I love the fact that you can assign translation requests to different people and get notified via email. Also, the main reason you begin to depend on this tool is because of its memory capacity.
What do you dislike?
The memory can sometimes get too many things stored and so sometimes you have too many suggestions underneath. Ideally it would suggest newest to oldest translation.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All of the translation requests are kept here and all departments have been trained in uploading documents and assigning due dates. This has helped with prioritization as well as follow up. Also, translations are done quicker when it’s similar to past translations
