"More than just a meeting transcription service"

What do you like best about Parrot AI?

For our sales calls, I love that my team and I can easily share the transcripts and videos with each other. Parrot is an integral part of our sales process; we use it to ensure that we're asking all the right questions of our customers and it's super easy to integrate the results rigth back into our CRM so we gain a complete understanding of our customers. My team uses Parrot on every sales call, maybe a dozen or more meetings a week. It's straightforward to invite Parrot into our calls and there's even a button in case we forget. What do you dislike about Parrot AI?

I use my own AI instead of the chat that's part of Parrot. Theirs is limited in the length of questions you can ask and we have a specific process for analyzing our transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Parrot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my team, it's all about sales. Not only do we get a transcript, but we get a complete video record of our calls. You never know when a customer will say something that just perfectly captures a pain point or how our solution has helped them, and with Parrot, we have that on video. What do you like best about Parrot AI?

Parrot is very accurate when making summaries and attending meetings set in your calendar. It provides full scripts and video recordings for a full set of post meeting reviews. The integration with calendars is very easy and simple to follow and implement to your meetings. I use it for every meeting that needs a recoding and post meeting review.
