In addition, another valuable feature is the filter, which provides many filter options and makes it easier for translators to search for something based on their needs. Once we open the editor page, everything is there to help us to finish our jobs. From looking for suggestions, glossary, searching spesific terms based on previous works, supported links. All available in one page, one click. No waste of time. Source-target segments are designed in proper size and view, so we can write down our translation with ease. In addition, I have found that my PM can quickly and easily perform task reassignment for a more equitable allocation. BWX customer support seem very quick to solve every issue that being reported. Based on my experience never an issue being solved more than 24 hour and it helps alot for projects with tiny deadline. With high load since the day one I use BWX, my frequence of use this platform is also high too. It helps me to gain better understanding this platform day by day. Well, since my last review, wxrks has improved a little. I still miss some features that I can find on competitors like Phrase (if it's interesting, I can send you guys some examples afterwards), but it's gotten more accurate. But one thing that keeps me from giving it a 10 is its spellchecker: Portuguese suffered a big bupdate/revision in 1998 and wxrks keeps me sending change suggestions based on the previous model!!! Minor bugs: - when you are making changes on a segment, if you go up or down within the project, you lose all changes made (update: still doing this); - sometimes when you're searching on the Glossary or MT, the field gets blank and you suddenly start typing on the segments (update: same here); - it could make "suggestions" of words already used in the project when they appear again (like Chrome's searching feature and Word's guessing the word feature) - if a word is not on the "dictionary" or "glossary", you can't add it (I always find an error while trying to) (update: this is a major nuisance) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about wxrks? - Missing information for translators that affects the quality of the translation: 1. in the source text I often have only a number (Ctrl+i) that refers to a certain world, but I do not know the word, therefore the overall meaning of my translation and the use of certain articles, conjugations might be ambiguous. 2. same goes for abbreviations, when I only have capital letters and do not know what ther refer to 3. I never had images/videos as reference materials for the translation. For example an English word can have multiple translations in Hungarian depending on how a certain object looks - The Ai assistant sometimes works extra. I mentioned already the first two points as a feedback, and the Ai assistant added some extra info to my ticket I never said. Nevertheless, no change was made anyway, we still have the same problems. - The workload is constant but small.
