**What do you like best about Incentivio?**

What I like most about Incentivio is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The platform makes managing promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement so seamless. On top of that, Christina’s support has been incredible—she always takes the time to walk us through updates and ensures we’re confident using every feature.

**What do you dislike about Incentivio?**

The main limitation we’ve run into is with discounts—the system can sometimes feel a bit restrictive in how promotions are set up. It works well for standard offers, but having more flexibility would make it even stronger.

**What problems is Incentivio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incentivio is helping us streamline customer engagement through loyalty programs, digital gift cards, and promotions. Before, we struggled with managing all these pieces across different platforms. Now, everything is in one place, which saves us time and helps us build stronger, lasting relationships with our guests.
