# What’s the best EOR software for tech startups?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re an early-stage tech startup that’s rapidly expanding into international markets. Right now, handling global hires, payroll, and compliance has become too complex and risky for our small ops team to manage on spreadsheets and manual processes.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re looking for an <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/employer-of-record-eor">Employer of Record (EOR) solution</a> designed with startups in mind. It should be affordable, fast to roll out, and easy to maintain without a big in-house HR team.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re hoping for a platform that can:</p><ul>
<li> Help us hire in multiple countries with full compliance</li>
<li>Give new hires a smooth onboarding and payroll experience</li>
<li>Integrate with our existing HR or finance tools</li>
<li>Scale alongside us as we grow into new markets</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are a few I’ve seen getting attention on G2 and in founder circles:</p><ol>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/remote/reviews"><strong>Remote</strong></a> — Looks modern and startup-focused. Is it as smooth as they claim?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/deel/reviews"><strong>Deel</strong></a> — Very popular with startups, but how’s the service and support?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/rippling/reviews"><strong>Rippling</strong></a> — Offers more than just EOR; does the all-in-one approach pay off?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/multiplier-multiplier/reviews"><strong>Multiplier</strong></a> — Promises speed and flexibility. Anyone have hands-on experience?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/g-p/reviews"><strong>G-P</strong></a> — One of the bigger names — still a good fit for young companies?</li>
</ol><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you’re at a startup and have worked with one of these (or others!), I’d love to know:</p><ul>
<li>What made you pick that vendor?</li>
<li>Was the onboarding/setup easy?</li>
<li>How do your employees like it?</li>
<li>Any surprises, challenges, or things you wish you’d known upfront?</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I would appreciate any firsthand insights. It’s always more useful to hear from people actually using the tools than just reading reviews!</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;Remote is a solid option, offering robust support for both contractors and full-time employees, and it scales well with growing teams. Rippling provides EOR features as part of its broader HR platform, which can be useful if you want everything in one place.&lt;/p&gt;
