The user interface feels outdated, similar to older versions of Microsoft Office, which makes navigation less intuitive than it could be. The cloud component is functional but has noticeable resource limitations, and overall it doesn’t provide the same flexibility I’ve seen in more modern platforms. Excellent plugins, excellent UI, excellent customisation options, this app has everything I need to work on a daily basis. Honestly it's hard to find cons about this app, it's really brilliant. Some bugs are to be expected (read/write errors, switching up files too fast sometimes leads to crashes, but those are so few and far between, especially considering how much time I spend on it, that I can't really complain. After many years of use, I can say that I could not work without Trados Studio. The feature-rich interface and fast project creation speeds up work enormously, helps maintain consistency throughout the text, allows you to use multiple translation memories and glossaries at the same time, and performs quality control by which the translation turns out flawlessly. Personally, I use it for all my translations, both because the translation agencies I work with require it and because I prefer to use it even when I don't have to, since it is very convenient and speeds up the work.
