PhoneBurner has allowed me to have more B2B clients at one time. I love the ease of use with PhoneBurner. The CRM is excellent, and setting up new clients is a breeze with being able to copy Dialing and Live Answer button sets. I like the folder system, and I'm especially happy that PhoneBurner has updated the system for folder additions and changes to complete quicker than it was at one time. I also find the system for verifying caller ID terrific. Everything about adding a new client is done very quickly, which I really enjoy. I don't like the options offered in PhoneBurner where you select and build a Dialing list to call. It starts at ten and goes up 25 and then 50, etc., but I would like for it to start in increments of five. Sometimes I just need to make five calls at one time. I have some clients who have a fifteen per day level. It would be better to have increments of five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, fifty, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
