## Navan (Formerly TripActions) Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Company Travel Booking with Clean UI and Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tatiana Z. | Director of Business Operations, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Adopting Navan has streamlined travel booking across the company, not only for travelers but also for our finance and admin teammates, thanks to strong reporting and helpful dashboards.

Navan is a user-friendly travel platform with a clean UI and solid UX. For event organizers, it also offers great resources that make the overall experience easier and support better budget control.

Over the last year since we adopted Navan, the platform has continued to evolve, with regular new features and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are very few points of sale. In practice, there are only four: the USA, the UK, Mexico, and Singapore. Other major countries, such as those in Europe or Brazil, are priced based on these existing PoS and end up being treated as international purchases, which adds extra fees to credit card payments.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan is a business travel platform that facilitates travel management for a multinational company like ours. It provides visibility into users’ travel behavior, policies, cost control, and other relevant metrics, helping us keep the business on track and take action when needed. Navan also offers strong reporting and admin dashboards, which makes our work much easier.

 ### 2. Navan Makes Transaction Management Simple for Cardholders and Admins

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan is easy to use for both cardholders and admins. Ever since we went live with Navan, we’ve received many compliments from cardholders about how simple it is to manage transactions, especially compared with the system we used before.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

We really need the option to expedite card orders. Cards taking 3 weeks or more to arrive hurts getting new employees set up and existing employees moving. We've also had several times where we had to order the card multiple times because it got lost in the mail (we confirmed the address was correct). Also, I do not like all the policy levels, this seems to be overly complex and with transactions clearing in many different expense categories, it can be difficult to manage.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now having the option for approvers/managers to only see transactions from their team that have been worked (receipts added, description added) has been a big help. The approvers would previously approve transactions before the card holder could work them and the admin team would get many questions as to why that happened.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Experience with Helpful Updates and Clear Trip Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The user-friendliness and willingness to work with our organization to make updates. Trips are nicely summarized on Navan.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The time that the system takes to search can be improved slightly, but it is nothing that significantly interferes with booking. So far, complaints about the system have been limited, but we are currently only using for travel and not expenses.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trips have start and end dates, that allow travel to be better managed within our established policy. The ability for employees to book on the behalf of others is highly valued in our organization and ability to assign that ability was a main attraction to onboard.

 ### 4. Streamlines Travel Booking with Excellent 24/7 Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christa R. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan to book travel and manage expenses for a large number of staff within my organization. It's a simple system to use with excellent 24/7 support, which is particularly important as things can change quickly in business. I appreciate how it streamlines the booking process and saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms. I really like its ease of use and the variety it offers in travel options. Plus, the simplistic way to upload and manage expenses is a big plus for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There can sometimes be issues with the system when it comes to complex multi-leg trips. There were a few issues with the initial setup because we have multiple jurisdictions.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan simplifies booking travel and managing expenses, saving time by reducing reliance on multiple platforms. It's easy to use, offers excellent 24/7 support, and reduces stress with reliable assistance.

 ### 5. Simplified and Automated Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ophélie D. | Responsable Spa, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan to manage all our trips and simplify expense management. I particularly appreciate the ease of use, the centralization of trips, and the automated expense management. The switch from Rydoo to Navan made management simpler and offered more automation possibilities. The initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Hotel changes and cancellations.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan resolves the chaos of travel bookings, the endless management of expense reports, the lack of control over expenses and visibility. I use Navan to manage our travels and simplify expense management, with simpler management and more automation possibilities.

 ### 6. Excellent Business Travel App!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell K. | Distinguished Solution Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan offers an even greater selection of flights and hotels so I can make sure to find one that suits my business meeting. I’m usually able to find a hotel that is very near to my meeting.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Not that I can think of, it’s a great app. Navan seems to anticipate the features that a business traveler would need ahead of us asking for them.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me time when booking my business travel, and tying in my expenses to my business travel couldn't be easier.

 ### 7. Fantastic Travel Catalog, Great UI, and Strong Out-of-the-Box Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Very nice UI on both the web and the app. It offers a wide set of out-of-the-box features that bring travel and expenses together under a reasonable pricing model. The travel catalog is fantastic and covers our travel needs well.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

In our second year, the pricing model changed to a fee-based structure, whereas in our first year it was license-based. The support team also seems to be missing a ticketing tool, which makes proper issue tracking difficult.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Policy control has improved a lot due to the auto approval process. The wider catalog has helped in some regions where we operate, specially for train travel.

