It's difficult to go through and review signatures that haven't been used in a while. Partially due to our internal system of current employees, but it would be nice to know who hasn't used their signature in over a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love not having to spend the time to manually change code for each employee every time we make a hire, or make a slight change to the formatting of our email addresses. The banners and the analytics that go along with them help us keep a pulse on our marketing. I love the new interface. The Opensense support team really made sure to help set us up well for success – from setting up the system to designing / developing the signatures we have across multiple business units. If you're looking for a flexible signature management tool, Opensense certainly fits the bill. We've been able to create cohesion throughout the organization and deploy really wonderful inclusion features into our signatures. What makes Opensense a truly remarkable organization, however, is their service and care. The backend of Opensense can be a bit cumbersome and has a somewhat steep learning curve. However, the team is always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opensense made the setup of our account and initial signatures a breeze, walking us through the process and providing quick help whenever we hit a bump with any of the different logos or layouts. Since then, adding additional signatures for the companies we have acquired has been very low stress, just sending off a new logo and color scheme to Opensense who have the new signatures ready to go for us when we're ready to migrate the acquisitions to our MS365 tenant. There are some employees who require a non-standard or non-domain matching signature, and sometimes getting that implemented is too tricky for doing in the console, so we have to send off a request to Opensense support instead (but they always respond quickly!) I went through a lengthy process of vetting several email signature companies for the company I work for. I ultimately decided recommend Opensense for a variety of reasons. Their customer service and follow up was exceptional. This is true from the top down (their founder, CEO, sales reps, customer success managers, IT, etc). I have had interactions with several members of their team and they were all eager to help make onboarding and day-to-day use a success. Their platform is easy to use and has a number of elevated features, above their competition. I was looking for a company that could layer their marketing efforts with multiple groups. Opensense was able to offer this. They also offer the ability to sync users with more than just AD. This was important for our company as we have employee information hosted in multiple platforms. Finally, their team are quick on their feet and willing to adapt with client requests. We had some hang ups during implementation (from our end, not Opensense). The Opensense team came up with quick solutions and even created new product features based on our needs. I work very closely with Ben Smith and he is always willing to go the extra mile. The Opensense Team - Ben, Corey, and Royna - have been helpful before, during, and after each phase of our implementation. The implementation went pretty seamlessly and easily integrated with our Google Workspace. Their response times are quick, their responses are thorough, and they're very accommodating. Any time we've reached out to them with an issue or idea, they came back with multiple solutions and were always willing to hop on a call. The email signature product itself is reliable, predictable, and extremely flexible. So far every idea we've had for our signature templates they've been able to make work one way or another. It would be great if there was a way to automatically push out email signatures to users in Google Workspace so that it's not manual for each new employee. For example, if adding the new employee to a specific group in GW would trigger the email signature to be pushed out. I've been told this is on the roadmap and our team is looking forward to that. What I like best regarding OpenSense is the ease of use. Our signatures are driven by Azure groups; you simply put a user into one of the groups and they get the signature that is set. The Opensense interface is simple yet effective, and the best part, if you need help with anything, Opensense Support (Tori, Janelle and Alex) are always there for you and ready to jump in and help.
