## wxrks Reviews
 ### 1. WXRKS Boosted My Translation Workflow with an Intuitive UI and Sous-Chef Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan W. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I like most about WXRKS is its overall workflow efficiency and how well it supports my day-to-day translation tasks. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and move between segments without unnecessary distractions.

A feature I like is the Sous-Chef Suggestion. It offers helpful, context-aware suggestions that speed up my work. This has noticeably improved my productivity, especially when I’m handling repetitive content or larger translation projects like one I completed on April 30 which had 30,000 words and I only had 10 days to work on it.

Overall, WXRKS has improved my workflow by making translation and review more structured, efficient, and less time-consuming, while still keeping the quality of my work high.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Maybe you could add some of the more important layout preferences to the top tab for easier access—for example, spacing, paragraph settings, and import/export buttons.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saver. More work done in less time. More earning within a short time frame.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review, Dan!

 ### 2. A Fast, Intuitive Localisation Platform Built for Creative Agency Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean S. | Language Technology Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

As a localisation team working closely with creatives, wxrks has stood out as a platform that genuinely understands agency workflows rather than forcing localisation into a rigid production model. From a UI / UX perspective, the interface is clean and intuitive, but more importantly it is operationally efficient. Features like the drag‑and‑drop asset handling, clear job dashboards, and side‑by‑side language views save us hours each week compared to manually tracking files and versions. We’re not searching for the latest copy or chasing approvals - everything is clearly surfaced in one place.

In terms of workflow improvement, wxrks has helped us move localisation upstream. Centralised briefs, reusable workflows, and automated handoffs mean localisation starts alongside creative development, not after it. Built‑in status tracking and notifications reduce day‑to‑day PM overhead and eliminate many of the manual check‑ins that used to slow us down.
The platform’s integrations have been particularly valuable in an agency environment. Connecting localisation tasks directly with our creative and content tools reduces file duplication and versioning errors, and makes collaboration with designers and copywriters far more fluid. Localised assets feel like part of the same production ecosystem, not a separate process.

On performance, wxrks copes well with high‑volume, multi‑market campaigns. Batch handling, consistent turnaround times, and stable platform performance allow us to scale without adding process complexity, even during peak campaign windows. From a pricing / ROI standpoint, the value is clear. The reduction in rework, manual coordination, and turnaround time has had a measurable impact on delivery speed and internal costs. It’s not just a licensing investment, it directly improves utilisation across the team.

Support and onboarding have also been strong. Our initial setup and implementation has been straightforward and very collaborative, and ongoing support continues to feel practical and knowledgeable rather than generic. The team understands localisation challenges in creative contexts, which shortens the learning curve and makes optimisation conversations genuinely useful. One unexpected benefit has been how wxrks elevates localisation conversations internally. Clear data, visibility, and consistency make it easier to demonstrate impact to stakeholders and position localisation as a strategic creative function rather than a production afterthought.

Finally, the platform’s use of AI and intelligence - from automation to linguistic assistance and quality signals - adds real value without getting in the way. These capabilities help us move faster and focus human expertise where it matters most: cultural nuance and creative intent. Overall, wxrks has helped us deliver localisation that is faster, more collaborative, and more creatively aligned: exactly what’s needed inside a modern creative agency.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

wxrks already does a great job of supporting fast, collaborative localisation in a creative environment. Continued refinement in the following areas would make an already great platform even more effective as teams and workloads scale, and are shared very much in the spirit of continuous improvement.

UI / UX
The interface is clear and well structured, especially for day‑to‑day tasks. One area that could be even smoother is bulk or advanced actions (for example managing multiple assets or languages at once), which sometimes feel a little hidden. Bringing these actions closer to the surface, perhaps through shortcuts or a power‑user view, could make large projects even faster to manage.

Integrations
The existing integrations work well and fit naturally into a creative workflow. Occasionally, when late changes are made in source tools, it would be helpful to have clearer visibility on whether everything has fully synced. Small improvements around real‑time sync indicators or version clarity could further reduce manual checks.

Performance
Performance is generally solid, even with complex multi‑market campaigns. During very large or peak projects, clearer feedback on background processing or load times would be helpful, mainly to give teams extra reassurance while working at scale.

Pricing / ROI
From a value perspective, the platform clearly saves time and reduces rework. One thing that could strengthen this even more is additional reporting that highlights efficiency gains, such as time saved through automation or reduced handovers, which would help teams demonstrate ROI more easily to stakeholders, and an open analytics tool for all users rather than a license-based model.

Support / Onboarding
Support has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable, which we really appreciate. Onboarding is straightforward and responsive, though having further video-based guides for localisation PMs and linguists would go well to supplement the user experience.

AI / Intelligence
AI features are useful and well integrated into the workflow. Providing a little more transparency around AI suggestions, such as confidence indicators or brief explanations, could increase trust and encourage broader adoption, particularly for brand‑critical content.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

wxrks is solving a core challenge we had as a localisation team within a creative agency: how to deliver high‑quality localisation at speed, without forcing creative work into a rigid or overly technical production process, and embedding AI technologies into the centre of our technology solution.

