The platform greatly enhances efficiency by streamlining the process of approving team expenses, with most being preapproved, reducing the manual oversight needed. This was a significant improvement over the previous system we had and saves time immensely. I find the ability to book flights and hotels with preapproved recommendations from the company to be incredibly beneficial, as it ensures compliance and offers convenience. The flight booking experience is particularly commendable, and I find the expense reporting feature to be the standout aspect of the service, which I like the most. Additionally, the platform supports efficient interaction with credit cards, making the financial processing seamless. Overall, it's a system that I am very happy with, efficient, and I even advocate for it within my organization. Onboarding new employees is straightforward and easy, which is crucial for our operations. I am so confident in Navan that I rate it a perfect 10 for recommendation likelihood. I find the requirement to manually enter tax information inconvenient. It would be better if the system could automatically recognize where the expense originated, including the country and type of expense, and process the necessary tax information on its own.
