**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is very customizable. You can literally set it up for your personal specific needs. Very robust. Also, the Nimble team is pretty responsive to your new feature requests. I use nimble every day to manage my business contacts.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Being so robust, it may take some time to dial in for your specific needs. A bit of a learning curve.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble integrated nicely with Google Workspace, is highly customisable, has excellent extensions for gathering data, the team seems genuinely responsive to user feedback and suggestions and - so far - the software seems to be more than capable of anything a single-person business can throw at it.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I'd like to see slightly more accurate automatic data capture from websites, and there are a few areas where a little more flexibility would save time, but these have been minor quibbles that may well disappear since it's in continual development

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is the best for social media integration, user friendly design, highly customizable reporting options.
I can easily access Nimble CRM from my mobile phone and I like it very much.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It has a contacts limitation. For every account you can keep 25000 contacts. It asks for $10 for extra 10000 contacts and I don't like this factor about Nimble CRM.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business needed all time easy solution for keeping user records with easy access and less problematic. Nimble integrates social media accounts directly into the CRM. I can easily visualize data and can also manage, keep contact data with social information in Nimble CRM. This CRM also helps to optimize sales pipeline, automate workflows.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is easy to use and helps complete tasks quickly.
Integration with LinkedIn maked data entry fast and automated.
Tags help sort contacts by topic and other criteria - fast.
Group messaging enables a simple method to stay in constant communication.
Integrate with email offers a complete history of communication between the parties.
Nimble support has also been very helpful when needed.
Overall, Nimble is an excellent product for anyone seeking to be more productive and track all communications.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I would like to have "click to call" features without using a 3rd party like Vonage
I would also like to have call recordings and automatic transcription of calls.
I would like Nimble to automatically add notes from the transcription of calls.
Nimble does allow you to integrate 3rd party apps but it would be better if these features were built in.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically captures data from emails and LinkedIn to reduce typing and save time.
Enabling fast look up of contacts and previous communication so we can pick up where we left off.
Enables group messasging and message customization much easier than other solutions (saves time and improves communication)
Tags lets you sort and find groups of contacts quickly with less effort and time than other solutions (speeds communication)
Saves a lot of time and speeds communication.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

We have had a good use of Nimble in our organization. The problem has been that licenses are expensive for NGOs and that limits the number of accounts my organization has. Consequently, there hasn't been a lot of people participating in the system. In general, I have appreciated being able to copy the email and it automatically including the information of the person in the system.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

As I mentioned above, licenses are expensive for NGOs and that limits users and consequently the participation on the platform.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have different partners and managers contacting organizations. Sometimes we even contact the same people and have no recollection of where the conversation stands/who is responsible and how the relationship can be advanced. This centralizes info and helps in moving forward with a clear pathway.

There are several features that are critical to our business 1) multiple and separate pipelines 2) multiple workflows with actions and 3) email sequencing

Although it seems against Nimble's model, we would like to have integration with Seamless.ai (or matched price for enriching our data).

We are a business process outsourcer - specifically we outsource sales and marketing.  Nimble allows us to manage our contracts where this wouldn't be possible with other CRMs.

Nimble CRM keeps track of all my communications, since my emails are trackable (I can see when they open the email and what site they went to, from the links in the email).

That there is a not a phone option, to make and record outgoing or incoming calls.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I have been an independent consultant for quite a while, without a need to collaborate a great deal with my clients. One of my current clients, a global operation, uses Nimble. It is a critical component for the completion of my responsibilities. I use it all of the time. Ease in customization has led to my happiness with the platform. We are a new organization, a startup, that is evolving daily. We don't change Nimble that often, but when we do, I don't experience panic, fearing one thing will break several others. I was not involved with its implementation, but knowing that completed modifications are clean and straightforward is much more valuable.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I don't have experience with other CRMs.  That would allow me to give a comparison.  I do have experience with managing a lot of important information.  Nimble handles that well.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organization is entirely remote. Keeping track of the communications that have been sent and their status is critical. We all have the ability to see each other's emails, which saves quite a bit of time because we don't have to give a verbal update.  Customization of the contact information for our use is very productive.  It avoids me putting information in one format and a colleague putting it in another:  we don't have to speak the other person's language.  That is to say, learn the format of where they put information I'm looking for!  Those are the two biggest timesavers and productivity hacks for me.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is very easy to use and is quite intuitive. It was easy to set up and integrate with my Google Calendar and Contacts. I like the ability to have real-time social media information regarding my contacts. Great to look at this just before a meeting to have some info to break the ice. Automation, like Nimble's Workflows, has taken Nimble to the next level and made my life much easier and more efficient. That Nimble is constantly evolving is one of the things I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There really isn't much to dislike with this product. It really seems to fit my needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

