I find the setup of PhoneBurner to be fairly straightforward, which made the initial experience smooth and easy. I really appreciate the power dialer feature, as it is exactly what I need for my tasks. The ability to reach more contacts is incredibly beneficial, aligning perfectly with my goal to generate more sales. Using PhoneBurner, I am consequently able to enhance my efficiency. Despite only needing the power dialer, I value the fact that if it performs well, it's sufficient for my requirements. Furthermore, I have a strong inclination to recommend PhoneBurner to others who have similar needs, as it effectively addresses those key requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the interface somewhat more complicated than it needed to be. Although it wasn't too bad, it was a little tricky to figure out how it worked. I believe that simplifying the user interface could improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