Previously, localisation often sat downstream and felt disconnected from the creative workflow. wxrks has helped resolve this by bringing localisation earlier into the process and giving us a shared, transparent space to manage assets, languages, and linguistic resources all in one place. The goal of this switchover is to reduce handover friction, version confusion, and the amount of manual coordination needed across teams.

The platform also addresses visibility and scalability problems. With centralised dashboards, clear status tracking, and consistent workflows, we can confidently manage complex, multi‑market campaigns without relying on spreadsheets or ad‑hoc updates. This will improve planning accuracy and reduce the risk of late or inconsistent deliveries.

From an efficiency standpoint, automation and structured workflows will significantly reduce repetitive admin tasks. This will allow our team to focus more on linguistic quality, cultural nuance, and creative alignment, rather than process management.

Overall, wxrks has helped shift localisation from a reactive production step to a more integrated, strategic part of the creative process, improving speed, collaboration, and quality across global campaigns.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Dean! It means a lot to us!

 ### 3. Innovative AI Localization with room for improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian K. | Subtitler and translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Wxrks brings a new approach to translation and localization. The integrated AI functions are innovative – somebody really sat down and thought what could be helpful for the localization process and what is missing and/or possible with the current state of technology. The suggestions are usually of a high standard.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The loading times are usually too slow, disrupting the all important flow, especially during edting and QA steps in localization. Some important functions were initially absent or difficult to find or use or remain so. Sometimes, the plethora of functions gets in the way of the actual work, like clutter, as most of them aren't always necessary. UI could be improved and compacted more to have a better overview of the body of text, which is essential for localization jobs. If I remember correctly, there's no download option for bilingual files (or monolingual target files), e.g. to conduct an external spellcheck, print out the document or see it in another environment (such as Word or Powerpoint) which is sometimes helpful, sometimes necessary

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of AI "brains" for copy adaptation accelerates localization, generally speaking.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Christian!

 ### 4. Bureau Works Streamlines Translation While Boosting Accuracy and Critical Thinking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel Ndesil D. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Bureau Works helps translators continuously improve by striking a balance between speed and analytical rigor. Its AI-driven intelligence streamlines the translation process while sharpening critical thinking around linguistic choices, making it easier to produce increasingly accurate and relevant translations.

I haven’t yet had the opportunity to explore the Pricing / ROI feature, but I greatly appreciate the quality of the Support / Onboarding, they have been excellent. It is still a bit early for me to comment on the integrations aspect of the tool. Overall, however, its performance has clearly exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

At this stage, I believe it is still too early for me to comment on any potential downsides of using wxrks. So far, it has proven to be a valuable tool that reminds the translator that he or she remains in control.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As far as I am concerned, the main issue this tool addresses is the tendency to either rely entirely on AI or reject AI-powered translation tools altogether. It encourages translators to engage more critically with the generated output, helping them notice aspects they may not have initially considered and ultimately choose the most appropriate translation. In this way, the final decision remains in the translator’s hands, and rather than diminishing their skills, it actively contributes to their development.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review, Joel!

 ### 5. Love to be a part of Bureau Works.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek J. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I liked best about working with Bureau Works was the smooth and professional experience throughout the translation and proofreading project. I had the opportunity to work on English-language content, and it was truly a great experience. The team members, especially the project manager, were incredibly supportive and helpful at every stage. Their clear communication and collaborative approach made the process efficient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Bureau Works to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed localization platform.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

There’s honestly nothing I disliked about working with Bureau Works. The overall experience was smooth and professional. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish projects came a bit more frequently. It would be even better if there were more consistent opportunities, as I truly enjoyed being part of the process.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works simplifies complex translation projects with clear communication and smooth workflows. This helps me focus on quality work in a professional, stress-free environment.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 6. Simple layout and effortless reporting - all that you need!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomasz S. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I think it is the simplicity that works the best for me - the simplicity of the layout, and the ease of reporting in particular make me consider wxrks distinct from its competitors, and highly helpful to both up-and-coming and established translators.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The only thing that comes to my mind so far is the relative lack of background colors that can be changed. Due to my personal circumstances and the necessity of working from wildly different areas, the ability to change background not just from white to black, but also to something else, is actually very important, and so I hope there will be changes in this regard.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It greatly simplifies translation flow, especially given the fact that wxrks' translation bases and glossaries are excellent.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review, Tomasz!