You've really got to dive in and test drive all the features! This is a powerful tool that compares with other CRMs you've heard more about.

Having the information Nimble provides right at my fingertips is a great benefit to me. I also like being able to "Nimble" people with the Nimble Prospector. The automation features also make my life easier and my connections with contacts more meaningful.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I like Nimble's ability to bring together all of the social media touch points of an individual buyer in a simple yet elegant way making the user experience an absolute pleasure. CRM's of today (other than Nimble) are stymied by  complexity creating end-user abandonment. The tools like ACT and Goldmine in the ninety's worked for the sales people and served to help organize the efforts of an individual and accelerate productivity. In the 2000's and beyond nameplate CRM's dominated. The CRM's were not built with the end-user in mind but were built to give the C-Suite transparency and created a bureaucratic nightmare for sales executives and provided little use to the C-Suite because it was never adopted by the end-users.  Nimble brings all of the benefits of a former generation and embeds technology to help slice and dice information so the data in the database increases user performance and makes disparate information useful which leads to greater profits and Topline revenue. A great CRM! 

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Quite frankly I disliked the user interface with tagging but Nimble made a recent improvement with a segmentation tool that has taken what I considered a minor issue and turned it into a golden opportunity for anyone that needs to look at data in multiple ways to make greater use of the information. The user interface with Gmail has also gone from ok to outstanding. The issues I formerly  disliked  have been improved and has made a great tool even greater.

Nimble is a great software and very helpful given its segmentation capabilities.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

It is an assistance that provides the fundamental tools to execute a good job management. It is part of a centralized system that enables the administration of several tasks, as in our case, we have the ability to see the inbox while working digital marketing through email. The interface and tools are excellent, at a glance it is possible to work on everything, without having to move from one place to another, Nimble also offers us the ability to connect and an integration of apps that is very good, it gives us the ability to work with CRM, interact with different social networks and communicate with our customers. Similarly, it gives us the ability to store documents and have databases, where we can see the entire condition of our customers, have all the information in order to use the sales funnel and marketing.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I think it is necessary to update certain parts of the system, we feel as a group that it is necessary to change certain things to adapt the interface to our comfort at work, in this way is the experience of job management, change certain things to make Nimble our favorite program, so if we want to implement updates that enable greater customization. On the other hand, the email marketing templates are scarce and do not let us change the way in which it is necessary to send our message, it would be optimal to have the ability to change later.

Before, due to the variety of procedures needed, it used to take a longer time to complete the procedure, now, all the procedures are in one place, so it is faster and more efficient to carry out. We have been able to work together, mixing several tasks that would try to meet the objectives in the shortest time possible. It gave us the opportunity to develop the CRM to the maximum, so we were able to attend to a greater amount of things than we did previously, it helped us to be closer to our clients, and it gave us the opportunity to develop our skills to the next level.  In addition to this, for the institution as a whole, it has given us assistance with organization, sorting out the most important issues and prioritizing different projects within the calendar, this has been much more helpful than with our time management.

The more I use Nimble, the more I like it. It lets me add people, look them up, and keep up with them wherever we communicate, whether it is Facebook, Twitter, or email. It is very affordable and responsive, whether web-based or mobile. It is my "Golden Magic Rolodex".

I don't dislike anything about it and just want to keep seeing new upgrades and features. I guess I dislike that not more people know about it.

When system updates, navigations change adding time to completing normally efficient tasks.  Example -  if the user is using Nimble Prospector to mine contact info from LinkedIn and Facebook,  why are they not close to each other on the screen?

