Quick response in translation and multiple language support, and also easy for version upgradation and installation. Due to its quick response, it is more easier for customer support agents to give quick resolution. Language Io is easiest to use and also very easy to setup and integrate with enterprise orgs. What do you like best about Language IO?

Their client services team is very helpful and receptive to feedback and working towards solutions, even for complex integrations. The software itself works well, and most of our customers report that the translations are effective in communication. What do you dislike about Language IO?

Unfortunately, some languages (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin, etc.) are not translated effectively and often mix up formalities. These languages, in particular, have been reported by clients to be unprofessional and especially impact technical discussions when supporting those clients.