 ### 7. A Supportive and Professional Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syeda A. | Translator, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The platform would work better for me with a more user-friendly interface, clearer onboarding for new users, improved project discovery through better filters, transparent and faster payment processes, and more opportunities for beginners. Built-in communication tools, skill-based matching, and access to learning resources would also make the overall experience more efficient and supportive for users.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

At the moment, I don’t have any strong dislikes about Bureau Works. My experience so far has been generally positive, and I’m still exploring the platform and learning how it works. I believe with more time and use, I’ll gain a clearer understanding of its features and areas for improvement.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works is solving problems related to inefficient workflow management, poor communication between clients and linguists, and lack of transparency in project processes. By centralizing project handling, providing structured tools, and improving collaboration, the platform makes work more organized, reliable, and accessible, which benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and creating a more professional and supportive working environment.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 8. A Reliable All in One Platform for Translators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Huy N. | Freelance Translator/ Proofreader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I like most about Bureau Works is that everything is in one place, which makes work so much easier. You’ve got the editor, terminology, and QA tools all built in, so there’s no need to jump between different platforms. It’s also really easy to keep track of deadlines and task status. Overall, it just feels smooth and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

If I had to point out something, I’d say the platform can feel a bit slow at times, especially with larger files. The QA tool is helpful, but it sometimes flags things that don’t really need fixing, which can slow things down. It would also be great to have a bit more flexibility in the editor and customization options. Nothing major, but there’s definitely room to make the workflow even smoother.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works solves the problem of having everything scattered across different tools and emails. Instead of managing files, terminology, QA, and communication separately, it brings everything into one place. That makes the whole workflow much more organized and less stressful.
For me, it means I can focus more on the actual work instead of admin tasks. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes collaboration smoother overall.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 9. Great Onboarding and Support, Open to Feedback and Customisation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The onboarding and support from the wxrks team has been great. They are always open to feedback and discussing possible customisations and developments to better fit our business needs.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Not a dislike per se but an improvement point for wxrks.

We have several integrations with other platforms in our ecosystem, so rely heavily on the API. We have had multiple occasions where API changes were not announced, breaking our connections and requiring us to find an emergency fix while we have active projects.

wxrks are constantly innovating and bringing out new features and platform improvements, however, we don't always get informed about these.

More proactive communication around these topics would be great.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations: The ability to integrate with our other platforms helps ensure an efficient, seamless workflow.

Support: We’ve received timely support from Giovanna and the rest of the wxrks team. They’re always open to discussing customisations so the product better serves our needs.

Efficiency: wxrks has enabled us to process high volumes of content for our clients, which has made our day-to-day work much more manageable The MT and AI functionalities have also helped reduce our linguist costs.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 10. Intuitive, Modern TMS with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane B. | Global Head of Language Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I find wxrks incredibly valuable for our transcreation agency as it serves as our TMS across many global brands. It keeps us up to date with AI advancements in localization. Our clients really appreciate the intuitive editor and the useful AI functionalities included. I like that wxrks helps our linguists and technology work together, maintaining high quality while speeding up the translation process. The fact that it is API-first makes it easy to integrate our own tools as well as our clients' tools. They have a great team that's easy to work with and offers fast support without exorbitant fees for connectors and features. I appreciate that they don't prioritize cutting humans out of the localization process, aligning with our values and business model. The combination of TMs, glossaries, MT, LLM, and being underpinned by RAG is great, allowing us to use TMs as a source of truth for brand voice and regulatory terms while leveraging LLMs for fluency. The initial setup was very simple, thanks to their helpful and responsive team, and their API made it smooth to batch import our data.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I think the tool still has some maturing to do to be used by LSPs rather than direct clients. Broader functionality for vendor invoicing, a more thorough quality assessment module for vendor managers, and PM centric QA functionalities could be improved.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

wxrks solves issues in localization by integrating AI, speeding up translation, and maintaining quality. Its API-first approach allows easy integration with our tools. It combines TMs, glossaries, MT, and LLM to support brand voice and fluency.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Jane!

 ### 11. Clear Side-by-Side Workspace That Makes Dutch-to-English Translation Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kolade A. | Freelance Translator, Translation and Localization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

When I work on Dutch to English translations, I like how the platform presents the document in a clear workspace. After uploading the file, the system prepares the content so I can translate each part directly within the interface. It keeps the original Dutch text on one side and allows me to type the English version next to it, which makes the process easier to follow.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I haven't found any fault yet to be honest, the platform works so well for me.
I'm glad I found Bureau Works.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the platform, translating Dutch documents into English meant constantly switching between files and tools. With Bureau Works, everything is handled inside one environment. I can move through the text steadily without worrying about missing sections, which helps me complete translations in a more organized way.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Kolade!

 ### 12. Easy-to-Understand UI with Similarity Scores and Powerful Filters

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nanda F. | Indonesian Linguist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The display of each function/icon is very easy to understand. BWX also displays translation results with a similarity level of 100% up to 50%, which will greatly help in providing inspiration to translators to adjust their translations so that they remain consistent with the standards of the project being worked on.

In addition, another valuable feature is the filter, which provides many filter options and makes it easier for translators to search for something based on their needs.

Once we open the editor page, everything is there to help us to finish our jobs. From looking for suggestions, glossary, searching spesific terms based on previous works, supported links. All available in one page, one click. No waste of time.

