Smile is simple and easy to use! Their Help Center really provides any information you may need and if you need further assistance their CS is quick and helpful. Smile is easy for the customer and implementation was a breeze! If you are looking for an easy solution to customer retention and satisfaction, this is the place to go. What do you like best about Smile.io?

I’ve been using Smile.io for my e-commerce store to run both a referral program and a points-based loyalty system, and it’s been a game changer. My customers can earn points for actions like purchases, signing up, and even celebrating their birthdays, which keeps them engaged and coming back. The referral feature has also helped attract new shoppers by rewarding both the referrer and their friends. It integrates seamlessly with my other tools like Shopify and Klaviyo, making it easy to manage everything in one place. Our customers have a seamless way to collect points, and we can run a variety of promos or have different tiers. Smile was very easy to implement into shopify, and I can tweak little things every time. If I am ever stuck on an idea, their customer support is there to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. We use smile every day and it is very easy to use. What do you like best about Smile.io?

In general, I consider them to be the number one app for handling Loyalty and Rewards streamlined services in Shopify.

Because of the following:

a) Customer service. They have an excellent team of advisors that can make a general assessment of your rewards program situation and that can provide solutions to the issues they may find.

b) Ease of use. Really intuitive, with resources that are easy to be found.

c) Quantity of features available. Extremely comprehensive solution whose use can be either constrain by your budget or your general needs.

d) Quantity of integrations available. Remarkable in this aspect, any major player regarding email marketing, reviews, support or marketing automation is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smile.io?

Other options may struggle making their customer base pay for a profitable subscription from the beginning because they lack of the reputation or permanence Smile.io have, however they can play by their own rules.

It is understandable that the whole maintenance cost of the integrations and keeping the tech debt short pushes businesses like them to keep their rates a bit above the average, nevertheless, the variety of levels of service they offer makes a substantial leap from their A option to their B option regarding features availability and cost.

However, nothing is lost, they are open to offer a customized tier of service for a limited time, while a merchant's business gets stability or traction, take a chance on them, they are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
