of our traveling employees. What do you like best?

Travelbank's app is so straightforward, I question how we never implemented such a simple solution before. I love having cash back in my pocket nearly as fast as I used it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to Travelbank, my company used an antiquated system - setting up their internal systems with our banking info (which could take weeks), receiving a copy of your receipt, filling out a form, submitting the form with a photocopy of the receipt, waiting to be reimbursed, etc. All in, once the systems were all setup and you submitted everything, it would take around a month or more to be reimbursed. Travelbank has changed all that -- they offered an easy system with automatic updates. All I had to do was submit my banking info (took less than 24 hours), and I was setup to get reimbursed. All I do is take a quick snapshot of my receipt, fill out some very basic info (vendor, cost, etc) then submit it as a report. Reimbursements now happen same day! What do you like best?

The expense reporting feature is phenomenal! Our travelers have been receiving their money direct deposit within 24 hours of approval. It has been incredible in comparison to the old way of a manual report and mailing checks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have had some minor issues with setting travel policy caps and a few bugs with booking flights, but nothing that wasn't promptly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to fill out expense reports for work. No need to keep receipts. Quick and simple to send and share with anyone. Its is amazing how it can pull of the data off of scanning reciepts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It doesn't seem to pull the dates off the receipts and I have to enter that manually. But everything else it takes off and you don't need to type it in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