Source-target segments are designed in proper size and view, so we can write down our translation with ease.

In addition, I have found that my PM can quickly and easily perform task reassignment for a more equitable allocation.

BWX customer support seem very quick to solve every issue that being reported. Based on my experience never an issue being solved more than 24 hour and it helps alot for projects with tiny deadline.

With high load since the day one I use BWX, my frequence of use this platform is also high too. It helps me to gain better understanding this platform day by day.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Since using it last September, there have been some errors, such as not being able to claim tasks as soon as a project is published and having to wait several minutes.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not like other platform, in BWX we can see our rate for our works in the project file that we working on. We can also see the total of our payment that we got each month and no need to count them manually. Logfiles features help me to estimate my rate when issue of rate doesn't show for a while appear. No more misunderstanding with our PMs/employers about rate, whick kinda sensitive issue.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 13. A useful tool with lots of potencial

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | Translator, Copywriter and Transcreation Specialist | DE/EN/IT > ES, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I appreciate most is that the platform mostly gets out of my way so I can focus on the translation. The editor loads fast, search doesn’t freeze, and I can work through large files without the usual lag I get in other tools. TM and termbase behave the way I expect, and the AI suggestions are often a useful starting point—even if I still tweak most of them.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

That said, a few things could be more user-friendly. Some actions take more clicks than they should, and certain functions aren’t as easy to find the first time around. Nothing major, but tightening the navigation and reducing a bit of “panel clutter” would make the workflow even smoother.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using Bureau Works with a couple of my clients lately, and overall it’s been a really smooth experience. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable tool with a lot of potential, and I’m happy working in it—just hoping they streamline a few areas to make everyday tasks a bit quicker.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 14. A modern and efficient translation management system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colvyr L. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Bureau Works truly stands out with its modern and clean interface, making navigation and overall use a pleasant experience. The AI integration is a significant time-saver; it genuinely speeds up the translation process and helps with consistency, which is invaluable for large projects. I also found it easy to track projects and monitor progress, giving a clear overview of where everything stands.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

There are a few areas that could be improved. I found it a bit inconvenient that progress is measured by the number of segments rather than word count, which can sometimes obscure the true scope of work. Additionally, the AI suggestions can occasionally be a little distracting due to their sheer volume. Also, I hope that we can have a dedicated job board where translators and clients can easily connect.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works centralises and automates the translation and localisation workflow. This solves the complexities of project management, quality control, and administrative overhead. It is a highly convenient tool that simplifies managing client projects, ensures consistent, high-quality deliverables, and improves overall communication.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 15. Easy to Use, but Needs Stability and Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The platform is already easy to use, even for beginners. However, it would be even better with faster loading times and a more seamless workflow across features.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Notifications do not work properly when new jobs come in. Sometimes they do not appear even when the platform is open, and the page has to be refreshed manually for the new project to appear. Sometimes it's frustated for the FCFS type of task.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing bug frequency and improving overall system stability would make the platform more reliable for daily use. But it is much better since the first time I used it. However, it would also be great if the TMS could better adapt to commonly used approval workflows, particularly around editor approvals and submissions. Improving responsiveness and streamlining these steps would significantly enhance efficiency.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review!

 ### 16. Smooth, Reliable, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nordlys E. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Bureau Works makes my translation work faster and easier. The platform loads quickly, the interface is clear, and the AI suggestions are often helpful for improving speed and accuracy. I also like that everything — files, TM, and termbase — stays organized without needing extra steps. It just works the way you expect it to.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

There’s not much to complain about, but I’d like more control over QA alerts and font size options in the editor. They’re small things that could make long work sessions even smoother.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works helps me manage multiple translation projects in one place, from file tracking to payments. It’s reduced manual steps, kept deadlines organized, and improved overall workflow speed. The AI suggestions and integrated TM/termbase make my work faster and more consistent, while the platform’s stability saves me from crashes and delays.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

 ### 17. Intuitive Translation Management with Helpful QA for Catching Small Mistakes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadia Maya A. | English - Indonesian Copy Validator and Transcreator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The translation management system is very intuitive; it didn't take long to understand its tools. As a Localization QA specialist, the QA feature helps me spot minor mistakes that are prone to being overlooked (such as extra spaces in the middle of sentences), especially in large projects with a quick turnaround.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Sometimes I found the Smells tool annoying, as it keeps 'correcting' me with suggestions that are actually unnatural in everyday conversations. I know I can just ignore the suggestions, and I'm aware that the Smells tool exists to add an extra layer of correction where human errors can occur, but sometimes I wish there's a switch that could turn off Smells for a while.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining consistency of large/recurring translation projects.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 18. User-Friendly and efficient Interface with AI Suggestions That Speed Up Translation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George I. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I appreciate most about Bureau Works is its user-friendly interface, which makes translation tasks more organized and efficient. The AI suggestions and translation memory also accelerate the workflow while ensuring consistent translations.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

One thing I dislike about Bureau Works is that some features can be a bit difficult to find at first. The platform can also feel slightly overwhelming for new users until they get used to the workflow.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works helps me solve the challenge of managing complex translation projects by automating workflows, keeping files organized, and bringing translators together in one platform. For me, this means I save time, translation quality improves, and it’s much easier to manage multilingual content efficiently.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, George!

