We first met the Opensense team at INBOUND, where we evaluated several email signature management providers. While there were multiple companies offering similar solutions, Opensense immediately stood out. Their platform felt more polished, the demonstration was exceptional, and the team was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. A special thank you goes to Tory Scharadin, our initial sales representative. He was instrumental in helping us navigate a Microsoft-related issue that delayed our deployment and went above and beyond by securing an additional month of service at no charge while we worked through the challenge. His responsiveness and commitment to our success made a lasting impression. The onboarding experience was truly best-in-class. Will Tender delivered one of the best implementation experiences we have had with any software provider. He was patient, knowledgeable, reliable, and always willing to help. Deploying email signatures to more than 280 employees can be a complex process, but Will made it feel seamless. His expertise and customer-first approach were exceptional. Today, our organization has professional, consistent email signatures across all departments. Opensense allows us to easily manage department-specific banners and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency throughout the company. The signatures render beautifully in both light and dark mode, and we were even able to create simplified versions for our field-based Data Center Services team, ensuring fast load times and an optimal experience for recipients. More importantly, we see tremendous potential in the marketing banner functionality. It provides a valuable communication channel that allows us to promote campaigns, events, initiatives, and company news directly through one of our most frequently used business tools: email. We would also like to recognize Cody Herrick for his support during our renewal process. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that new signature designs or major changes have to go through their team, which means you are working within their process rather than building everything instantly on your own. That does introduce a small amount of turnaround time. That said, the turnaround has been quick in our experience, and the quality is always solid. It has not created any real friction for us. If anything, having their team involved ensures everything is built correctly and aligned with best practices. So while there is a process to follow, it has not been an issue in practice. OpenSense has given our Marketing team full control over what our customers see every time someone on our team sends an email. Before, email signatures were inconsistent. Different formats, outdated titles, old messaging. It didn’t always reflect our brand the way we wanted it to. Now we can ensure every employee has a clean, consistent, on-brand signature that represents our company professionally. It also allows us to be much more strategic. We can deploy targeted signature banners to specific audiences, which means we are not just sending emails, we are using that space as a subtle marketing channel. For example, we can promote products or services a client does not currently use, highlight an upcoming event, or support a campaign without relying on sales reps to manually update anything.
