What do you like best about SpotOn?

Spoton is a top-tier payment processing and digital marketing company that truly understands the needs of modern businesses. Their platform handles complex menu modifiers seamlessly, making it perfect for restaurants with intricate setups. The customizable reports provide deep insights to drive smarter decisions. Their email marketing and loyalty programs are easy to use and highly effective. Online ordering with built-in discounts adds tremendous value. What really sets Spoton apart is their outstanding customer service—especially from Ivan Monroy, whose expertise and support are second to none. What do you dislike about SpotOn?

One area where Spoton could improve is communication with their development team—feature requests or technical issues sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed. Additionally, the offline mode for taking transactions isn't as seamless as it could be, which can be a challenge during internet outages. What do you like best about SpotOn?

The only redeeming quality for SpotOn is that all the POS items can be found on one menu screen instead of clicking the menu category buttons to view items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotOn?

Inaccurate reporting & reconciliation. POS constantly froze. 3 different platforms for reporting, programing & takeout and none were user friendly. Customer service gave inaccurate answers and took 30+ minutes to get back to you with a wrong answer. The sales pitch for the whole system was wildy cherry picked and did not show the actual functions. Our implementation team was rude, lefts our emails unread and 99% of the preprogramming was done wrong. There is absolutely nothing user friendly about the interface. The backend is temperamental and not intuitive. We're switching back to Toast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
