I don't like how many steps are needed to actually book a flight, after you select one. Chance not completing them all and therefore not actually booking a ticket. I don't trust nothing changed so I have to check all the details each time to be sure. Very annoying.

When reserving hotels, the top choices are typically requiring AAA membership, which I do not have. I do not have that in my profile, so irritating that it suggests these. I have to look at each, often scrolling past the first few to find options that are actually available to me. This implies to me that Navan has an in with AAA behind the scenes and is pushing for new memberships, which the company will not cover. Don't know if that is the case or not, but I don't like it.