 ### 19. Modern, Automation-First Localization with Strong Integrations and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omolola C. | Fashion Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I like that Bureau Works feels like a genuinely modern, automation‑first localization platform that still keeps translators and project managers in the loop in a smart way.

It stands out strong because of automation and integrations. It connects easily to CMSs, file storage, and product systems, so you can trigger translation projects automatically when content changes, sync glossaries, and push status updates without manual file passing.

It uses AI for machine translation, translation memory, and even AI‑assisted job assignment, which speeds up repetitive work while keeping consistency across projects.

Users highlight that it centralizes all translation tasks, glossaries, and TMs in one place and that the UI makes creating projects and managing work straightforward.

Freelancers and teams often mention transparent project information, on‑time payments, and responsive support, which suggests the company invests in a good working relationship, not just the tech.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I dislike that Bureau Works can feel opaque and a bit over‑engineered at times, especially from a translator or new user’s point of view.

Platform and UX issues, Confusing interface and workflows. Sometimes it can take substantial amount of time to understand how to use the platform and that certain workflows have too many steps for simple tasks.

Also, some times I cannot see project pay details, percentages or their own error history in a way that helps them improve.

Occasional performance and workflow glitches slow performance with large files, QA tools that over‑flag non‑issues and errors like not being able to claim tasks immediately when they appear.

Business and trust concerns about pricing and value questions. Custom translation work is somewhat expensive compared with other agencies and I think delivered quality did not match the price.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works tackles the chaos of scaling localization workflows, like manual file handling, fragmented tools, and inconsistent quality by automating end-to-end processes with AI and smart integrations.

It eliminates back-and-forth emails and file chaos by automating intake, task assignment, routing, review and delivery helping my team to avoid hiring extra project managers for many of our projects.

Also centralizes translation memories, glossaries and QA tools to enforce consistency while AI matches translators to jobs based on expertise and handles repetitive tasks.

Scalability hurdles: Makes it easy to add languages, markets, or volume without technical debt, through integrations with CMSs and automation that supports growth without proportional cost increases.

Time and cost inefficiencies: Speeds up turnaround with machine translation, AI job allocation and deadline tracking cutting overhead and freeing humans for high value work.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Omolola!

 ### 20. User-Friendly, Smooth Interface with Helpful AI Translation Hints

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fatma A. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

It's user-friendly, has a smooth interface, and it makes collaboration between businesses and individuals, whether you're a freelancer or an employee, much more easier. The deliver feature saves time of back and forth communications. The AI features are quite helpful, especially the hints given when there's an error in translation. It's also very easy to set up on any pc device.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The only thing I found is that the AI feature disrupts the placeholders positions when I decide to apply an MT suggestion.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time and effort in communication and project delivery.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Fatma!

 ### 21. Extremely Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cong D. | Website Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I especially appreciate the ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it very easy to navigate even for new users. Daily translation tasks can be completed quickly without a steep learning curve, helping me stay productive and focused on quality.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

At times, some advanced features can feel slightly complex to configure at first. A bit more in-app guidance or tooltips would make the onboarding experience even smoother for new users.

Bureau Works helps streamline my translation workflow by centralizing project management, CAT tools, and collaboration in one platform. This reduces the need to switch between multiple tools, saves time, and improves consistency across projects. As a result, I can deliver translations faster while maintaining high quality.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 22. Very useful tool, but it can improve a lot by looking at its main competitors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo C. | Linguista, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Its online capability/availability, ease of use in its main panel, AI features.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Minor bugs:
- when you are making changes on a segment, if you go up or down within the project, you lose all changes made;
- sometimes when you're searching on the Glossary or MT, the field gets blank and you suddently start typing on the segments;
- it could make "suggestions" of words already used in the project when they appear again (like Chrome's searching feature and Word's guessing the word feature)
- if a word is not on the "dictionary" or "glossary", you can't add it (I always find an error while trying to)

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Up to now, I haven't seen any improvements.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 23. Outstanding Support, Smooth Onboarding, and Great Custom Development

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Support, onboarding, custom developments

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Our users often report frequent glitches, bugs and unstable UX. These get solved quickly usually but they do add up to their frustration sometimes, complaining about inefficient ways of working.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wxrks have really supported us with custom developments that have helped accommodate a variety of workflows across our clients. Users enjoy its AI capabilities, particularly the Sous-chef agents. We are also benefiting from strong reporting functionalities, something that was lacking in previous TMSs we were using.

