
The integration with Shopify is seamless and clean. It doesn’t feel clunky, and everything shows up right on the customer account page. After upgrading, our customers can now see their points directly on the website, which has made the experience feel much more professional and transparent. The pricing can be high for a small business, especially as you upgrade for more features. I also wish bonus campaigns were more flexible. Currently, bonus campaigns multiply regular points during a set time period, but you can’t easily assign a flat bonus (for example, +50 points for purchasing a specific product). To do that, you have to use Shopify Flow, which adds complexity. It would be much easier if Smile allowed simple product-based bonus point rules directly inside the platform.
