Sylvia Kronick, Van-Ahn Hoang, and Alex Soto have been instrumental in implementing email signatures for our organization. Their responsiveness and proactive approach, especially with our design requests, have been greatly appreciated. We successfully established multiple executive-approved standard email signature block designs, which end users can easily choose from within their Outlook application as an extension. The deployment of these approved email signature blocks for Office 365 Outlook and mobile devices has been seamless, with no restrictions on devices for all @Shorenstein.com email users. **What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?** Although we encountered some issues during the project, the Opensense team was able to resolve them efficiently. For ongoing operations and daily use of email signatures, most issues are easily fixable on our end through Active Directory or the Opensense admin portal. I'm not going back to the old way to manage/update each signature one at a time. Signature banners are a huge plus across all companies or customizeable individually. **What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?** There isn't anything that I would categorize as a dislike at all. As with any tool, there is a slight learning curve, but that's normal. Not all email servers worldwide are gentle or kind with inline images; accept it. **What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have any outstanding or unresolved items. If there were, it would have been swiftly resolved. Email signatures have been one of my pet peeves for the past 21 years, resolved in just over a month. Proper planning was vital on my part. ### 49.
