**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The software is very easy to use. It did take our staff some time to get used to it but with the online support that is available people soon got used to it. The team now use it on a daily basis with ease.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

On occasion i can take sometime for Nimble (email) to catch up with your emails (eg Google Mail)

The best attribute by far is the prospector tool it works very well and given us the chance to engage more accurately with our growing leads.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

So far it might be the main page layout as an integrated tool for follow-ups. I believe it can be more friendly in the future but is good enough I guess.

The best way is developing your leads database before using nimble to optimize the engagement level with them.

Leads follow-ups. We've fount more insights from our leads thanks to the prospector tool.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble has a friendly and modern interface. It is easy to handle and has a dynamic interface. It allows you to organize the dashboard, nurturing relationships with customers, qualify prospects and view the status of ongoing transactions. It is a tool that allows us to improve productivity.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Nothing. So far, I have not had a bad experience with Nimble.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I love Nimble for its ease in emailing my leads, and also for tracking the emails - i love the smart tool they have which is unique to them, their interface is great as well.  Their customer service is about a 7 on a scale of 1-10 ---sometimes they are really great, as long is its within certain hours -but on weekends there is no customer service. 

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I dislike that they only allow 30 people on group messaging, to me that is not group messaging.... that is a group message.  I also feel that they need to work on the leads structure - as well as tying in their tags to be in synchronization.  

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

I think most people will love it, the price is right, and its a great -almost perfect crm.  
With a few tweeks... they will be perfect! :)

I am way more organized by using crm and lead organizational.

it works with gsuite which is what i needed

its quite slow - when you have lots of crm data it takes a while to load

we wanted to find a crm that was easy to use, needed no training and saved time for the sales team

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I use this software on a daily basis and it's very convenient. I really like the integration of social profiles like LinkedIn. All our contacts are in the cloud, so even when our employees are traveling, they can access Nimble through the app on their phones. My experience with customer service is great. If I encounter any problems, they're available and they try to work with me and solve whatever needs to be solved. 

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Although I enjoy the integration of social profiles in Nimble, it's not always correct. Sometimes phone numbers are added to a contact, because Nimble finds it in the contact's social profile. But those numbers are not always correct, because people don't always keep their LinkedIn profile up to date. This gets kind of messy at times. I have tried to delete the numbers but it will show up again the next time. The only solution is to un-link the social profile if it happens. 

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Nimble for about 1.5 years. The best thing about it is that we have all our contacts organized in one place and it's accessible from the cloud, so we can basically access it when working from home or when traveling (on the app) as long as we have internet access. This makes it a great tool.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

It provides so many great qualities. My favorite is the Deals section. It is completely customizable and lets you create and follow your own sales process. Of course the ease of inputting information with the nimble prospector is genius as well. With all our people working remotely, Nimble is our hub of contact. We can see updates easily and research others communication with a potential client.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The email editor is not as good those in GMail and LinkedIn. However this is overcome by using your GMail or Outlook and you have access to the Nimble Add-in for both programs.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

Nimble is a true Godsend. Nothing else even comes close to it. Yes, it is easy to use, it connects with everything out there, it has a fast and intuitive interface, and more.

Nimble saves us time in identifying, updating information on contacts and streamlines our sales and marketing segmentation for top of the funnel communication efforts.

It is a platform with multiple functions such as intelligent search in social networks and contact segmentation. I like the ease with which you can access detailed information of customers and leads, which saves me time and allows me to focus less on data entry. I can keep track of deals and their behavior through the sales funnel.
It is a versatile and simple application that helps me get a clearer perspective of our business.

Nothing disgusts me about Nimble, it is a robust and affordable app.

I recommend it because it is an application with everything needed to automate aspects enrichment social profiles, exporting contacts, integration with social networks, etc. It is an effective tool to improve your sales.

I'm totally okay with Nimble now. I think it's great what the way it is. It's easy to use, it has user-friendly interface. It works excellent.

EEEEEASY to use.. What you will find is when you open an email either TO or FROM your client it populates the social and their website and lets you choose the person.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Sometimes it disconnects and I have to figure out how to reconnect. I asked Olivia to make a video to show how to reconnect thru Gmail and how to support GSUITE.. I also think it SOMETIMES slows down my machine.

LOVE that it SCRAP{ES data! That is the MOST HANDY!

Helps me understand customers company because it scrapes their online presences... Most folks have AT LEAST LinkedIn and their Website is SUPER helpful!