For someone handling complex language pairs like Spanish, and English, I truly appreciate the terminology management and the seamless workflow. It allows me to maintain high accuracy and consistency without slowing down my delivery.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The learning curve for some of the more advanced automation features can be a bit steep initially, but once you master them, they are very helpful.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of maintaining high linguistic consistency across different projects. The platform effectively streamlines my workflow by centralizing terminology management, which is crucial for my work in Spanish, and English. This allows me to deliver faster without compromising the quality or cultural nuance of the translation.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 26. Clean Interface and Strong CAT Features That Streamline Translation Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yared B. | Freelance Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Bureau Works is user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and the platform brings together all essential translation tools (CAT features, QA, terminology, and project management) in one place. It simplifies workflows and saves time, especially when managing multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Some features could be better optimized for speed and performance, especially with large files. A few advanced functions are not immediately intuitive and require a learning curve, and there’s room for improvement in customization and flexibility for specific language workflows.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works solves the problem of fragmented translation workflows by bringing project management, CAT tools, QA, terminology, and collaboration into one unified platform. This reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and improves consistency and quality. For me, it means faster turnaround times, better organization of projects, smoother collaboration with clients and project managers, and a more efficient, reliable translation workflow overall.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 27. All-in-One Localization Platform That Boosts Efficiency and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno B. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

What I like best about Bureau Works is that it consolidates all the key components of the localization workflow into a single, organized platform. Having translation, revision, terminology, communication, and quality tools integrated in one place really improves efficiency and reduces errors. I also appreciate how the platform keeps everything transparent, from deadlines to assignment status, which makes collaboration much smoother for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

One thing I find challenging about Bureau Works is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. However, once you become accustomed to the workflow, it becomes much easier to navigate.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works addresses the fragmentation that often happens in localization workflows. Normally, files are in one place, communication in another, and quality checks in yet another tool. By centralizing everything — from assignments and terminology to QA and deliveries — it reduces confusion, speeds up my work, and makes collaboration with PMs and other linguists much smoother.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 28. Streamlines Translations with Minor Tag Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henok B. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I use wxrks for translating documents from English to Amharic and find it particularly helpful in maintaining translation consistency by using glossary terms, which saves time and keeps the translation consistent. I really like that wxrks streamlines volunteer and humanitarian translation workflows without complication. It allows me to apply translation memory and glossary, which feels reliable for community-based projects where speed and precision are needed. The initial setup was really easy and understandable.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

For me as a translator between English and Amharic, I have encountered language tag related issues which I hope can be fixed.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use wxrks to keep English-Amharic translations consistent by applying glossary terms, saving time. It streamlines volunteer translation workflows and is reliable for projects needing speed and precision.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review, Henok!

 ### 29. Efficient Translation with Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliette P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I use Bureau Works for translations, and it allows me to easily spot grammar and spelling mistakes. I also appreciate the feature that displays both the original and final versions of a file.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I find it really not very easy to set up Bureau Works initially. Also, there's no feature to confirm all segments in one click, which makes it slow, and we end up losing time having to confirm segment by segment. It would be helpful to have features that let you undo an action, like when you delete a word, having the option to go back or undo the action.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bureau Works to translate tasks easily and it helps in spotting grammar and spelling mistakes. Displaying original and final versions aids my work.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Juliette!

 ### 30. Streamlined Translation with AI-Driven Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alisha g.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I like that Bureau Works keeps everything organized in one place, making translation work faster and more consistent with its intuitive interface and helpful AI tools. I find the clear project dashboard and real-time AI suggestions most helpful — the dashboard makes it easy to see tasks and deadlines at a glance, and the AI-assisted suggestions speed up translation while keeping terminology consistent. The platform helps me streamline translation workflow, keep projects and deadlines organized, and reduce repetitive tasks. I also appreciate that the initial setup was straightforward, and the onboarding process made it easy to get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Some aspects that could be improved are the learning curve for new users and occasional slowdowns when loading large projects. A bit more polish in navigation and responsiveness would make the experience even smoother. Navigation could be improved by simplifying menus and reducing the number of clicks needed to reach active projects or assigned tasks. Responsiveness would feel better with faster loading times for large files, smoother editor performance, and quicker refreshes when switching between segments or projects.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bureau Works to manage translation projects efficiently, keeping everything organized. It streamlines my workflow, reduces repetitive tasks with AI tools, saves time, and improves consistency.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 31. As freelance translator I feel lucky to work for Bureau Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elvira B. | EN <> IT <>ES, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I know this company since 2017 and what I mostly appreciate about this company is their work flow management, I was able to arrange my own schedule without feeling overwhelmed by deadlines, PM s are very kind and ready to help with advice and problem solving.
I think all agencies that offer remote work should offer the same guarantees as Bureau Works. This is a cutting edge company on many point of view:
1) AI + human translation integration
2) Free staff training and development
3) Excellent TM that streamlines the time required for the translation of texts, even highly technical ones.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Texts to be translated are not that simple, often I translate complex technical texts that require specific knowledge and research.

