Their roadmap/blog has had a steady stream of improvements in the last few months so this is always a good sign when looking at a software solution. **What do you dislike about ReferralCandy?** Some features like API, integrations and the ability for multiple coupon codes are limited compared to other solutions. Sometimes support staff doesn't understand the first time because of language barriers. **What problems is ReferralCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a more affordable Referral software than what we were using and we have found it. Customer service was very helpful to try and problems solve. You'll need a developer if you want to customise emails ( if the default ones don't work for you, that is). In the list of contacts, it showed that they 'joined' the program. This created some confusion as I thought that they had enrolled although disabled any post-purchase email or widget. Katherine quickly clarified the situation and confirmed that no referral email was triggered. Suggestion to ReferralCandy: label the column 'Added' instead of 'Joined' **What problems is ReferralCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** This referral program is easy to configure and it integrates well with Bold subscription.
