Craftable Reviews & Product Details

Craftable has a great add-on which is Analytics. This really allows us to view our daily sales and dive into specifics of our revenue and expenses at an operating day to day level. We also love the food inventory management of Craftable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There hasn't been anything that's come through that is a mjor pain point. One possible improvment would be the ability to stop mulitple sales record being duplicated when processesing them and pushing through to our ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Craftable enables us to house our entire purchasing and receiving process, inventory audits, recipes, data analytics, and much more in one place.

The Bevager software by Craftable allows you be hyper detail oriented in inventory management without being complicated. Even if you choose not to use certain features, you will get more out of this software than many of the competing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Director panel, for those who oversee multiple locations, could use a little attention. Adding items across all stores is a daunting data-entry task. I would like to see this improved upon. I'm not a fan of the login process on the mobile app. I'd be fine with it keeping me logged in or at least store my credentials from quick access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Switching from using API to Craftable has been the best! The color-coding is excellent, and the whole UI is highly user-friendly. The ability to undo things becomes extremely helpful, and the search engine makes work so much easier! The notifications don't let you miss out on due assignments and keep me out of trouble! The only thing I dislike, and it's not even a bad thing cause it's beneficial, are some of the dialogue boxes when approving invoices. I know they are there to help make the process more accurate and fast, but I rarely have to do what they suggest, so it's an extra step to say no or to close the window, but for people who do track their orders more closely, they are a great asset! Craftable's reporting package and operator-driven analytical focus allows restaurant operators, among other clients, to use the platform to ask complex business questions and reach actionable conclusions to make decisions. There are many platforms available in the market that would require the use ofmultiple platforms to answer questions of such complexity: Craftable can do so on a standalone basis. Onboarding process can be complex for uniquely-structured operations or those that don't have a dedicated technology resource employed to focus on launch. In addition, suite of reporting options can be overwhelming, especially without the guidance of an account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great system for keeping track of inventory, invoices, purchase orders, sales.

I love it that it is super easy to upload the invoices.

There is some room for improvement:

- Sometimes, the platform catches the wrong date of the invoices

-Once a bill has been created, even if you unapprove the invoice, you can't unmap the items. As a workaround, I delete the line and add a new item, which is time-consuming.

-The help page could have been more detailed and thorough

- You can't delete items, only mark them as unactive

- Very often an adjustment slip for returning a product is processed as an invoice, not as a credit note and I can't change that by myself. Has to contact support to process it as credit.

- In the Books (orange page) I would like to have a search box to search for an invoice number, like I can do in the Foodager/ Bevager

-Would love to be able to switch off the option to get asked every time after mapping the items to link the invocie with the PO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Craftable and their suite of technology including Bevager and Foodager are best in class. There is no other platform out there that is as robust, industry specific, and granular in a meaningfu way. The intuitive and user friendly dashboard, amazing reporting, recipe building with cost control even with batched cocktails and in-house made beverages. Being able to do all of my ordering from my phone app is probably thr biggest help in my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reports and information is available at your fingertips. It includes many of the benefits of similar programs (Avero) but the purchasing, receiving and inventory management aspect is incredibly helpful. The programming on the back end is tedious and sometimes difficult to navigate when things aren't easily identified. The more complex a concept or menu is for a concept the more difficult it becomes to program menu items, recipes and modifiers to deplete inventories accurately.
