**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Handling recalls through lists and employing tags proves effective. I appreciate the message tracking feature, along with the automatic upload of emails into Nimble. We've established call lists for both cold and warm leads, enabling easy categorization of clients. Additionally, the client rating system offers flexibility in evaluation. The unsubscribe functionality stands out as particularly robust.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I've also noticed that Nimble lacks an automated research tool, which could be a useful addition for gathering insights on contacts and prospects more efficiently.

The customization and the ability to manage different Pipelines with the same customers simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

They still need the Email Drip Campaigns feature. That will be great for us, helping drive more engagement with the customers without leaving the app.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the dashboard, I can easily monitor my sales projections and the performance of my company. It gives me a clear overview of my business's current and future trends.

Quick and easy integration of existing MS Contacts, seemless messaging and tracking of activity when using MS 365 (outlook).  Intuitive interface makes implentation simple.

We wish that we could more easily use it w/our SM messaging.

We are able to more easily keep track of key communications and events with our contacts.  Ensures our communications remain timely.  also use to ensure that project timelines are not missed.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Having explored numerous CRM systems for my small business, Nimble.com stands out in a league of its own. Here's why:

    Effortless Contact Creation: Contact management is one of the challenges I face daily. I consult for multiple clients and use Nimble to create and manage all my contacts seamlessly.

    Web Page Scraper Magic: The ability to capture contact details directly from web pages is brilliant. It's a game-changer, saving time and ensuring accuracy. It is a great tool to find emails and contact information.

    Smooth Integration with Office 365: Connecting Nimble to my 365 account was a breeze. This integration amplifies productivity, allowing for a unified workspace.

    Email Mastery: Not only can I effortlessly track individual emails, but orchestrating full-fledged email campaigns is also incredibly intuitive. The tracking features ensure I'm always in the loop about my outreach efforts.

    Deal Tracking & Dashboards: Nimble's deal tracking pages are straightforward and user-friendly. The dashboards provide a clear snapshot of ongoing deals, making monitoring progress easy and strategizing accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

While Nimble.com offers a plethora of features that enhance the CRM experience, certain aspects could use some refinement:

    Duplicate Contact Dilemma: Managing duplicate contacts in Nimble can be challenging. It's not always straightforward, and I've spent extra time trying to merge or remove duplicates.

    Contact Integration Hiccups: While the integration feature is promising, it sometimes misses the mark. There have been instances where it either skips elements or, ironically, creates duplicate entries. This inconsistency can be a bit frustrating, especially when you're aiming for a streamlined database.

    Data View Challenges: Creating specific views of various data elements isn't as intuitive as I'd like. It often requires some trial and error to get the desired output. However, the results can be rewarding once you get the hang of it.

    Reporting Engine: On a brighter note, Nimble boasts an impressive reporting engine despite the aforementioned challenges. It's robust and provides valuable insights, compensating for the initial hurdles in data view creation.

In summary, while Nimble.com has its strengths, these areas of improvement are worth noting for potential users.

I've often juggled various tasks in client management and business development, from managing diverse client lists to keeping track of countless emails and phone calls. Enter Nimble, a CRM that has helped me. Here's how:

    Unified Client Business Development: With multiple clients and their unique business development efforts, it's easy to get overwhelmed. Nimble streamlines this process, allowing me to manage and monitor each client's progress, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

    Centralized Contact Management: Gone are the days of sifting through multiple contact lists across different platforms. Nimble consolidates all my contacts into one unified system, making accessing and managing them more accessible. This centralization has been a massive time-saver and has reduced the chaos of scattered lists.

    Efficient Tracking of Communications: Keeping track of every email and phone call can be a Herculean task. Nimble's tracking feature ensures that I never miss a beat. The most helpful about Nimble is that it has an email blast feature that is very convenient when send out emails.

I don't like how the size of the letters change when you are sending an email because it takes some time to fix it.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I feel that may CRM systems are good respositories of data. You meet with folks and you enter data but this is usually done manually which is a major time waster for folks on a quota. 


With Nimble you can really go outbound. You can slice up data and use tags to really put together a territory or outbound strategy. When you get a conversation going in email, you can push the clients contact info into your Nimble CRM and immediately tag it. 

The best thing about Nimble, is that you don't need to create a bunch of tasks to stay in touch with clients, partners, and referrers. There's a simple function that allows you to turn on "keep in touch" where certain key contacts are brought up to your dash board as needing to be contacted. This can be set for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or any custom interval you choose. 

I've been lured away from Nimble a couple of times by competitors with flashy features or crazy integrations. I always end up back at Nimble because what I sell is complex and requires strategy, account mapping, and precise follow up.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I initially felt that it didn't integrate with marketing apps very well but upon further research, I found several well known packages do integrate nicely. 

