"All-in-One Localization Platform That Boosts Efficiency and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

What I like best about Bureau Works is that it consolidates all the key components of the localization workflow into a single, organized platform. Having translation, revision, terminology, communication, and quality tools integrated in one place really improves efficiency and reduces errors. I also appreciate how the platform keeps everything transparent, from deadlines to assignment status, which makes collaboration much smoother for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

One thing I find challenging about Bureau Works is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. However, once you become accustomed to the workflow, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BW increased my efficiency and I have more time to spend on my kids"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

BW has truly improved my translation workflow. The platform modern tools and AI integration make it easy to manage projects efficiently and ensure more accurate, context-aware translations. I’ve noticed a notable difference in tasks that used to take much longer now feel smoother and more organized. The ability to combine technology with my own translation skills has helped me save time, stay consistent, and focus more on the creative and linguistic aspects of my work. It is easy to learn and take me no time to pass all my projects there. one month of using it everyday and is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

The main one is the limitation on the number of words included in my plan sometimes I feel restricted when working on larger projects because I think it will soon reach the limit (working a lot). Also, while automation helps a lot, it can occasionally make the process feel less personal or too dependent on the AI’s suggestions. Despite these small drawbacks, BW has overall been a great step forward in improving my translation efficiency. Costumer support is also something could be improved but it is just fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloud-Based platform Bureau Works made my work easier and fast"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

BW is easy to access even if you are not using your computer. I just upload these week a couple of projects there and I had to go abroad without my computer. God bless BW because I had access to all where I was. Also, its implementation as a new tool for my workflow was just fine and smooth. I just used it the whole week to understand it and everything was great. Its glossary management and AI capabilities improve my efficiency and its well integrated with APIs using external AI providers with your own credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

Customer support was ok. Maybe it needs a little bit of speed when dealing with problems but they help me with my password problem. It is just that take a little bit longer than I expected. Since then I increase my sessions there so its fine. I am using it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized, Transparent, and Reliable Platform for Translators"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

What I like best about Bureau Works is how organized and easy to use the platform is. The interface is clean, the instructions are clear, and everything runs smoothly from project assignment to delivery. Payments are reliable, and the team communicates professionally, which makes working with them stress-free and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes communication can be a bit slow during busy periods. However, the team always follows up and stays professional, so it never really affects the overall workflow or experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, User-Friendly Translation with Room for QA Improvements"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

I appreciate how Bureau Works is simple to use and that it allows me to see all options on the screen at once, which helps avoid unnecessary toggling between menus. I find the AI advanced options incredibly useful as they help me select the best choices according to the context, ultimately optimizing my editing results. The software's efficiency stands out to me because it's both fast and easy to use. I also enjoy the feature that allows for fast editing of tags, which typically can be a tedious process, but this feature makes it much more manageable. Additionally, I value the fix tag option because it proves to be very useful in streamlining my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

I do not like the QA menu in Bureau Works because it seems to repeatedly show the same errors with no option to fix them all at once. Additionally, there is no easy way to search for a target or original phrase/word and replace it in one go or across multiple segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, Fast, and Freelancer-Friendly Translation Tool"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

Using Bureau Works as a freelance translator has been a good experience, the platform is fast, clean, and lets you focus on the actual translation work. I can load large files without lag, searches are quick, and the editor is simple enough. The AI suggestions often reflect the right tone and terminology, and, although they're not always spot on, they have been a real time-saver.. I also like that the interface feels intuitive—I didn’t have to go through tutorials to implement it. Compared to other tools I’ve used, Bureau Works feels a lot more stable and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

there are a few areas that could be improved. The QA feature tends to be overly sensitive at times, flagging things that don’t actually need fixing, and this may interrupt the workflow unnecessarily. As regards the AI suggestions, it would be useful to have more control or customization over how AI is applied. Nothing that breaks the experience, but a few tweaks could really improve use dayly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Intuitive Platform Perfect for Linguists"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

What I like best about Bureau Works is its seamless blend of efficiency and simplicity tailored for linguists. The platform handles large files without lag, allowing for uninterrupted workflow, which is crucial when managing complex translation projects. That's why I am using it on a daily basis. The editor interface is clean and intuitive, requiring minimal learning time, so I can focus immediately on the translation rather than navigating the tool. Their customer support is always super responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

What I find less favorable about Bureau Works is that the AI-powered suggestions, while helpful at times, can be inconsistent—sometimes they are spot-on and other times they miss the mark, requiring careful review and manual correction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Experience with Bureau Works"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

I like how easy Bureau Works is to use. Its simple interface helps me work faster, and it doesn’t take long to figure out. Even though it offers plenty of advanced options for those who need them, it’s hassle-free for my basic translation and localization work. It also saves my work automatically, so I don’t have to worry about losing translations if there’s an internet problem, which is a big relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

I really struggled with the translation preview disappearing mid-work and not coming back even after multiple refreshes. The QA would sometimes flag issues that weren’t important, and the AI suggestions were occasionally off as well, pointing out problems that didn’t actually exist. "Reliable Translation Management with Excellent Ease of Use"
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

Bureau Works offers an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage translation projects. The platform is well-designed, which allows for a smooth implementation process and minimal learning curve. I particularly appreciate the quality of customer support—they are responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. The frequency of updates and new features keeps the platform modern and aligned with industry needs. Integration with other tools is straightforward, which streamlines workflow and saves time. Overall, the combination of ease of use, robust features, and strong support makes it a reliable choice for translation management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

While Bureau Works has many features, some could benefit from further refinement, particularly in reporting and analytics. Occasionally, more advanced integrations could be simplified for non-technical users. Additionally, certain features, though powerful, are not immediately discoverable and may require guidance or support to use effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful and professional support team."
What do you like best about Bureau Works?

I like that Bureau Works blends a modern CAT/TMS with native AI augmentation — it feels like a platform built to remove repetitive work so I can focus on the actual editing and context. Their translation memory, terminology management and machine-assisted first drafts make routine segments much faster to resolve, and the platform’s automation.

The most helpful things is the productivity boost from MT + TM working together so the draft is already useful before I start editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bureau Works?

While I appreciate the platform, there are a few downsides I’d call out. Some users report a learning curve and occasional confusing UI flows — for newcomers it can take a little time to find where certain features live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
