Nimble’s mobile app interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I found it very effective at managing tasks and goals for clients, and viewing an aggregated list of my outstanding to-do’s and goals. I love how user friendly it is, how easy to set task, add contacts, and large cvs contact files. I also like how it's connected with an email so the emails seem a lot more personal. In addition, we've had a lot of issues of duplicate emails, contacts not updating correctly when contacted, and not filtering correctly when sending a group message in "last contacted by team." I can create a list of my leads (contacts) by tags. It's long, so better if I already had a list of leads created by me. I like the searchable archivable contact database. However, I think there are some big UX probs on the contact pages. Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM: It's an expensive product if you're rolling it out to an entire organization. Unless you're using ALL the features in Nimble, I would recommend a more cost-effective solution. Also, keep in mind that Nimble staff works in Pacific Standard Time.
