Originally, I had taken Noota for subtitles for long videos. But the application goes much further. Also, what I like about Noota is first of all the user-friendly aspect. Whether in person, online, or by phone, note-taking in meetings is facilitated. In addition, we have a report automatically generated by the application according to predefined templates. No need to translate videos into foreign languages because Noota automatically translates the video into our language. And finally, there is the possibility to customize note-taking according to my needs, for Chinese names for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I regret at the moment is that we cannot record meetings outside of Google Meets, Zoom, Teams, or WebEx. Unless it's me who doesn't know how to proceed. I appreciate with Noota the quality of the reports that are true to the exchanges. A real advantage of Noota is being able to choose your type of report (Detailed report, client discovery...). About twenty templates are offered and the output is different. Moreover, at the end of each meeting, a note with about ten criteria allows for evaluating the exchanges. Two areas for improvement:

- Remove carriage returns when copying and pasting into Word

- Ease of use: after an initial setup that simply involves connecting to your email/calendar account, noota automatically detects meetings and connects to them.

- Integrations: convenient for directly sending summaries to Notion, for example.

- It's one of the tools I use most frequently without even having to think about it.

I would see an improvement on the "chat" that allows asking for information about meetings. The responses indeed take a little time to arrive - not much, maybe 30 seconds, but in the era of ChatGPT and similar, we have gotten used to having instant responses from the LLM. I have been using Noota for about two years now, and it has become critical for my business use.

I am a web designer, and all of my meetings are on Zoom with customers. The detail we go into would mean copious notes for their website preferences, changes, etc.

There is plenty to like about Noota - it is simple to set up and integrates easily into my workflow, and the output has a lot of flexibility, in terms of different type of reports based on the type of meetings as well as the ability to organise them into folders and to share the meeting notes with others. It is such a useful tool that I use it pretty much daily - so much so that even if a meeting is recorded in another tool, I take the time to download the recording and re-upload it to Noota so I have it all in one place. Having both the video, the raw transcript, and the formatting (via predefined or configurable template) provides several options depending on what I need. It is very simple to use, set up, and connected to different platforms. It is connected to Slack to automatically send reports to my team. I would like it to be invisible to my interlocutors. Some are resistant or ask a lot of questions (curious or suspicious), which is understandable. The Noota agent is added as a participant to the meeting. As a result, it is also impossible to add it if it is not a compatible platform (internal platform for certain clients or exotic tools). Noota is very easy to use. Transcriptions are available very quickly. The reports are excellent and very clear. And I really appreciate the summaries; there is a To-do list where everyone's actions are listed. Very practical in the transcription of a work meeting. Allows for quick progress in projects. I use Noota for every video call with a client or a prospect. What I love is having the complete (and accurate) transcript of the conversation. That way, I use it to find the exact phrases of my clients or prospects.
