**What do you like best about Noota?**

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Noota, especially how it easily integrates with Teams to automate participation in my meetings effortlessly. Noota automatically connects to my meetings a few minutes before they start, which is very convenient. I like how I can then access the entire meeting video in replay and a precise textual transcription of all exchanges. The synchronization between the video and the transcription is a feature I find exceptionally useful, as it allows me to see in the transcript the moments marked in the video, and the sentences summarizing each sequence are very explicit, which greatly facilitates finding the sections of the video I want to review. Moreover, the automatic transmission of a report is extremely efficient. A few minutes after the meeting ends, I receive an email with a detailed report, which significantly improves my workflow. I also appreciate that Noota is a French company with data hosted in France, which reassures me in terms of security. The reasonable cost for such high-quality features is also a major advantage for me.

Perhaps the absence of a feature that would allow choosing the report style for each report at the time of reading.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I have been using Noota for three years, and it has proven to be incredibly useful, especially for transcribing videos into written transcripts. I initially found it through a deal on AppSumo and found it very user-friendly compared to other expensive and cumbersome transcription platforms. The interface is remarkably simple, allowing me to easily perform tasks like pasting a URL and clicking to execute actions, which made the initial setup a breeze. I appreciate the automation it offers; Noota summarizes meetings and sends out meeting notes automatically, saving me hours of manual work. The reporting section is another feature I really like, as it allows me to generate different types of reports from transcripts quickly, and I can customize report types according to my needs. The preloaded templates are quite helpful, and Noota’s ability to remember to join and take notes in my meetings has been a lifesaver on numerous occasions. The transcription service is pretty accurate, and the video storage capacity is fantastic, preventing the hassle of deleting and relocating videos, which was a common issue with other programs. All these features combined make Noota really valuable and worth the investment to me. Lastly, Noota's performance and reliability have been significant factors, compelling me to recommend it to others with a solid 10 out of 10.

One of the aspects I like the most is the very precise framework that Noota provides, which allows us to easily keep track of our meetings without wasting time. This saves us valuable time, and even though we have the option to manually modify the framework if necessary, it is generally perfect for our needs. Furthermore, the ability to easily add Noota to a meeting, whether virtual or in-person, greatly simplifies integration into my workflow. I also appreciate the seamless integration of Noota with Microsoft Teams, which allows for centralized and convenient management.

The invitation of other users to join Noota lacks transparency, making enterprise access management insecure. The addition of paying users needs to be more explicit, as unexpected fees were incurred. I like being able to record live via the computer or the mobile app. The adaptability of the report according to the type of meeting and the interlocutor is a particularly useful feature. **What do you like best about Noota?**

I greatly appreciate Noota for its ability to save me time on drafting meeting minutes. Previously, this task took me several hours, but thanks to Noota, I no longer need to listen to the audio tapes again. I can now correct and format transcription errors in less than an hour. These features allow for a significant optimization of my time, thus effectively improving the process of creating minutes. Moreover, the General Assembly minutes, which I use for all meetings, have proven particularly useful. Also, for some Teams meetings that I couldn't attend, I found the general minutes valuable. This time saving and efficiency are fundamental for me, and that's why I am motivated to continue with Noota, while giving it a very high level of recommendation.

I had trouble finding the type of report that met my expectations. The customization of fonts and the general layout of each report is limited.

The setup, particularly the connection with Outlook, was extremely quick, requiring only a few minor adjustments. I like that Noota allows me to capitalize on meetings by providing comprehensive reports that I can consult and transfer at any time. The fact that all reports are in the same format makes them easy to consult. The video transcription feature is incredible, allowing me to return to specific moments where certain information was shared. Noota's ability to create perfect meeting-type reports is particularly valuable to me, especially when I often need to find specific information, like who said what and when. All of this significantly improves my daily efficiency.

I find the price of the license a bit high, especially for a small team. I would also like Noota to integrate task features into a To Do tool.

The Chrome extension and the numerous integrations (Zoom, Teams...) are also real advantages.

The interface could be a bit more customizable in terms of design. Sometimes, the automatic translation slightly lacks nuance depending on the languages. **What do you like best about Noota?**

I love how Noota saves me time during meetings by quickly creating a summary, which is great. The application is very simple and smooth to install, which allowed me to adopt it immediately after testing it. There is nothing complicated, which is a big advantage. Noota helps me overcome the recurring problem where no one wants to write the meeting minutes or when they are incomplete. With Noota, I am no longer forced to perform this tedious task. It allows me to access important information without having to reread my paper notes, which is incredibly beneficial. I also appreciate Noota's integration with Google Meet, which further enhances my efficiency. The idea of having new features to save me time daily, especially with AI working on my behalf, is very appealing to me. I would be inclined to repurchase Noota if it offers new applications that continue to save me time.

I have been using Noota for about two years and find it incredibly useful for recording board meetings, creating minutes, and transcribing videos for content marketing. The setup was a breeze, as it was easy to use by simply pressing the record button, naming the file, and having it handle the recording, transcription, and generation of minutes efficiently. Noota's performance has come a long way, providing me with much better notes than Zoom, delivering faster transcription, and allowing me to program it for better content format with greater accuracy. This accuracy and speed greatly streamline my workflow, as we no longer require a board member to take minutes, freeing them to participate in meetings fully. In content marketing, it saves me significant time due to its faster and more accurate transcription compared to other methods I've tried. Meeting templates are incredibly useful, as I can customize them for each board meeting, Zoom call, and client meeting to capture pertinent information specific to these contexts. The 'record in person' feature is also handy as it enables me to use Noota on my phone wherever I go. I love the voice recognition quality of Noota, which is almost perfect, making report processing very efficient. The integrated AI allows for report modification, offering great flexibility and total control over meeting data. I found the installation of the Noota software extraordinarily simple; just download, log in, and everything is ready to use thanks to the software's user-friendliness. Noota's support team provides exceptional welcome and service, responding to all our requests quickly. The training we received was very effective, and thanks to it, we were able to create meeting templates tailored to our needs. The synchronization between meeting texts and voices is a very practical feature. The ease with which one can create and modify meeting templates greatly improves our workflow. Additionally, recording meetings by phone and the automatic recording feature for all calendar appointments are undeniable assets. Finally, Noota offers powerful and comprehensive export features that facilitate sending data to our clients or suppliers.

One of the first things I noticed is the ease of use with an intuitive setup. Additionally, the tutorials on YouTube perfectly complement this user experience. I appreciate that Noota is a French tool, which aligns with the GDPR standards to which our field is subject, making the choice of a French solution obvious. The implementation of Noota was very simple and quick, and our team of five people was able to adopt it easily and smoothly. Noota allows me to record and transcribe all our video conferences with great consistency and an impeccable synthetic view of the reports. The software works very well and perfectly meets our needs. Moreover, it is very responsive. Its ability to capture and synthesize reports is particularly useful in our case. Given our positive experience and its alignment with our expectations, I would certainly recommend it to my colleagues or friends.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

Sometimes, at the phonetic level, there are small things to correct in the report, so it is not possible to send it as is without verification. It always requires checking the reports. Moreover, I don't feel that Noota integrates all the previous videos to improve, which could be a useful feature if it doesn't exist yet.
