Nimble could be useful for quickly finding information about customers and tracking all communications with them. However, in practice, not all emails are tracked; it doesn't connect properly with Outlook, and emails are frequently lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM? If you don't copy yourself on each and every email, you won't see them in Outlook. If you don't store a copy of the emails in the general Outlook archive, you won't be able to access them. I usually have dedicated folders for each customer, but these aren't accessible to Nimble, so I have to duplicate each email every time. Bad experience with Nimble, they deleted my data and never emailed me, I have no idea what the product looks like in 2024 but I'm still upset I invested so much time in it. I like that it integrates with Zapier, though it is pretty limited. The price is quite reasonable. And the reminders to follow up with people are convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM? The email templates feature is a mess. The formatting is wrong and the management of templates is extremely dated. Managing pipeline stages is also cumbersome. The whole app, in fact, seems stuck in time. I used it for the first time about 10 years ago and it has not been enhanced much since then. I think the founder has moved on to other interests. Wont stop charging my card, they want photos of my credit (wasn’t required to sign up interestingly) The system has not been touched for around a year and when it was, it was to attempt to shut the account. We agree that the loss of LinkedIn's integration to Nimble was not a great experience, but we also want to note that this loss is shared by all CRMs in the marketplace, it is not isolated to Nimble. While LinkedIn is a strong network, we feel that the pillars to building strong relationships occur outside of LinkedIn, be it a phone call, an email follow-up, or an in-person meeting. You may still bring Nimble with you to work on LinkedIn via our Smart Contacts App, available at www.nimble.com/widget, and you can use the power of Nimble to successfully schedule and track follow-ups with your prospects. Have tried to work with support on that, but support just "bounces" saying that there are problems with Office365 platform caused by Microsoft. If the integration is not actually working as expected, it should not be advertised as it integrates. Also, the app for Outlook Online was loaded fine, but didn't correctly exchange data with nimble account. Actually nimble is just aggregating linkedin/twitter feeds for me, which does not create any value and generates a lot of unneeded information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have improved our Office365 integration to work within Outlook on the desktop and in the Outlook Web App. Our Smart Contacts App also works within Outlook Address Book online to allow you to add Nimble records right from your Address Book with a simple click. We are also planning to integrate with their new Calendar and Contacts API in 2016. If you ever want to give this integration another try, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Likewise, a recent Webinar by Nimble on how to use Nimble failed miserably, and there was no auto-rescheduling of a make-up webinar. So far, I have realized only frustration, with no benefits, from my use of Nimble. No email integration for those of us that are heavy email users. Also no phone support, you can only tweet to Nimble for assistance. Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM: Look at Contactually - this CRM connects your email accounts and social media accounts so you can see a history of all of your interactions with a contact.
