I'm not sure of the context of this question, so I will answer it in the perspective of the way that we use it... as a paying Rev customer who uses the auto transcription feature.

While we don't use Rev to monetize the transcription directly, we do use it to SAVE money by transcribing interviews, webinars, and other recorded events so that our team can easily draw out the key takeaways vs. watching, pausing, rewinding, and rewatching them. That does help our profitability on projects where we repurpose recorded content into different formats.

As far as using rev to then "flip" transcriptions? I'm skeptical the margins would be there, but if you had enough customers who valued the service plus whatever markup you add to it (for edits, formatting, or any other augmentation to the Rev output) then in theory, sure, you could make money on rev.
