We are not given a number to allow us to contact the delivery driver if there are any issues or if there were any mistakes made during the check-out process. I'm left to wait until they contact me if they don't just drop off my order anywhere and leave. I was very annoyed at this point. I called Uber Eats back, got a different representative, the order was cancelled, and my money refunded. Ok, so we're waiting for the order that was placed, I got an email telling me my order was cancelled. I called the Peking house and he told me that my order was picked up, and he laughed and told me that the delivery driver cancelled my order, but he must have eaten my order because my order was picked up. I was annoyed that he would find this soo amusing and 2nd I was embarrassed and humiliated that my coworker would not have lunch. I told myself I would never order from Uber Eats again, but I'm glutton for punishment!! Ok, so since I never got to use the 50% off coupon, I decided to use it on Sunday, 11/7. I tried to use the coupon, but was advised coupon was already used, I contacted Uber Eats customer service and explained my unfortunate situation, he advised me to place my order and he would refund me my 50%, ok, I waited patiently until today 11/12, for my refund, NO REFUND!! So I contact Uber Eats customer service AGAIN!! I was advised to screen shot the coupon, so they could investigate. In the meantime they send me another coupon for 50% off. Ok after their investigation, they refund my money in UBER CASH, I DO NOT WANT UBER CASH!!! I DID NOT PAY IN UBER CASH!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM UBER EATS AGAIN!!! I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON FINALLY!!! This was not my mistake and also not my fault.