The ability to look up LinkedIn profiles and other online sources to help with entries.

If you are not an administrator, it is cumbersome to clean up mistakes or merge duplicate records.  Also, if multiple people have the contact, it's hard to show those relationships vs. one who is in charge of the "lead."

Consider how many people in your organization are also working on or sharing the same leads.

Better ability to reach out for email distributions, invitations, and newsletters.

Every professional needs a dashboard that provides relationship insights and history about the prospects and customers who matter most. Quickly scan your Sales Pipeline, Calendar Appointments, Tasks, Sales Intelligence and Social Signals to track priorities and work effectively.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

 Lack of integration with Slack. I'd love to see the major social media platforms allow access to our direct messages, to create a unified inbox. That would make life so much easier!

Contact management, Nimble App, Search and segment options, templates with merge tags are helpful to people considering Nimble

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is a software with interesting qualities. Its platform is dynamic and efficient, it helps me organize tasks, deals and contacts effectively. The functionality that I like the most is the enrichment of social profiles.
In addition, it is a powerful and elemental engine, which eliminates manual work and allows us to select audience for our marketing campaigns. It links perfectly with Facebook, Gmail, Outlook and other third-party applications that we use on a daily basis.


**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It runs smoothly, but I think the handling of duplicate contacts is cumbersome.

Nimble is an intuitive, interactive app with an affordable price. It is suitable for keeping and managing contacts of clients and prospects.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Similar user face online as well as in the app.  Fields are easy to enter and able to detect duplicates.  Contacts synch to their social media accounts.  Can also upload/download to Mailchimp for newsletters.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Medium learning curve to figure out Tags and how to log "touches" with contacts.  Logging touches is confusing and each one has to be entered a certain way.  Have had to create my own work-arounds to get it to work.  When entering information, software is slow to update or will time itself out. 

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

Use the free trial and ask questions.  There is a learning curve to overcome.

We use Nimble for CRM and keeping track of contacts.  The main benefit is being able to add Tags so we can build our own system within the software.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

So much of business today is conducted via social media that it's suicidal not to have it integrated with your other business applications. Nimble is one of the new breed of CRM applications that doesn't need an integration because the social is already baked in. This is a good step in the direction of reinventing CRM for the changing business landscape.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The social management tools are quite good (and getting better), but the actual CRM functions are still a bit plain. I don't use them personally, but I can't recommend Nimble for companies with especially large and/or complex requirements for their system of record. Of course, Nimble is targeted at small-medium businesses, so this issue is mitigated somewhat. Nimble CRM isn't bad, but it's not the best.

I'm a bit lazy when it comes to staying current with my contacts, which I realize is not a smart way to do business where relationships are the key to income. Nimble does the work of keeping up with important people and companies for me, so I can choose my moment to reach out, and focus on doing top-notch work for my clients.

That I can view in real-time interactions with my communications and that I have sales and CRM in one package!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

After using ACT! and Salesforce I can honestly say there's no downside for me.

Don't wait - get on board - easiest CRM and you will increase your digital footprint and sales.

I can be responsive based on actions taken.  Has shored up my sales opportunities and can export at any time.  Has saved me time with templates.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The interface of the dashboard is the best of any CRM I have worked with. I like seeing the most recent deals and most recent contacts when you are pulled up on the dashboard. A lot of people do not know about Nimble but I think its data management and email tracking stack up to any other CRM on the market. I think the vibrant dashboard makes the user friendly experience something that translates to quality management of key customers. The system is organized and you do not tend to get lost in the small details with contacts. 

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The pipeline interface is very easy to follow, but I wish there was a running list of closed accounts that appeared on the page. I want to see the history of closed deals. I wish Nimble could do more success story features in their webinars. I feel we get a lot of tips from people inside Nimble but I would like to hear back from Nimble Users who have found a way to make the best of the CRM.

Get involved in the CRM special features that Nimble offers. Not just the basic management options.

I manage our sales efforts in the customer relationship management system. We are constantly contacting new clients and we need to keep track of all different kinds of work flow with the customers. I realized we are a business that uses Nimble and benefits from the easy to navigate place for sales management.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I love the integration.  From social media to emails attached to contacts.  I can use on my mobile device or computer and easily share a contact, email a contact, create a task and assigns to contact.  LOVE!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

My only dislike so far is the 2gb allowance.  I get a ton of emails in my inbox and have to delete so space it's used up.  I know there is probably a better way, however, so busy right now I don't have time to call.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Great way to track engagement and link social profiles to your customers/ leads. The visual cues are very recognizable at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The customizable fields seem like an after thought. They aren't visible on the profile page without choosing edit. For me the main page is not useful.