 ### 8. Clean All-in-One Travel Platform with a Great Mobile App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed H. | Supervisor Travel and Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

All-in-one platform for business travel and expense management.I also appreciate the clean user interface and mobile app, which make it easy to manage bookings and expenses on the go

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometime re issue of flights does not happen online we have connect with customer care also invoices level 2 information does not flow in the CTA card

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies booking and provides centralized access to travel itineraries

 ### 9. Essential Travel Management with Real-Time Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking trips and as an admin in HR, I find being able to preapprove travel requests, which wasn't possible before, really helpful. It's critical for me to get a quick overview of my team's location, especially during emergencies, as it allows me to support them when needed. The platform provides a good overview of travel spending within the company.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I'd like an even better overview of cost spend. It's currently broken down by hotels, flights, and trains, but I wonder if it's possible to see which departments typically go over budget.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for booking trips and as an HR admin to monitor team locations and travel plans. It enables preapprovals, which wasn't possible before. In emergencies, I can see my team's current location, critical for support, and it provides a travel spend overview.

 ### 10. Comprehensive Travel Management with Room for Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne W. | Executive Assistant - CEO, CFO & CHRO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the feature of having everything in one place, like the itinerary for all bookings for a trip. The 'trip' feature works especially well, which is great because, for example, if I have 4 different flights, 2 different hotels, plus a car rental, it lays out the schedule from the first flight to the first hotel, then the second flight and second hotel. The initial setup of Navan was straightforward and smooth. I also like the calendar feature. Now it's automatically sync to my calendar

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Two things: 1) the loading speed for the website. Sometimes it takes forever to load the page or flight info. 2) the live agent wait time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for booking complex travel involving multiple flights and hotels. The 'trip' feature helps by keeping everything in one place, like the itinerary, making it easier to manage our executives' business trips.

 ### 11. Clean, Easy-to-Navigate App with Prompt, Reliable Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jai M. | Account Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The app is easy to navigate, and the help and support available are really prompt and on time. The UI also isn’t cluttered, which makes it feel clean and just right to use.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes there are huge variations in the price on Navan vs external platforms . Additionally to claim Navan rewards there arent many options in India

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no need to book through external sites or file reimbursement claims afterward. Navan streamlines the entire booking process, and I can also pay using the company virtual card.

 ### 12. Huge Time-Saver for Managing Staff Travel Plans and Spend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It is great that I can look up the trip information for all of our staff, and make any required changes, or copy the trip info for others who are going to the same site. This saves me so much time each week when making travel arrangements.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There are times when the system won't allow me to make the changes or cancellations that I need to, but luckily the chat feature is easy to use and the representatives are always more than willing to help.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Navan helps us track travel expenses and control travel spend, which is very important to our business.

 ### 13. Simple web app for job-related trips

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro O. | UX Designer, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The UI remains very easy to use and I love to use it to get my rewards.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The website has been fairly stable, no big frustrations as of late. The newest look and feel is better than before as well.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding flights and hotels, mostly. I've been on a few business trips and using navan is the easiest way to book my flights without having to pay for them myself and expensing them later. I love how easy it is to use.

 ### 14. All-in-One Solution with a Flawless Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany N. | Accounts Payable Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan is an all-in-one program where I can book travel and handle all my receipts and expenses from that trip. Since it works on an app, it's great when traveling. It's also great for medium-sized businesses, as several employees use it for their expenses. The initial setup was very easy, and it solves all of our needs in one place.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I wish it could do mass coding for similar expenses.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan solves all our needs in one place. I can manage travel, receipts, and expenses seamlessly. The app is excellent for medium-sized businesses with multiple users managing expenses.

 ### 15. Very User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary S. | Geological Data Indexer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The program is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There seems to be a lot going on on every page, which can make it feel a bit busy.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a single place to go for all of our travel needs across our global company, and it makes it easier when everyone can use the same program.