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I have been using Nimble for many years. The ability to add tags to contacts is the most powerful feature for me. Second, I love Nimble's ability to pull in additional social profiles and information on contacts in my network. When I first meet someone, Nimble helps give me more context on who they are and how we can do business together. The workflows feature is useful for seeing how people are progressing through my interactions with them. The team at Nimble is AMAZING.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It is set up by default for a sales funnel with deals tied to dollars. I wish it was more flexible for nurturing relationships vs making sales.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't remember how I met people or what interactions I've had with them over the years. Nimble solves that for me by allowing me to track email exchanges, updated contact info across a user's many social profiles, tags for more context on how they have engaged with my business, and the ability to categorize people into workflows.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is the best CRM application for mobile and web sales automation. Its ease of use makes it simple to find what we want. It assisted us in managing tickets and visitor registration. We've different requirements, and we believe that our experience has been tailored to the specifics of what we do with Nimble. A single database holds the information of all the people in our social networks and our content marketing.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I wish it was more efficient and complete. Also, a search tool that exhibits customer chinks through the use of keywords would be more helpful. I would like to see a greater number of mixes so that I can link it to the other systems.

Nimble is a successful CRM that is appropriate for our company. It's effective for managing both our clients and employees. Primarily, it promotes the growth of commercial relationships and the management of potential clients in order to possess control. Nimble has a data center that contains contact information from electronic and mobile tools. With this tool we can manage information about our prospects and customers.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

We've had issues in the past with our CRM's not giving us clear access to the information that we need to make better decisions. Our entire team switched a couple of weeks ago and we're already being able to more effectively manage our KPI's and metrics in an effective way to increase our product sales.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I'm probably not the best person to answer this question as I'm only in it to three times a week but the output in reporting is super helpful for me I can see the abridged version of the metrics from the team at a glance which enables me to encourage the team or supply them with the tools that they need to be more effective.

Nimble gives us a tool that allows us to effectively track our customer interaction cycles and effectively deploy new messaging to new potential's.

I can connect with people and know immediately that they opened it. It's made my life so much easier not having to rely on my memory if I sent something.

Also, You know how you can never find what you're looking for in outlook with the search bar? Well, Nmble fixes that problem too! You can see when you last connected with someone immediately in a very clean, easy to navigate dashboard

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I have some duplicate contacts I'd like to merge, but haven't figured out how.

I need to spend some time figuring out how to tag contacts and how to convert contacts to my AMS once they have joined.
I know it's in there, but I haven't figured it out yet.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Being able to access the full range of customer contact details remains only slightly important, because we can switch between the different ways in which we can communicate with them once we've got information from more than two. To illustrate, in the case where we have a consumer's social media account, it is not necessary to use their email. It is simple to determine the different fields of interest that each customer has, because depending on the operations they perform within the site or the research we do based on the system, we can preserve customer activity data in order to exploit them in certain parts of the sales campaign we have. It is easy to get the data for each customer once the verification operations have been resolved, for example: if it is a joint venture company, the verification operations may be as complicated as the group of associates in the company requires. In this way, we ensure that it is feasible to enter and examine the most frequent purchases and those that attract the most interest.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The $15 per month for only 1 worker that we assimilated to work in the marketing area of the app, this ultimately ends up being a very large sum in consideration of the number of employees we have on board for that area alone. Because it was not able to link the Nimble platform with Microsoft Office 365 services, we don't have the ability to store critical customer data if we only have it within one program in the suite, such as Microsoft Excel, from which we can't decouple our spreadsheets within Nimble. The complication of working in conjunction with certain services offered by Microsoft can become one of the most important weaknesses of the platform: Because of the constant integration issues, it is difficult to send emails from the Microsoft Outlook 13 platform, and depending on which version of Microsoft office 365 you have, it is complicated to import documents.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the quality of its integration with influencer marketing platforms such as Hootsuite, it is feasible to run certain social media marketing campaigns from there, so that they are then finished automatically, and retain the way Nimble is marketed. Because Nimble has the ability to aggregate a total number of three thousand people to work with, it is advantageous for marketing because, using only one previous database, it is possible to plan and execute large marketing campaigns. Because Nimble also has its own calendar, which can be viewed from the app's front-end, it is useful for planning events and milestones that require more attention from marketers.