Nimble provides a dynamic and user-friendly interface. It allows you to customize almost everything, it is a great application. I am delighted with the features of Nimble Prospector, it really saves you a lot of time and offers you relevant and quality information.
The characteristics of sales intelligence and contact management are incredibly powerful, reducing paperwork and hours of research. It helps us identify the best business opportunities.

It's hard to think of something I dislike about Nimble. So far, it has worked flawlessly.

It is so easy and intuitive and I am very novice on software and computer in general and I could use it without much hassle at all.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Glitch on integrated with gmail. I noticed that it gets frozen and does not work and have to close and reopen occasionally.
And, max 50 people limit on group message seems too small. 

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me collecting and arranging clients list so easily. There are numerous CRM packages out there but I found that most of them have steep learning curve but Nimble does not and can be used pretty much instantly. This would be great software for those who do not need sophisticated features but bare minimum basic features at super user friendly manner.

Ease of use in adding contacts, recording notes, activity, tasks, managing the pipeline, customizing data fields, very similar functionality to Salesforce for a quarter of the price. Seeing my assigned tasks for each day

Not being able to hide the number of days in each stage in the pipeline interface without exporting to Excel and deleting it that way. When creating accounts, the wrong pictures appear sometimes. It would be nice if there was a bcc function where in Outlook you could add a Nimble bcc address and messages would automatically drop into the corresponding accounts. You are able to do this with Salesforce without systems being merged together.

Tracking sales data that had not been tracked previously. It sales activity was handled in Excel.

It will update your contacts and let you put specific tags on individual contacts to help you sort through. This program really helps you build that customer relationship you need. Love the calendar layout as well!

The automated social, contact and other information is a game changer for the way we do business. Having this populate quickly and without much input makes for a much better picture of the B:B relationship.

Even yrs later I'm only using a small portion of the options. Need to have a 1:1 conversation to really get the full value.  It's much like a program that has too many options unless you take the time to fully learn the whole program.

Keeping track of our multiple venders and to be venders is a staggering feat made much easier with Nimble. We found that tracking the dialogues with our venders has helped tremendously and kept us on track

Nimble is an effective tool for managing contacts and marketing automation. Its integration with social media allows to enrich the profile of users and successfully manage relationships with customers and prospects.
The integration with Gsuite and Outlook allows the migration of contacts quickly and easily.
Customer support is fantastic, receptive and friendly.

The mobile app is basic, it could have more advanced features.

The fact that Nimble is so versatile and user friendly makes it the best CRM hands down! Not to mention it integrates with daily platforms all from the convenience of one portal. They have also created a search bar tool, the widgets on the dashboard are very useful to keep track of your pipeline. The reports are very useful and help you manage and keep track of any deals you and your team are working on.

There is nothing I dislike about it at the moment.

They provide fantastic webinars and training to help develop your sales skills which is fab, their support is superb and it really is a fab product for the price.  In my other company I use Hubspot CRM and Nimble is far better than Hubspot and at a fraction of the price. Best CRM out there.

I used a salesforce light crm for 12 years before nimble.  I was not likely to change.  But as I developed processes for moving from Linkedin connection to Nimble contact + all social media, websites, links and google docs, I found that I could now have all my info in one place.  I summarize the 2 main benefits as "once and done and once for all."

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The more functions and changes, the more difficult it is to master.  My number one dislike is the order in which social media links are displayed.  Based on the user's experience, I would think Linkedin and Facebook, 1 and 2.  Other social media are not important to me.  So this may be just a matter of personal preference.  Or, perhaps there should be 2 configurations, one for B2B (Linkedin) and the other B2C (Facebook) 

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

One of our MJV members, Chris Chudik, is Liberty Digital Marketing Solutions.  He is becoming an expert in Nimble.  I would only recommend that Nimble users work with Chris to maximize the use of Nimble and Linkedin for themselves and their MJV members. 

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Group 5 Managed Joint Venture (MJV) members around a Linkedin profile that enables them to share the cost and benefits of connecting through Linkedin and getting detailed contact information through Nimble.  Each MJV member can profit from sending managed referrals to our Network Management Organization (NMO).  So, Nimble makes it easy for the NMO to send and receive referrals to members.
