**What do you like best about SpotOn?**

The tech they sent to help with the install was helpful and did a good job of helping everyone get situated with the new system.

**What do you dislike about SpotOn?**

Feels like an old stystem. Isn't very intuitive and requires a lot of phoning out to customer service for issues that should be able to be resolved in house.

**What problems is SpotOn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trouble interfacing with To Go services. Customizing and changing menu items is clunky.
