"Amazing Case Review and Body Cam Transcripts in One Place"

What do you like best about Rev?

The case review and body camera transcription features have been especially valuable in my practice. Reviewing discovery and watching footage can take a significant amount of time, and having a transcript makes it easier to locate specific statements and revisit key portions of an encounter. Having these tools in one place helps me work through case materials more efficiently and gives me more time to prepare for hearings, develop case strategy, and communicate with clients.

An unexpected benefit has been how useful the transcripts are when I need to return to something later. Being able to find a particular exchange without rewatching the entire recording makes follow-up review much more manageable. What do you dislike about Rev?

The chat feature is the main area where I’d like to see improvement. It can take longer than expected to process a request and return the information I need, which slows down my workflow, especially when I’m reviewing a case or trying to finish something between hearings. Faster responses and a smoother back-and-forth would help me complete tasks with fewer delays. A clear progress indicator would also be helpful so I know whether a request is still processing. Overall, I’m impressed with the platform, and making the chat faster and more responsive would make it even more useful in my daily practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rev solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using the product, I spent a significant amount of time reviewing case materials and body camera footage, which limited how much I could get done each day. Now, having support with case review and transcription helps me work through those materials more efficiently, giving me more time to handle other matters, prepare for hearings, and focus on my clients.