It is easy to use and look the detail of emails from client at once. It is very easy to understand and implimentation of software. Customer support is responsive with less wait time. I use it every hour of my business day as it is easy to integrate the information and with the plethoro of feature in this software, I recommend it to every business solution.

I really don't have anythink which I dislike as I love this software.

I couldn't run my business without Nimble. Everything about it makes me more organized and accountable. From being able to target my marketing to tracking voice over jobs I'm working on, to even being able to note and remember details about every client and prospect, it's all in there.

I haven't found one yet! It has all the features I need.

The Stay in Touch feature is key for me. Without it, I'd absolutely forget to maintain communication some of my prospects and clients. It's impossible to remember every one and when we spoke last. Being able to log in and see my red and green clocks is huge for me. It creates accountability to stay on top of my relationships.

Nimble makes it easy to do social selling and keep track of who I've contacted so I can nurture prospects until they're ready to buy. I like that it is easy and intuitive to use, so I don't have to be a PhD in Nimble to get real business value out of it. It's easy to see all my history of emails and notes with a prospect in one easy screen.

Tech support could be a little more timely.

Easy enough to get business value out of it if you don't need a lot of bells and whistles.

Does not work well with Safari. Also, lacking in a lot of funcionality that would help streamline the data entry aspect for new contacts.

I love that I get a reminder for when to contact clients to stay in touch! I never worry that I'm not staying top of mind and I also like that I can track out conversations and make notes about revalent things to remember. 

When it works, I love the Prospector tool that can auto-fill alot of data. That saves me a lot of time.

Everything links, whether socials, mailchimp, emails, calendar, and there's continually more development. I suggested something and within a month it was available & it has given me encouragement to continue to offer ideas. 

Clearly there is a good ui team to help programmers make things user friendly. And knowing that the product I'm paying for today will only be better a month from now is the best thing about it.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I wish the mailchimp data synced back with the interactions. I wish the non-profit tools were more intuitive (I may just need to be better). I wish it would sync with our HQ's database easier (iMIS), but their database is why I'm using Nimble.

Reporting is so difficult to track ...

Billing was weird when it came to forms. Changing fields in bulk can be difficult (I was trying to change a company with 50 employees to a separate company that branched off and had to change the company one by one on each person who left.

Phone and tablet apps are worthless.

Nimble puts everything in one place, tags people to tasks, enables email templates to be sent and tracked with a few clicks, and helps me be personal with all 7000 people on my list. I can get data quicker than anyone and have more info on people because of how I use it. The problem was that I couldn't do anything with iMIS for the first year of this role.

Nimble is very flexible and allows me to do direct sales as well as channel. The system allows you to deploy in a way that supports your selling cycle and enhances the success rate by bundling features that are normally extra cost in other systems. This system is easy to deploy, works with other integrated systems, and has become my daily "main" system to keep me on tract and profitable.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

When I encounter something I think I dont like, Nimble support helps with a workaround so I cannot think of anything negative.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in both direct sales and as a consultant in the channel. This system allows me to work in both because of it's flexibility and ease of implementation. In my opinion, most "big Name" CRM's in the market have been painstakenly implemented by teams of operations and accounting people with instructions to provide reporting to management. This can really limit adoption by the sales org. In my opinion, Nimble is designed to help sales first by providing an environment that allows you to adapt to the sales cycle as well as enhancing the sales person's ability to stay on top of deliverables without becoming a data entry clerk.

-I did notice that it doesn't check for duplicates after import, or it's not a clearly labeled feature. I imported 2,000+ and now have a lot of system cleanup to do, which is difficult when the system doesn't offer to mass merge duplicates. 
It's primarily a goods sales tool, but I would like it to be also geared towards marketing - a way to track $$$ spent on Contacts would make the system perfect for my use.

Excellent that Nimble will link contacts to their LinkedIn profiles.  The Nimble Prospector tool is very useful too.  I am using Nimble constantly for my work since I signed up to it.  Very easy to import contacts and databases across.

The email function is a bit clunky and could be improved upon.  I found the mapping function when importing CSV files a bit tricky but I got there after a few trials!

Really useful in pairing up LinkedIn contacts with our contact database.  Very helpful in preparing publicity campaigns.
