The onboarding process is simple, and it’s easy to launch a loyalty program without heavy development work. This was especially helpful for our team since we wanted something efficient but flexible.
One of the biggest strengths is how customizable the program is. We can easily set up points, rewards, referrals, and different earning actions that align with our brand and customer behavior. The flexibility allows us to test and adjust our strategy without disrupting the customer experience.

Some of the analytics and metrics can be confusing at first, especially when comparing data between Smile and Shopify, such as differences in sign-up or member counts.