 ### 16. Navan Makes Business Travel Booking Fast, Intuitive, and All in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres R. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

What I like most about Navan is how easy it is to book and manage business travel in one place. The platform is very intuitive, and it simplifies the whole process of finding flights, hotels, and transportation. I also appreciate how fast it is to compare options and make changes when needed. The most helpful part is having everything related to travel organized in a single platform. It saves a lot of time because you don’t need to use multiple websites or tools to plan a trip.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There isn’t much I dislike, but sometimes the available options can feel a bit limited depending on the location or travel dates. In some cases, prices may not always be the lowest compared to booking directly with airlines or hotels.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps solve the challenges of organizing and managing business travel. Instead of dealing with multiple websites, emails, and approvals, everything can be handled in one platform. This makes booking trips faster, keeps travel information organized, and provides better visibility into expenses. For me, it reduces the time and effort needed to plan travel and makes the whole process more straightforward and less stressful.

 ### 17. Effortless Travel Planning and Expense Management with Navan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian K. | Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I love Navan’s personal rewards credits and the ability to book travel with my preferred hotel/airline partners. Getting both means I’m getting credits and my company is saving money. Total win-win.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan is an excellent platform and I hope they continue to innovate and create an excellent experience for us.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and submitting expenses for work is a pain. Navan makes it easy to book travel, track and submit expenses and get approvals without worrying what's in policy or out of policy.

 ### 18. Easy to Use with AI Assist, Receipt Uploads, and Travel Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The app is very easy to use, and the AI assist plus receipt uploads are real time-savers. I also really like being able to earn rewards for personal travel—it’s a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It doesn’t track expense submissions by specific day, which means people can submit receipts beyond what the policy allows. As a result, you have to rely on the approver to catch and track that manually.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to handle reimbursements through payroll checks, but now all reimbursements go directly through Navan. This has freed up time for our finance and payroll team and made the process much smoother overall.

 ### 19. Easy NetSuite Integration for Streamlined Expense Transfers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mani V. | Sr Netsuite/OpenAir Technical Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It’s easy to integrate with third-party systems like NetSuite. We’re integrating Navan with NetSuite to move expenses from Navan into NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Navan only offers a limited number of files that we can use for integrations, and I’d like to see more features added.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces some of our manual work, such as automatically moving expenses and vendor bills from one system to another.

 ### 20. Go for it if you want your employees to consistently face issues

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ecem I. | Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing really, it's a terrible platform with absolutely horrible customer service, and they try to rip customers off by charging them 6-7 times higher prices for any add-ons than the actual service providers request.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Whenever I have an issue, I am let down by their policies. It's very hard to do everything in one booking as they keep looking for ways and have an extremely hard to use UI so that they can charge you the booking fee twice (EUR 7 for my company, but it adds up).

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralize corporate travel booking and implement policies that cannot be flexed. The policy indicators (and limitations if the company decides to implement them) are useful

 ### 21. Effortless Reporting for Travel Spend and Emissions Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyley S. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

i love how easy it is to pull reports so we can easily keep track of travel, travel spend and even as far as plane emissions.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

the chat support feature is great, but it typically takes 30+ minutes to get something resolved

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

solving the problem of having to book travel for our employees on our own, now they can do it themselves

 ### 22. Easy and user friendly way that makes travel for work simple

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shahela A. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the inventory of options in terms of tiers and also variety of airline carriers. It also makes it easy that I can book a hotel, get my points, and book my flight on the same platform.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It doesn't necessarily provide the best prices.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making work travel a lot easier to book and not have to expense afterwards. Instead of the typical way of booking online, uploading a receipt, and then waiting to be reimbursed.

 ### 23. Streamlined Travel and Expense Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan (Formerly TripActions) extremely easy to use, especially for submitting expense reports while traveling and booking. The app is very intuitive, and when used with their credit card, it's impressively fast for submitting everything for reimbursement. It saves us a lot of time and gives me oversight into my team's travel activities for the company.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There is nothing to dislike at this time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it extremely easy to submit expense reports while traveling and book travel. It's intuitive, saves time, provides oversight into team activities, and allows fast reimbursement submissions paired with their credit card.

 ### 24. Super Easy Expense Tracking: Receipt Photos + Bank Sync That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca H. | VP of Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It's incredibly easy to use - the ability to take photos of receipts and have them upload right from your phone streamlines the expense process immensely. Also love the linking to your bank account to pull in things you may have not gotten a receipt for at all like vending machines.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

My only complaint is that I can't change my bookings personally, for example if the company will pay for coach but I want to pay for an upgrade on my personal card after the fact, I cannot do that even under my linked airline miles account because someone else technically booked it.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flight booking is so much easier than other products I have used; the expense submission process is a million times easier than any other product I have ever used.

