It integrates really easily with Microsoft and the overall performance is amazing in terms of making changes with almost instantaneous effect, and it's just incredibly reliable - you can set it and forget it. Pricing is a no-brainer on this one. Do we factor that in? Yes, absolutely - but it's also just at a point where we ask ourselves, "Why wouldn't we? Look at what it does!" Support is the big factor.
