Nimble CRM puts the emphasis on relationships, not just on storing data. It’s a great fit for anyone who spends most of their time in their inbox and on social media. What do you dislike about Nimble CRM? Nimble CRM has several notable drawbacks that can be especially frustrating for power users or growing teams. The biggest issue I’ve run into is the restrictive 2GB storage limit per user, which fills up fast because the system syncs your entire email history. We have had a good use of Nimble in our organization. The problem has been that licenses are expensive for NGOs and that limits the number of accounts my organization has. Consequently, there hasn't been a lot of people participating in the system.
