
Chowly has made it easy to manage all our online orders in one place. Before we had tablets from every delivery app cluttering the hoststand and someone had to re-enter every order into the POS. Now everything automatically prints right to the kitchen and just works so we don't have to think about it. Their customer support really stands out. Their team helped build our website and online ordering quickly, and they’ve been incredibly responsive any time we have a question. They’re quick to respond and genuinely invested in our success. The platform itself is simple to use. Having one centralized place that connects all our 3rd party delivery, our website, loyalty program, direct online orders, marketing, and SEO is saving us countless labor hours. There’s honestly very little to dislike. Like any tech company, some new features roll out with minor bugs, but their team is transparent and collaborates with us to fix them quickly. There could be some more customization option for restaurants offering catering through their website, but that functionality is likely coming soon.
