The CRM is excellent, and setting up new clients is a breeze with being able to copy Dialing and Live Answer button sets. I like the folder system, and I'm especially happy that PhoneBurner has updated the system for folder additions and changes to complete quicker than it was at one time. I also find the system for verifying caller ID terrific. Everything about adding a new client is done very quickly, which I really enjoy. The PhoneBurner Customer Service is fantastic, whether I reach out by email or telephone.
