# Why are some flights/airlines/fares visible and available online, but not available in TripActions? I had a frustrating experience working in TripActions, only to find I couldn't book a flight in TripActions because the flights listed were all too expensive. I had to go online and book directly using my credit card and file for a reimbursable expense.