Some of Nimbles design asthetics and color choices could be a bit better too.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

If you are doing inbound AND Outbound sales you need Nimble. It's not a repository of leads, it allows you to quickly build target lists to cold call and chase. 

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I stay in touch with folks that have wide gaps in their buying cycles. I can quickly bring in leads from anything on my screen like email or linkedin profiles. I can also look at accounts and map who I know and their my historical interactions with them.

Easy to use, user interface. Workflow and Pipeline tracking with templates.

If you need assistance or need immediate help, you will have to wait. They do not have a phone dialing capability to call prospects within Nimble.

The UX is easy to use 
It's affordable, and each user has their own account, making it easy to understand who logged an idea
The prospector tool is great and allows to add information from multiple places

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The financial projections in the deals sections can not be stages (i.e if a project has multiple steps and the company will bill for each of those stage, there's no way to add that in nimble, you'll need to create multiple deals)

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The email tool is not great; also, there are some privacy issues. 
The forecast tool doesn't have staged options that don't fit the requirements of many companies that do a pilot project and then new stages of the same one. 

Finally, even though it is simple to log activities, it could be easier an quicker and sync with google calendar to know when people met.

The price point for what you get is a definite benefit. The customizable workflows are also a worthwhile feature.

Activity logging should be more integrated from your actual touchpoints.  Emails and Click to Call should automatically log instead of manual intervention.

We like the workflows, they make it easy to organise our projects, and the email tracking, this keeps us up to date on client and prospect activity.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Flexability on UX, we would like to be able to revise cerrtain aspects easily, like adding more lines to the email view, will make it easier to establish priority if we could read more of the email than one line.  A chat widget would be nice to add to the website for instant communication with visitors.

I like the social media connection and I think I am going to like the deals pipeline.  I am hoping it replaces TRELLO for me in managing orders.

I dont like that Companies become a contact. Thats kind of a pain.  SOME things are a little difficult to navigate and there is a learning curve. I cant seem to get sync to my contact done well.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am hoping Nimble will solve my TRELLO problem.  Currently we are copying the emails and info in Trello.  I THINK that all of that can be easily seen in NIMBLE so my staff can review what has already been done etc.  I am having a little bit of issue with easily entering some detials on the DEALS part.  Would love to have some automation on the cards.

CRM is super intuitive, very easy to navigate. Everything is available on my cell and easy to read. Most CRM's of this caliber are far more expensive as well. Love it!

There are several areas I like but the main one is the Work Flow area.  This keeps me on task when trying to stay in contact with a new client or I also use it to stay on track with my projects.

I still like to use paper adn there are some issues with printing calendars and task sheets.  There are a few pages that can also become cluttered and hard to find some information on theat specific page.

NimbleCRM is one of the easiest CRM solutions we've ever deployed in our businesses. We appreciate the easy of use and the lean interface that Nimble provides.

The integrations with other saas providers make it one of the omits painless context management experiences out there.

It has proven credibility and functionality that delivers.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

We'd like to see upgrades and new features added to the application quicker. We are aware of versions and feature that have yet to be released that have been in the works for too long.

Faster iterations would be a great improvement.

Managing the troves of contact data that exist across our businesses.

With email and spreadsheets, data is too messy and not optimally easy to share.

This is increased our sales cycle and issue tracking much quicker.

Nimble helps me stay organized with various segments of my CRM and marketing needs. It's an essential piece of my marketing toolkit and comes in handy in so many other ways too.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I wish they had a desktop app! The web-based version is excellent, but I think it would be even more beneficial with a standalone app.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The single largest reason I use Nimble is to keep so much client information organized in a thoughtful way that allows me to segment different types of marketing to different client bases. This has allowed me to speak more specifically to a wider range of people. It keeps me up to date on important contacts, and I set reminders that keep people top of mind.

The social selling aspect. Nimble was super easy to use.

I was on a legacy plan and they decided to delete my data one day without warning me.
Bad experience with Nimble, they deleted my data and never emailed me, I have no idea what the product looks like in 2024 but I'm still upset I invested so much time in it.

I love the group messaging feature, which allows me to contact my network easily and regularly. The customer support team are always quick and attentive to answering any questions or solving problems encountered. I use Nimble everyday to keep a track of my emails to contacts as well as deals that are in my funnel.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There are occasionally glitches or issues with the software, but I have to say, everytime I've logged a problem, it's been dealt with swiftly by both the customer service team and the engineers.

Its deployment and integration with the third party softwares is so simple and straightforward.it is eay to learn and navigate through its helpful features.It easily integrates with sale tool to ensure streamlined workflow within the organisation. Using Nimble CRM makes networking more efficient.  The ability to sort, tag and group contacts saves lots of time and effort.

Nimble CRM does not integrate with ASANA.

Nimble CRM is solving the workflow management task which benefits me tremendously as I can see each stage of progression with contacts.

The integration with outlook and the ability to customize.

