The only downside we’ve experienced is tied to our own internal setup. Opensense offers an option to have them manage our server, but we chose to handle it internally. Because of that choice, a few features we were interested in weren’t fully available to us.

Opensense has been a fantastic tool for Levitate because it allows us to keep our email signatures dynamic, professional, and impactful. We love being able to use graphic and video banners to highlight new product features, awards, hiring campaigns, and more, all directly in our team’s email signatures. The ability to assign different banners to different groups is especially valuable; for example, our sales team’s banners are tailored to external audiences while internal teams have different priorities. There’s not much to dislike. The older interface was a little less user friendly, but once Opensense rolled out their updated UI, it became simple and smooth to use. OpenSense has recently updated its UI in 2025, and it is truly fantastic. The new interface is simple to understand and walks you through the processes. The system for organizing users and targeting groups is an intuitive tagging process, which I appreciate. The tracking dashboard is easily read and digestible. On top of the product itself, we've had nothing but over-the-top assistance from our success manager, Sylvia. I cannot express how patient she was with my onboarding and coordinating with multiple team members from our organization. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with OpenSense. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be adding a few more customization options and making the interface slightly more intuitive for users.
