I don't like that they charge $1.25 each night for direct deposit. If you want to get your money into your bank the next day, they charge you $1.25, which my coworkers and I hate. Their cards aren't supported by services like Venmo or Cash App. The transfer to your bank is supposed to take 5-7 business days, but it often takes longer. It happened to me once this week, and my coworkers have had the same issue. I preferred when my job just paid me out with cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of a thing I dislike about TipHaus. I do wish it integrated directly to my specific payroll provide and the payroll synch can take up to 10 minutes (for our largest location) but it's a small price to pay for the amount of time and energy TipHaus saved our business. I find the TipHaus team to be tremendously helpful for our automated tipping needs at both our travel sites and park locations. The QR code tipping feature has been an awesome experience, and our guests love it, also providing us great feedback. The support from the TipHaus team during the rollout has been phenomenal. From an admin point of view, we eliminated manual calculations, saving us countless hours and cutting the associated admin costs.