**Recommendations to others considering wxrks:**

I reccomend Boreau Works for localization needs.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you work as remote freelancer you never feel sure if and when you will be paid by remote and unknown companies based on another continent. Well, I feel lucky because since working for Bureau Works I can keep track of each single word translated and I'm sure I'll get paid for each single word at the end of the month. I don't have to worry about chasing unknown clients with my "invoice" reminders.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 32. Top-Tier Translation Tool with Exceptional AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elitza D. | Manager Digital EX & Change

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I love the 'Sous Chef', a GPT persona in the BWX portal, which allows me to define a default prompt for everyone at the enterprise level, making it beneficial even for non-tech users. The ability to change prompts for advanced users without losing the corporate one is a great touch. I appreciate how users can process video and audio files and create voice from text in the portal. The free-flow editor is another lovely feature, allowing users to customize translations for specific audiences. The BWX professional interface's focus on the experience of language reviewers is something I really like, as they have a lot of additional support from agents and the large variety of supported file types and the stability of the solution make it stand out.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The Portal is quite new, and some of the new features are not always super stable, which means I need to raise tickets for the dev team to look and fix. I also noticed that the Portal has a 150MB limit for video uploads and does not support all video formats, like MOV, which is common for phone recordings. The AI voices, while multilingual, could sound softer. There is also a 5000-character limit for turning text into voice, which ideally could be higher. Another process instead of going through tickets might have been better fit for urgent situations during development and scaling.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works enhances translation quality with its RAG framework and Context Sensitive Translation, reducing edit time for reviewers. It resolves multimodal translation issues and supports video, audio, and text-to-speech securely. The 'Sous Chef' feature allows tailoring translation output, and the free-flow editor offers customization for various audiences.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Elitza!!! :)

 ### 33. A constantly-improving tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanna C. | freelance translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The system is very intuitive and attentive to detail. Customer support is also very good and responsive. Over time, the system has improved a lot, and it feels more polished and reliable than before.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

It still doesn’t always catch the nuances and subtleties of Italian, but it’s getting there.

There are still a bit too many inconsistent sniffs, so there are a few things you have to ignore or end up wasting time on. That said, I’ve noticed a lot of recent improvements overal. I recommend a feature allowing to complete a task at any time.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me detect every simple mistake or subtlety.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 34. Spectacular Translation Software and Translation Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tabinda I. | Language Localist - Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

It comes with bundle of features like providing suggestions from Translation Memory, 'Find and Replace' feature, 'Filter' feature which makes implementation effective and smooth for any user. One can easily find aid through customer support when they get stuck. The ease of use it provides, to help its users in translating at greater speed, is commendable.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

At times, I faced this issue that it does not pick up the tag in the target segment on its own.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes translation faster by providing suggestions and even relevant corrections by diagnosing error in 'Live' translation. This helps users to manage a simple translation project and even an ultra-complex enterprise grade localization. Its feature benefits to integrate human based translation with machine-translation, large language models and automation in order to deliver the simplest, most effective translation management technology and results.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 35. Swift and Reliable Localization with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

I really appreciate wxrks for being fast, highly reliable, and a smart localization engine. It offers top-tier linguistic support thanks to a powerful neural machine. I love that it is highly adaptable to my inputs and corrections, turning them into content almost immediately in the suggestion pane, which is super helpful for quick access. The Filter feature is another aspect I appreciate, giving it a five-star rating because it's instant, robust, and very useful for accessing multiple segments that need amendments. It's a one-stop, fast access option that lets me make fast and comprehensive linguistic corrections instantly.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I think wxrks could improve the tags transfer feature. Some tags in the source text aren't easily convertible to the target text, particularly NBSPs, which still show up as errors in QA reports. It would be much better if the NBSPs converted automatically or at least responded to the 'Fix Tags' tool.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use wxrks for fast and reliable localization with top-tier linguistic support. It's adaptable to my inputs, showing instant content in the suggestion pane and allows quick corrections across segments with its robust Filter feature.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 36. Honestly, I’ve been really impressed with Bureau Works. It’s super easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johanna H. | Course Development Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Very easy to use, with the flexibility to integrate the DeepL API seamlessly. Project management is intuitive, making it simple to stay organised and keep track of progress. Their Support Team (and even the CEO) are incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

I can't delete vendors from our account that we don't work with anymore.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Please give us the option to delete vendors that we don't work with anymore. At the moment, we always need to reach out to Support for this. The thing is, we add translators as vendors sometimes for test work, so we don't really work with them long term. And there are a lot of instances like this. So having the option to easily delete them from our account will make life so much easier.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 37. Wxrks Makes Error Tracking Simple with Helpful AI Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

 ### 38. BW increased my efficiency and I have more time to spend on my kids

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julián H. | financial translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

