I recently had to speak with Smile.io's support team regarding an issue wherein we were being overcharged for orders made on our site, when in fact they were our TikTok Shop orders, which due to our logistics set up, are sent to our packing station through Shopify. They [support] promptly sorted the issue and rectified the discrepancy. However, this "fix" did not last and by the following month they [Smile] were requesting an upgrade to our plan because we had exceeded the plan's order limit, although our store's orders were well within the limit. The issues still outstanding regarding our orders not being processed properly, has only increased my dissatisfaction in Smile.io. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
