What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

When I first started using PhoneBurner, I ran into a bit of a hiccup importing files with a large number of data points. It was frustrating at first—but what really impressed me was how prompt, professional, and on-point the support team was.

They responded quickly, walked me through the solution step by step, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their users and want you to succeed.

Since then, it’s been smooth sailing. The software is powerful, easy to use, and has made a huge difference in how efficiently I operate. And knowing I have a top-tier support team behind me just gives me even more confidence in using the platform every day.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I appreciate PhoneBurner’s responsive support team. They promptly assist us by hopping on calls and dedicating an individual support person to address our needs. The quick response to support emails, usually in under twenty minutes, is impressive. I find the platform extremely helpful in managing and organizing a large database for outbound calls. The capability to upload, manage, and process leads efficiently, along with the powerful search functionality, is invaluable. The saved search functions bring crucial data to the forefront, aiding call agents like me significantly. I value the power dialer feature that helps rotate numbers and manage their health against spam flags. Also, the ability to send emails based on call dispositions and access to email templates enhances efficiency. Using PhoneBurner has notably saved me time, which is crucial in sales. "Effective Power Dialer, Needs UI Improvement"
What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I find the setup of PhoneBurner to be fairly straightforward, which made the initial experience smooth and easy. I really appreciate the power dialer feature, as it is exactly what I need for my tasks. The ability to reach more contacts is incredibly beneficial, aligning perfectly with my goal to generate more sales. Using PhoneBurner, I am consequently able to enhance my efficiency. Despite only needing the power dialer, I value the fact that if it performs well, it's sufficient for my requirements. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

They're always prompt to respond to our needs. Whether it's their support team or our success coach/contact they're always there for us. We also contributed to a Beta program which meant alot to have been included - they listen and implement the needs and concerns of their customers. We've been clients for nearly 3 years now and have never considered working with anybody else - in fact we've more than tripled the amount of seats we have active. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PhoneBurner helps me stay focused on the task at hand. The layout and customer portal are phenomenal—clean, intuitive, and easy to use. It took me literally just minutes to get started. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

The dialing system and ways to organize your team to call directly to customer pools are efficient and I am especially impressed with how the dispositions function to separate your leads after the initial first call for follow up. Each Sales Representative can easily sort and organize their sales leads based on a number of different criteria including previous history, previous call attempt, phone number area code, etc. We can customize our account to specific other criteria such as product purchased, ad codes and others that are very useful. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I shortlisted three providers, one of which was my current provider, and the other was Koncert. I used G2 and Capterra to help with my selection, and both platforms ranked Phone Burner (referred to as PB) and Koncert highly.

PB offers a month-to-month contract that allows you to try it out, and it has three service tiers. I opted for the $215 level and also purchased six telephone numbers.

So, why did I choose PB? One of the main features is the voicemail drop, which is a significant time saver. This feature enables PB to send emails directly, reducing the time spent going back and forth with my CRM. Although I found it initially intimidating to learn all these new tools, the onboarding experience has been the best I've encountered in over 20 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

There is no functionality, as with KONCERT and other power dialers to go into your CRM find one person you want to phone call and just call that person. You actually have to import them as part of a CSV file. That seems to me would be an easy add-on that would come in handy otherwise you have to use your cell phone and a lot of people don't wanna do that.The whole philosophy behind phone dialers is to get through a whole bunch of numbers with a 3 to 400% increase in productivity and they do it very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PhoneBurner is a game changer for us. We have been dealing with inconsistent call volume and (we're still in the early adoption stage of using) we've found it to be incredibly user-friendly and easy to implement into our everyday workflows. This is going to be a daily used tool for our business, and have felt supported since our first interaction with PhoneBurner. It was also really easy to integrate with our CRM (HubSpot). This is more than just a dialer as well, the features in the system are endless. Need your phone number monitored? They got that covered. Need training?