BW has truly improved my translation workflow. The platform modern tools and AI integration make it easy to manage projects efficiently and ensure more accurate, context-aware translations. I’ve noticed a notable difference in tasks that used to take much longer now feel smoother and more organized. The ability to combine technology with my own translation skills has helped me save time, stay consistent, and focus more on the creative and linguistic aspects of my work. It is easy to learn and take me no time to pass all my projects there. one month of using it everyday and is great

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

The main one is the limitation on the number of words included in my plan sometimes I feel restricted when working on larger projects because I think it will soon reach the limit (working a lot). Also, while automation helps a lot, it can occasionally make the process feel less personal or too dependent on the AI’s suggestions. Despite these small drawbacks, BW has overall been a great step forward in improving my translation efficiency. Costumer support is also something could be improved but it is just fine

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to modernize my workflow and framework of doing translations. It was easy and very intuitive.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 39. Long-term Valued Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Мартин Калчев M. | Reception Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

There are job tasks available for my language pair En>Bg and the deadlines are very reasonable. The communication with the Customer Support team is fast and problem-solving.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

It’s still unclear to me how to check the volume of published tasks. I also don’t receive notifications when new tasks become available that match my preferred criteria, and because of that, I can’t work on as many projects as I’d like to.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The job task is well organized and the translation tools are useful and easy to understand.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 40. Clean, Fast Editor with Helpful AI Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The editor is clean and fast. I didn't need long to get comfortable with it. TM and glossary work as expected, and the AI suggestions are helpful.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

QA alerts fire a bit too often for minor things.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-translation quality is decent. It pulls from memory and glossary intelligently, so the suggestions I get actually fit the context. I don't always use them as-is, but they give me a solid starting point and help me move faster through large files.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your review!

 ### 41. Reliable, Hassle-Free QA Tool Translators Can Actually Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandro S. | Free lance translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

It's a good-working tool - that's something already - and it won't give you hassles. QA is good and customizable. It's really something that a translator can actually use as a help, thus I can tell any colleague not to be scared about using it in their workflow or when they are requested to use in an assignment.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Sometimes it's a bit slow to move through segments. Here, it would help to have a little bit more agility.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good CAT tool that helps with the usual needs of a translator. Easy to use and good QA options.

 ### 42. Cloud-Based platform Bureau Works made my work easier and fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel G. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2025

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

BW is easy to access even if you are not using your computer. I just upload these week a couple of projects there and I had to go abroad without my computer. God bless BW because I had access to all where I was. Also, its implementation as a new tool for my workflow was just fine and smooth. I just used it the whole week to understand it and everything was great. Its glossary management and AI capabilities improve my efficiency and its well integrated with APIs using external AI providers with your own credentials.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Customer support was ok. Maybe it needs a little bit of speed when dealing with problems but they help me with my password problem. It is just that take a little bit longer than I expected. Since then I increase my sessions there so its fine. I am using it daily.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The project management helped me to have everything more organized without having all on local. I was a little mess with it but now everything is well organized. Also its AI capabilities made me spend less time working on each document.

 ### 43. Intuitive to use, with handy copy-to-clipboard and AI-powered checks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Intuitive use. What I like best is the 'copy text to clipboard' in the source text, for easy use of search engines or online AI features. With 'Checking smells' you can easily let AI detect your syntaxe, grammar and style for further refinement.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

'Augmented Actions' tends to slow down the process. It can take long for segments to 'load'. Also, the 'smells' that are detected contain a lot of false positivesm which prevents segments from being accepted and completed.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although it could be faster, it helps me working through larger volumes of text than before.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> thanks for your feedback!

 ### 44. Clear, User-Friendly UI with Smooth QA and Downloads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela Miki H. | Tradutor freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

The UI is clear, the tools are user-friendly. I had no issue translating and using QA at the end. Also, downloading the final translated version went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

Although I undesrtand the goal of an online tool, an offline version is always welcome for when things go out of control and we can't count on the internet to proceed.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I translated a work for PPB and it went pretty smoothly. I talked about the project details by email and translated and delivered the work through Bureau Works. It was so easy and practical!

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

 ### 45. Strong Platform with Powerful QA and Terminology Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Refi R. | English to Indonesian Translator and Indonesian Proofreader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about wxrks?**

Bureau Works would work even better for me with more advanced QA customization, stronger real-time terminology consistency checks, and clearer project performance analytics.

**What do you dislike about wxrks?**

While Bureau Works is a strong platform overall, the interface can sometimes feel less intuitive compared to other CAT tools, particularly in terminology management and QA customization.

**What problems is wxrks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bureau Works solves key challenges in translation workflow management, including centralized project coordination, terminology consistency, quality assurance automation, and collaboration between linguists and project managers. By integrating CAT tools, TM, QA checks, and communication in one platform, it reduces fragmentation and manual errors.

For me, this benefits productivity, ensures consistency across large or multi-file projects, and allows me to focus more on linguistic quality rather than administrative tasks.

**Official Response from Fábio Corrêa Gomes:**
