What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PhoneBurner has allowed me to have more B2B clients at one time. I love the ease of use with PhoneBurner. The CRM is excellent, and setting up new clients is a breeze with being able to copy Dialing and Live Answer button sets. I like the folder system, and I'm especially happy that PhoneBurner has updated the system for folder additions and changes to complete quicker than it was at one time. I also find the system for verifying caller ID terrific. Everything about adding a new client is done very quickly, which I really enjoy. What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

I don't like the options offered in PhoneBurner where you select and build a Dialing list to call. It starts at ten and goes up 25 and then 50, etc., but I would like for it to start in increments of five. Sometimes I just need to make five calls at one time. I have some clients who have a fifteen per day level. It would be better to have increments of five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, fifty, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I use PhoneBurner for managing my team and letting them make phone calls. I appreciate how PhoneBurner solves several issues for me, like team management, phone number availability, listening in on calls, and distributing leads. It's really easy to use, which I love. Normally, buying phone numbers, getting a power dialer, and acquiring leads would be separate processes, but PhoneBurner combines all that into one smooth experience. I find the setup of PhoneBurner to be fairly straightforward, which made the initial experience smooth and easy. I really appreciate the power dialer feature, as it is exactly what I need for my tasks. The ability to reach more contacts is incredibly beneficial, aligning perfectly with my goal to generate more sales. Using PhoneBurner, I am consequently able to enhance my efficiency. Despite only needing the power dialer, I value the fact that if it performs well, it's sufficient for my requirements.
