What do you dislike about Nimble CRM? It is really difficult to find and merge duplicate contacts from across different accounts. It's also difficult to sort and remove empty contact files if someone has 200+ contacts saved in their address book. Social media lookup for contacts is not automated for the big 4 networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (now X), and LinkedIn) making it harder to use Nimble for personal use. The social media interaction is not available/viewable for most contacts. It currently holds all our data and isn't so easy to migrate from. It seems to suck less than other things we've evaluated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM? It's got very overcomplicated - takes loads of clicks to do things where it used to be (as) fun (as a CRM can be). Integration and deduplication leave an awful lot to be desired - gmail, for instance, works sometimes, then stops working, and poking at it has resulted in double-adding all contacts again.