 ### 25. Effortless Booking with Convenient Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how easy it is to see and book everything with Navan. I'm usually able to book my flights and get all the trip information very quickly. It's easy to look at and see my other colleagues' travel as well to coordinate. I do enjoy getting the Navan rewards for booking hotels that are underneath the expense allowance. The setup was very easy, with a quick onboarding, and everybody was using it right away.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think this is a company policy, but I wish I could have the option to pay for everything myself in order to get the credit card points.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it easy to book flights and manage travel without upfront payment. It simplifies finding policy-compliant hotels and flights, enhances travel coordination, and offers rewards for economical bookings.

 ### 26. All-in-One T&E Solution That’s the Best We’ve Found for Accounting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hailey A. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Everything T&E related is in one place. This is the best option we have found accounting wise

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes there are glitches but if an error persists, we always are able to get response back from our account reps asap

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining travel and purchasing across our company. Automated push notifications have helped our accounting team to keep up with flags

 ### 27. Easy UX and Helpful Travel Reporting, but Manual Work Without Event Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

UX is approachable and easy to use. The admin dashboard for travel is helpful for reporting purposes.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There is no integration with the platform we use for our events. Being that the two platforms don't natively communicate, there is a decent amount of manual work required on the backend.

Some features aren't intuitive in both the expense category and when creating events in the travel section.

We have employees in the Philippines and have experienced issues booking travel with PH carriers.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that everyone books travel through the same platform so we can track spend cleanly.

 ### 28. Convenient Expense Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like the AI feature in Navan (Formerly TripActions). It's super handy because if I have receipts, I can simply upload them. Then it efficiently extracts useful data from those receipts and converts them into transactions, which then go to my manager for approval.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think one problem is the multiple receipt. So when I try to attach multiple receipts, it still creates one transaction with only the first transaction amount in it. It forgets it is not able to account for the remaining pages of the receipts that I added. Let's say by three transactions, I add all three of them. It will only show the first even if I combine them. I think that is one issue. Another issue is flight bookings. At some point, my company asked us to book tickets and flights through Navan. It was much, much more expensive compared to online flight booking that I could do from other platforms. I wouldn't have expected Navan to charge a premium for these kinds of things. In fact, they should be discounted flights. I was hoping that Navan would give me flights which are cheaper than everything else outside. But here it was the reverse, and then I stopped using Navan for doing that.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps me manage reimbursements for company expenses and simplifies uploading receipts with useful data extraction for manager approval.

 ### 29. Clean UI, clear guidance on what's in or out of policy, great filters for rewards program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing new, I still really like that it's very quick and easy to use. The User Interface is very clean and simple, which makes it easy to understand. And as mentioned, it makes it very clear what is in policy and what would be flagged for a manual review

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

N/A, I'm not able to filter by a mix of flight alliance programs!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of business flight booking
Ease of submitting expenses and getting it approved right away if within policy. I also like the ability to edit non critical fields like the remarks section in a submitted expense report
Ease of finding hotels/ flights by the Reward Points I'm after

 ### 30. Navan Makes Booking Fast and Easy with Responsive Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara M. | Senior Executive Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Booking on Navan is incredibly quick and easy! Customer service is always quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

You are unable to add notes or comments on bookings. Sometimes the app glitches when booking travel.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently Navan is solving our expense issues at our company. Adding receipts to the app is incredibly useful.

 ### 31. Streamlined Travel and Expense Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like how convenient Navan is for booking flights, hotels, and managing expenses. The process is smooth and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I haven’t run into any major issues with Navan. Overall, the platform works well, although there’s still some room for small improvements—especially around navigation and making certain features easier to find and access.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan solves the challenge of managing business travel and expenses in one place. It makes booking trips, tracking expenses, and submitting reimbursements much easier and faster. This helps me save time, stay organized, and focus more on my work instead of administrative tasks."

 ### 32. Easy to Use, Complete All-in-One Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blanca B. | Alicante Procurement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It’s easy to use and very complete. You have everything you need on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Its agents take a very long time to resolve incidents, and making any change on the platform is very difficult.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very easy for travelers to use, and they only need one platform to organize their trips and manage their expenses.

