Implementation was easy; honestly, choosing the signature design was almost the harder decision. Once we landed on it, everything flowed smoothly. The experience is clean and straightforward to use. The team was great to work with and incredibly patient as we worked through all of our internal processes. It’s one less thing for our team members to set up or worry about, and it also gives us a consistent look across the company. Adoption has been high, and it’s now being leveraged by the majority of our organization.

We can centrally manage email signatures across the organization, which gives us consistent, branded signatures at scale. Templates stay uniform, dynamic fields are supported, and we can roll out updates quickly without having to chase individual users to make changes.