It does not find email in inbox subfolders. No one in my firm leaves email in their inbox it all gets filed in subfiles. I'd love that to be updated. Also you cannot schedule send email campaigns.

Making it much easier to keep up with reachouts to contacts.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The possibility of being able to import contacts is quite simple at different levels, the reports of records are editable managing to keep updated all the platforms we use for data collection, the possibility of having real-time information allows our teams to move much more effectively when collecting customers.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

We find it quite problematic that sometimes not all information reaches the cloud causing us to lose information that may be critical to us, causing loss of time and opportunities, the interface could be more customizable based on the needs of each company, however it is very generic which can undoubtedly improve.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble automates through the collection of information the way in which we do marketing, our promotional campaigns are much more accurate and manage to capture more customers by understanding the needs of consumers, with Nimble we have increased our sales force and we have grown exponentially in our goals. Nimble is positioned as an excellent tool for customer management through which we can extract information from potential customers directly from their social networks, allowing us to know excellent data and then coordinate offers and services that are attractive to these potential customers, allows us to manage the quality of our processes quite effectively.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Browser extension, social contact builder, email tracking and easy to use workflows. Ready to go from day one with easy to configure integrations to Google workspace. Very easy to implement once you get started. I am a daily user.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The browser extension could capture more information from LinkedIn profiles which would save some more time, such as contact email and phone number when provided. Might be an API issue on the LinkedIn side.

Keeping track of social selling activities on top of all other things you expect from a CRM (pipeline, actions, messages, etc.)

It has constant training, you can search by any field if you wish, it connects Facebook, LinkedIN to the CRM if they are on them. You can set any new field you wish to keep data and search for it.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

They need to show all the things you can do with Nimble. Instead of having to discover them. It is hard to learn all the things you can do with Nimble.

It takes too long for incoming emails to get to Nimble.

I was looking for a CRM system that would integrate with Office 365 and in particular be able to log all email communication against a contact.  This ticks every single box

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Tags.  You seem to have to create Tags for each part of the system which is frustrating.  In other CRM systems there are just one set of Tags and that covers if you are in workflow, deals or activity

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all information together in one place so you can see all interaction with clients
To have the ability to easily move the contacts by clicking and dragging each step of the process
Leads to pipeline to action

I find it one of the more straight forward CRM's for tracking both projects and interactions with clients and prospects. Customer support is always responsive and timely.

The mobile version isn't as feature rich as the desktop.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

It's untuitive to use. 
The functionality is robust with a wide amount of data fields, scheduling tasks and delegation.
Email tracking is the best feature.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The data model doesn't seem to easily adapt to an account with multiple sites. You just set them up as a separate company.
I have not yet gotten it to import all of the data fields in a profile person from LinkedIn. There is some re-typing every time.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest benefit is to coordinate across a sales team so we don't have multiple reps covering an account.
It is invaluable for that function alone.

Although I like the price point, features are quite robust.  I like that I can look at weighted potential revenue, it pulls in my email and has a good dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Wish it had more social integrations.  It is a little difficult to learn how to do what you need done but support is good and this is partially due to the number of features this platform has.

keeping up with my revenue opportunities and stages of the sales process is extremely helpful.  Also the abiltiy to schedule follow up on opportunities help the funnel

The way it can add the contacts directly from the email platform.  Also, the live contact update is awesome, the way it can search and complete all other contact info.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It is a pity that the Today dashboard page has such a poor design and graphics.  I was using amo.crm (now kommo) precisely because of its amazing dashboard page graphics.  The other thing is the options in certain fields, they are overwhelming and can be confusing.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems it helps solve is the fact that many email contacts lack more information and Nimble helps complete a lot that is missing.  It also works amazingly well when sending off groups of emails, looking to the receiver as if we are sending a single unique email.

Although the learning curve is a bit tricky, once you work it all out and configure it to suit your own needs, it's an amaing way to keep track of everyone and everything.

The only thing missing from Nimble's CRM is the ability to schedule group emails (or 'messages', as Nimble referes to them). Include this functionality and Nimble will be the perfect CRM!!

Nimble helps me keep track of the hundreds of leads I generate every week, and the wealth of information about each contact available through Prospector is astounding!

I like that I am able to see all my contacts across multiple services in one place and aggrigate that information into one contact file.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It is really difficult to find and merge duplicate contacts from across different accounts. It's also difficult to sort and remove empty contact files if someone has 200+ contacts saved in their address book. Social media lookup for contacts is not automated for the big 4 networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (now X), and LinkedIn) making it harder to use Nimble for personal use.

Nimble helps in filling in missing social and professional information about my contacts.

Nimble fills a much needed gap between sales and community management - it's way more useful and thought out than most sales-only focused CRMs and was an absolute perfect fit for our startup.

My only gripe would probably be that it doesn't have more integrations / webhooks for our dev team to tap into!