 ### 33. Business travel made easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Trip management and assistance when altering itineraries has gotten easier - interface has improved and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It would be nice if they pulled in updates when airline reservations are changed externally (like thru the airline website).

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes expense reports insanely easy, because everything flows through one place. Before Navan I would have to hold on to all of my receipts and go through a long arduous process of entering them all into a spreadsheet.

 ### 34. Smoother Self-Booking and Strong Duty of Care with Navan

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I am a travel buyer and setting up Navan as a self booking platform for the company has made the booking process a lot smoother for everyone. We can track our spend for each department and the duty of care is very important to us as a company.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Itemising payments has changed and I dont like the new layout.
Also flights seem to be a lot more expensive on Navan than booking direct with airlines.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up payment cards is very helpful when paying for M+E. Loading our preferred partners is also very beneficial.

 ### 35. Seemless travel booking platform is a must have!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Libby O. | Account Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It is very easy to use, I always know that my task will just take a few minutes as a result!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I have not used Navan enough to suggest anything here for now.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes and automates your travel expense process by being a one stop shop. It also sends you follow ups on the status of your reimbursements which is really nice.

 ### 36. Unresolved double charges -- watch out for customer support failings.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I dislike the platform overall, would not recommend it to anyone. I find that the pricing is often not in line with direct airline websites, and the hotel choices are sometimes limited.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find that the pricing is not in line with what is directly available through either airline or other websites. The rules based pricing is often arbitrary, and changes regularly based on the cheapest options available, often leading to conflicts. I also have an unresolved dispute where I was charged twice for the same hotel room, but it has been more than 3 months of responses saying "we'll have a resolution in a few business days".

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has not benefited me at all.

 ### 37. Excellent Reporting & HRIS Integration, but LCC Options and Support Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The reporting is excellent which saves me a ton of time when I need to report on our business travel. I love the option to book private travel and receiving rewards. The integration with our HRIS works very well, I never have to manually add or remove team members.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The lack of low cost carriers in open jaw connections. The support isn't all that great and the bookings sometimes don't make it clear which style of luggage is included which has led to problems when checking in.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As travel manager I can trust the team to book their travel independently on Navan because of the policies and safeguards in place. I know they will use the correct payment method because I can set it up in the backend.

 ### 38. Easy to Use - Develop an easy trip itenerary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark O. | Senior Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It develops you booking around a trip itinerary. You start with your flights. Flights can be easily sorted by number of stops, departure/arrival times, etc. Hotel are easily added. It is easy to adjust your trip with little hassle. It is nice there is only one upfront fee for a given trip/itinerary. Customer support has been helpful when needed. I typically use NAVAN about once a month. I also like the integration with Outlook. Saves times.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Switching from our previous service provider has been a great move for our company. That said, I’d like to see more discounts on airfares for personal travel.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our prior travel management company and software was not very user friendly and customer service was horrible. It has been a great switch to NAVAN.

 ### 39. Effortless Travel Management, Responsive Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabrina Q. | Mortgage Loan Originator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find Navan incredibly easy to use for looking up people's travel expenses and helping to create events. The whole process is seamless and quick. I also appreciate how extremely easy the initial setup was for our team. Additionally, I'm very impressed with their responsive customer service.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

If I could look up travel by dollar amounts for an individual, that would help tremendously.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to look up travel expenses and create events. It makes the process very seamless and easy to use. Setting up Navan was extremely easy as well.

 ### 40. Friendly Travel Booking Platform with Great Support and Admin-Friendly Graphics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn Q. | Finance Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It has a friendly platform to book travel, good customer service, has good graphics that can be useful for administrators

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes it is a bit laggy and it takes a while to open bookings

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees book travels and obtain receipts easily, which ends up benefitting my team because we audit corporate travel expenses

 ### 41. Very Easy to Use and User-Friendly on Both App and Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eileen D. | Reporting Accountant South Africa, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It is very easy to use, in terms of the app but the admin side is also very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It is sometimes difficult to get help by phone and long wait times for email based tickets

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is leaving the classifying of expenses really simple and it is avoiding paper receipts therefore saving time

 ### 42. Easy to Navigate, User-Friendly for Employees and Admins

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The platform is easy to navigate and provides a user-friendly experience for both employees and admins.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Although we like the platform overall, there are still some limitations with expense category coding. The AI feature doesn't always categorize expenses correctly, which requires admins to manually review and correct coding errors.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan has streamlined our travel and expense management process by bringing everything into one platform. The auto-approval feature automatically approves expenses submitted within company policy, which helps alleviate admin work for the accounting team, reduces manual approvals, and speeds up the reimbursement process.

