It helps me to be more hands-on and highly competitive around sales targets, and helps to be part of the process in terms of campaign distribution, customer follow-ups and providing marketing services. Nimble has unique support that helps to retain the development of the functions.

Nimble has problems with the interface, resolutions do not adapt easily without first having to configure it manually.

We are great conservatives of the right measure of fluid marketing. It's extremely robust and powerful in PR and increases customers from activities. It works very well, it helps to establish multiple opportunities. It is synonymous with success and security in every way. With Nimble we can be a success with analytical opportunity management tools. Undoubtedly it offers great benefits of systematization and offers a service of quality and excellence to the measure.

Nimble is awesome for small sales teams, especially if they're tight with marketing. Automatically pulling info from social profiles is great, and integration with email systems is awesome. The price (almost literally) can't be beat.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble does some things a little differently from most CRMs. A client that cut over from Salesforce, for instance, had some issues just learning where things are. If you're learning on Nimble, though, you're usually pretty good. Integrations with third parties aren't always intuitive, particularly compared to automation-first solutions like ActiveCampaign.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

If social media is important to your prospects, this is a great fit. If you're looking for more traditional pipeline management, it might not be the best.

Keeping track of prospect and pipeline activities! It's a CRM, and one that's really focused on the individual at the other end of the screen. We saved a TON vs. Salesforce, and the feature set fit a small sales team far better.

With Nimble, we've been able to reach potential consumers more efficiently through several channels, such as email and the web. Nimble's user-friendly interface has enabled us to collect correct information from social network prospects, communicate with them, and engage in meaningful dialogues.

Nimble is one of the easiest CRM software available in the market. The flexible nature of this software adds to the ease of using it. The Prospector App by Nimble is super useful as it provides all the social information about a company simply by hovering your mouse over the company name.

One drawback of using Nimble is that some users might find its user-interface a little tricky. In the beginning, there is a good chance that the user might end up getting confused while using it.

The pricing of Nimble is comparatively lower than the other CRM software available in the market, and it makes for a great deal taking into consideration the number of features it provides.

Nimble is a nifty CRM, and it handles a lot of custmer knowledge skillfully. Probably it's biggest strength is its ability to seek out and absorb social media data. It is great at profile enrichment.

The big problem with its enrichment process is that if it has access to the wrong data, then it will re-match to it everyday and you will be endlessly replacing it.

The integration with social media feeds is helpful. I like that it integrates with Zapier, though it is pretty limited. The price is quite reasonable. And the reminders to follow up with people are convenient.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The email templates feature is a mess. The formatting is wrong and the management of templates is extremely dated. Managing pipeline stages is also cumbersome. The whole app, in fact, seems stuck in time. I used it for the first time about 10 years ago and it has not been enhanced much since then. I think the founder has moved on to other interests.

We used it to have an easier and more transparent way to manage our sales pipeline. For this one feature it was helpful and did make it easier to manage the pipeline.

Very easy to use and relationship-based CRM software which is highly accepted by the staff of the organization. Its easy and enhanced integrations with other software are the best part. It also integrates with Gmail, MS Outlook, and other social networks too. It's beneficial for customer history management and tracking the inputs. It also helps in managing and monitoring the team performance and their activities.

It's good in all aspects, and as of now, not found any issue related to customer relationship management. The data structure can be redefined, and added attributes to the staff can be worked well. The offline version is also appreciated.

For CRM management and records of Customers and even staff-related activities, this tool works like a charm. Its dashboard compiles every single piece of data which is used for the managerial decisions. It helps in tracking the activities and managing the sales staff. Its MIS reports can be shared easily.

For managing the sales process, tracking the team's performance and activities, and the best part to integrate the CRM software with MS outlook and gmail is the utmost requirement. With this tool, we now easily manage the leads and customer data. This tool also provides various themes and templates for notifications and emails. Customer deal management, reporting, planning, and Mobile application is complete and used throughout in our sales department.

Nimble is easy to access; its interface is intuitive and very intuitive and very efficient to locate the tools. We work on email marketing, social media, and campaign monitoring projects regularly. It is well known worldwide and has a long track record.

It is somewhat difficult to configure in the first instance; It should be more straightforward and with a multi-project protection model.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I love that Nimble searches for social profiles when I add a new contact. It makes it so easy to keep up with their LinkedIn activity. I also love the Stay In Touch feature that allows me to calendar contact points and not miss out on a possible connection. And the group email is awesome! This app is so easy to learn and implement and has improved our business processes exponentially!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I haven't figured out how to use the Lead pipeline so it displays on my home screen. We don't actually track lead opportunities so much as project opportunities and I'd like to be able to track those in Nimble so we can report to our customers.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a central repository for all contacts, available on our desktop or our phones. Before COVID, it made it really easy to target other people to visit when I was in an area. We are using tags to segment our contact list and that has been SOOO helpful.

Simplicity. Previously we used Salesforce. What a pain that was. Nimble is intuitive and doesn't require weeks of user training.

