**What do you like best about CallBlitz?**

I love the Virtual sales floor, the real-time coaching and feedback, and the blitz rooms. The ability to be with other reps who are passionate about improving and helping one another is great. The virtual sales floor lets me log in first thing, start my dial hard challenge, and call with others who are also locked in. I really look forward to dialing with others because I'm not alone and we laugh, network, and improve our skills by giving feedback to one another. I love the features.

**What problems is CallBlitz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CallBlitz to alleviate the loneliness of dialing alone. It provides a virtual sales floor, enabling real-time coaching, networking, and skill improvement with like-minded individuals. It creates a supportive environment, motivating me to improve and connect with others.

**What do you like best about CallBlitz?**

CallBlitz is my absolute favorite tool in my tech stack. As a sales development and inside sales manager, providing meaningful call coaching and actionable feedback is critical—and CallBlitz makes it easier, more efficient, and more impactful than ever before.

The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and designed with coaching in mind. I love how seamlessly it allows me to deliver live call coaching and real-time support during conversations. It’s also been a huge asset for onboarding—new reps can jump right in, get immediate feedback, and ramp up faster with confidence. CallBlitz has completely changed the way we approach development conversations—making them more focused, productive, and aligned with real growth opportunities.

Whether I'm prepping for a 1:1, giving quick in-the-moment feedback, or building a library of best-in-class examples for the team, CallBlitz is the go-to tool I trust.
If you're serious about elevating your team's performance, I can't recommend CallBlitz highly enough. It's not just a helpful tool—it's an absolute game-changer.

There are absolutely no downsides to CallBlitz

**What problems is CallBlitz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before CallBlitz, providing call coaching felt reactive and time-consuming. I either had to listen to entire call recordings after the fact or rely on second-hand summaries. There was no easy way to support reps live while calls were happening, and onboarding new reps often meant a slower ramp because feedback cycles were delayed.

CallBlitz solves all of that by allowing live call coaching and real-time support during active conversations. It eliminates the gap between when an issue happens and when feedback is given, making coaching immediate, relevant, and actionable. It also streamlines onboarding—new hires can get direct support right when they need it, so they build good habits from Day 1 instead of having to course-correct later.

Because of CallBlitz, I’m able to be proactive instead of reactive with coaching. My team gets better, faster. Coaching conversations are more specific and tied directly to real moments in real calls, which builds trust and accelerates growth.
Onboarding time has decreased, rep confidence has gone up, and the quality of calls across the board has noticeably improved. Plus, it saves me time—I’m no longer buried under hours of call recordings to review.

Simply put: CallBlitz makes me a more effective coach, and my team is stronger because of it.

**What do you like best about CallBlitz?**

CallBlitz is the bomb-diggity for sales reps and managers alike. 

As an IC, say goodbye to the days of sitting by yourself at your desk making dials in isolation - with CallBlitz, you can get with all your homies and make the cowabungas of cold calling a shared experience; just hook your dialer of choice up, turn your camera on and go to town. The ability to jump into individual call rooms to listen and coach each others is an added bonus. 

For managers, CallBlitz gives you the ability to centralize your remote sales force and coach them all at the same time. Countless studies have shown that correcting behavior is most effective relative to its occurrence - with CallBlitz you're able to listen to your reps call in real time and give them feedback as soon as they get off the phones. 

CallBlitz is IMO a must for every remote sales force and it has been an indispensable part of every "tech stack" I've used - both as an individual contributor and manager - for the past year and a half.
