Customer service was horrible. Was also mislead by the onboarding team. Was told they would be able to add a 15% markup to our menu through the POS integration. - App constantly quotes a delivery timeline during transaction that changes to be 15 to 30 mins longer only AFTER you press the final button. Bate and switch delivery timelines.

Uber eats is a decent platform to order food. It has an easy user interface that is easy to order. App has multiple food cuisine to order from. One can see the live location of the food partner also.