A really minor point. If you're not actively using Nimble for a while it goes to sleep. Click the wake up tab and it's back on in a few seconds. See?  A minor dislike,

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Everything! I especially like how intuitive the interface is with a minimal learning curve. The integration with Microsoft Office and other applications really makes it easy to track emails relted to our customer experience and interactions. I enjoy the way taht customers' information is captured in a simple methodical way and that Nimble automatically creates the company as you create a new person within the database. The interface looks amazing and just makes perfect sense.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

When I navigate with my regular web browser shortcuts for back, I tend to need a refresh for the site to function correctly again. (Very easy to work directly within site using its navigational options). I wish that there was an option to Opt in or Out for marketing emails while adding the customer to Nimble, or somewhere in Nimble. When adding a new person to Nimble, I would love a "Spot Check" to be done before an additional company is added, instead of creating a seperate company name that would require that the companies be merged agterwards, as I feel that this causes double the work when you have to constantly go back and double check. I would also like to be able to @mention to other users on Nimble, that have not been added as Nimble contacts.

Jump in, head-first!!! You shall not go wrong by using Nimble. You shall find it integrates with everything you need for CRM. My only question to you would be: "Why didn't you think of Nimble earlier?"

The current integration with other applications is phenomenal! Simplifying the mailing list and customizable lead generation is fantastic. The Nimble prospector assists in ensuring that the customer's information is captured correctly and without duplication.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I've tried several CRM platforms and they either offer too few features or have so many that it's hard to know where to start. Nimble offers more functions than I need, but it's intuitive and easy to customize, so I get what I need as soon as I log in. I also appreciate that my communication is logged even if it isn't sent directly in Nimble. I can see that last time a connected with a past client or prospect and schedule timely outreach.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There are still some issues with Linkedin updates (pulling old profile info). The Chrome plugin is a little clunky and takes up a lot of screen real estate. I rarely use it on my laptop because it cuts my browser window almost in half. My biggest wish is that Nimble had built-in batch updating. I had a call with a customer support team member and he showed me how to do it manually (export from Nimble/update in Excel/import CSV), but it would be great to add information to multiple contact profiles (e.g., locations) in a few clicks.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest need is tracking client, prospect and network communication and setting notifications for timely follow-ups. Nimble has been the only platform I have tried that I can connect to my work email and it will pull in old emails and new emails as they're sent, even if they are sent directly from Nimble. I wish they could pull in old LinkedIn messages as well.

It's incredible how much information Nimble can collect on my customers and contacts on social media. I spend a few minutes before each call or meeting review any updated notes on the Nimble app on my phone. I love how EASY it is to learn all the Nimble features and incorporate them into my business.

I haven't found anything yet to dislike about Nimble.

There is a quote that says, "Selling is 90% preparation and 10% presentation." Nimble goes a long way to helping you with the 90% prep work. It can be difficult to stay on top of what all my customers and prospects are doing on social media these days. Nimble takes care of most of the leg work for me. 

Today, I would have to hire 1-2 people full-time to do the work that Nimble does for my company. Whether it is gathering information on key prospects, being able to send customized emails or direct messages, tagging people into specific groups for those messages, etc. 

It's important for company leaders to realize that tools like Nimble are being used as competitive advantages in business today. If you wonder why another company won a deal or why their customers seem so much more loyal or vocal in their online support of a competitor, you have to understand the tools they are using, like Nimble, to stay engaged and connected to their customer base.

Nimble sports a very simple, efficient, and well-organized interface. Importing contacts was very easy and straightforward. The integration with Outlook is excellent, with the ability to send individualized e-mails to multiple recipients that do not look like marketing communications. The pipeline feature gives a good overview of the effectiveness of the sales process. Nimble has a mobile version that is fully integrated with the cloud version. The price is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I have not found anything that I dislike yet. The only concern for me at this time is the future pricing - the plan comes with a limited amount of data, which can become problematic as client communication e-mails with attachments can quickly eat away at the 2GB allocation. And there is a slight delay (usually a couple of hours) in e-mails sent from Outlook showing up in Nimble.

The prospector is great, once you learn how to use it. Webinars and links to past training material so I could learn at my own pace. The fact that in puts all my email trail with a client in 1 spot is great as well. Also, the group email and template creation saves time on mundane tasks.

It is quick access, I can use it from my mobile or from my computer. It is an excellent CRM manager that offers fabulous tools to do our work better every day, automating our work appointments through a calendar, contact management, as well as the visualization of communication history and email in conjuntion with various social networks to be able to check them even while inside Nimble.
It's possible to create the customer database, automatically manage potential customers and perform excellent email marketing, with this we streamline our sales and add a plus to all our work.

There is a lot of room for error when you enter data, but once you have done it, you just have to check that it a few times to ensure it is right. since some states in our community are far apart, data can be stored in a single location and tracked easily. management should keep track of a company's position in the market and with current and future customers.

There are no inbuilt templates for sending out emails. The contact syncing process between the Picsync and Nimble is not so intuitive.

Nimble knows how to extract the client information with my only one click. Creating work logistics is a must these days when you need to create content, especially when it comes to important professional sales files. Nimble storage automates the entire process of moving the content of our sales work behind our reporting and evaluation processes for our vendors.

Nimble storage makes our work life and our information samples much easier for sales groups during work meetings, since accessing them live from some external video conference software is extremely simple.