 ### 43. Convenient Live Chat and Phone Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

They offer live agent chat, or you can call them.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think that when the live agent or AI agent goes offline and they are to work on a task or special request, the wait time becomes really long. I think they could improve this.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think I've seen many more options, good deals on hotel and flight options. I remember before I will see a difference on cost or sometimes the route I was checking on Google flights was not there, but I think I've seen an improvement on this

 ### 44. All-in-One Corporate Travel Booking That Saves Me Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alican T. | Senior SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Being able to book my corporate travel for both flights, hotels and even rent cars all in one place! It also saves me time from having to expense my own travel as once done on Navan, our companies corporate card is linked to my account.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It's rare but it can be quite slow to load at times, especially when it starts searching for flight/hotel options.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Empowering everyone at my company to book travel - headache free - at the click of a button without having to worry about any expenses.

 ### 45. Best Expense and Travel Tool that I have used yet! Highly recommended.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Sr People Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ability to comprehensively plan travel and include rewards accounts. For the expense side, submission via the Liquid app is super easy and reimbursement is quick and painless!

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing at this point - I like Navan a lot! It is easily accessed, user interface is great and reimbursements are quick and painless.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to submit expenses quickly and get reimbursed weekly, directly into my bank account, is a game changer. Trip planning is also quick and easy, and it integrates smoothly with my calendar.

I’ve had trips change at the last minute and needed to reach out to Navan customer service. They were top-notch—responsive, helpful, and made the changes easy to manage.

 ### 46. Excellent platform to centralise your business needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam M. | Deal Desk Analyst, GTM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

So far, I’d like to add that with the Navan mobile app, all you need to do is upload the receipt through the app, and you’re all set.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Yes, I believe that when submitting receipts for expenses, the preview option isn’t very user-friendly. All you see are mixed receipt pages, it should ideally be more organized and clean.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about Navan is that it has instant reimbursement.

 ### 47. User-Friendly with Room for Customer Support Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ease of use and the very user-friendly interface of Navan (Formerly TripActions). I appreciate being able to review a lot of options at one time and find it easy to book travel. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Customer service can take a long time to respond. It's unhelpful when customer service tells me I need to contact the hotel or airline directly. I wish they would do that for me. I would appreciate getting connected to an associate faster, and offering to contact the hotel or airline directly.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps in easily finding travel options for busy executives and keeps everything organized. I like the ease of use and the ability to review many options at once, making travel booking simple.

 ### 48. Incredibly Intuitive UI That’s Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny U. | Senior Community Trust & Safety Manager, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find the UI incredibly easy to use. Everything is organized in an intuitive way, so it’s simple to navigate and easy to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I wish the travel options were better and more clearly organized, especially in terms of what’s available directly through Navan versus what’s offered through a partner.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings together all parts of the business travel booking process in one place, which makes it easier to manage everything from a single location.

 ### 49. Intuitive UI, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like Navan's user interface. It feels like it's a new generation that can connect with it quite easily, especially compared to other legacy products that are about fifteen years old. The UI is something that I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think Navan's support can be improved a lot. Additionally, the customer success or account management team that Navan assigns to us probably could be a little more empathetic towards the customer. I feel they are more centric towards how Navan is right and how Navan is correctly doing things rather than understanding the problems of the customer.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Navan simplifies travel bookings and expense reimbursements, allowing us to manage them independently. It's relatively simpler to use than other models in the market.

 ### 50. Love Navan!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara M. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

I've had a customer change meetings at the last minute, and Navan was incredibly flexible and let me make needed changes easily.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It's been really easy to use. For repeat destinations, it might be helpful to surface previously stayed in hotels.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TripActions is solving flight changes, issues with gates, and delays and keeping my boarding pass and other important info very easily accessible for use throughout my journey.
